The absolute best experiences I've ever had purchasing airsoft equipment, upgrades, and even rifles from. If they have an issue with stock, you're notified right away and offered alternatives or refunds. Super, super friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. 11/10, best shop in Canada.

Said my gun was trashed then took it and told me to go to airsoft depot for a new one but it’s located all the way in Toronto (one star cause it wasn’t exactly helpful they said go to airsoft depot.it’s located all the in Toronto as I said)

Ken’s a great guy, and the other staff are super helpful as well. They definitely care about their customers and do a great job of making sure that you’re satisfied with what you’re buying.

007 is my goto Airsoft store. Always great service and fast shipping. If Ken doesn't have it, he can likely bring it in for you.

I came to Calgary from Toronto and I knew I have to give 007Airsoft a visit. What can I say… the atmosphere and the passion shown by the staff and owner (Ken) is unmatched. Ken personally helped me choose the correct parts I was looking for and additionally giving me necessary tips for my airsoft to perform well during my outdoor airsoft adventure.

I will be going back to Toronto, but soon will be coming to Calgary. Regardless where I reside, 007Airsoft will always be more choice for airsoft. I HIGHLY recommend them and do not be afraid to contact them for your questions. The staff of 007Airsoft are professionals and not afraid to answer your questions.

Came up from Edmonton to visit the store and every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond when trying to fix my pistol and they were able to provide assistance even though it was pretty busy when we arrived. They also had a vast selection of airsoft guns and attachments as well as replacement parts. I would definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area.

Great place to go and get started with airsoft been going lots for the past year and they've helped me learn so much and they're all friendly there. Ken the owner is extremely helpful and really loves the sport and its pretty obvious this is the place to go in Calgary for anything airsoft. The field is great and is always changing so things don't get stale there, can't recommend this place enough if you're just getting into airsoft go here and don't be afraid to ask then anything as someone there will definitely know about any questions you have

Love this place, great selection and the owner is super nice.the only reason I don't give this place a 5 star review is because of the instructor on the field. Me and my friends arrived for a drop in session and were late so we had missed the safety briefing.since we were late, a game had already started so we started to prep and unpack our stuff. I hadn't been to the field in a while so I wasn't familiar with the new barrel sleeve rule and most places I've been to did not require them so I assumed I did not need one.

When the game ended the instructor came over to me and picked up my gun and questioned me about having a barrel sleeve. I understand that its part of new safety rules however I didn't like it when he handled my gun without permission when the situation did not call for it.

He was also very impatient with my friends who were newer to the hobby. Instead of helping them he would wait until they did something wrong and then yell at them or he would shoot me a dirty look because they did something wrong and would wait impatiently as I would try to help them.

In conclusion, great owner and shop but the instructor was overall power hungry and looking for an excuse to yell at noobies.

1st of all I feel very welcome there and I know everybody somewhat well that works there but my only problem is that I feel bad for Ken because some of the staff don't clean up then he has to do it then when the staff that don't clean up work that day after there done helping a customer they just sit on there phone and don't help Ken it's a nice place especially the people that run the field keep it fair and safe for everyone but it's the staff that need some work on the store side

Had an issue with some mags that were damaged when I received my order (broken feed lips). Sent an email and some pics.

Ken replied, was super apologetic and asked if I was comfortable replacing the parts myself. He sent me replacement parts and some instructions the same day he replied to my email. Super fast and awesome customer service!

I can’t say enough about how great these guys are. I live 2 hours away from here so the shipping is a fantastic addition. I have made numerous small orders over the past few weeks and all of them are exactly what I’m looking for. I even called them looking for information about pistol magazines, due to my own mistake of purchasing the wrong ones. And I was very simply provided with an explanation as to why they wouldn’t fit my pistol aswell as a recommendation on the proper mags. Certainly will be handing my business here instead of other airsoft equipment dealers.

Went their for my first time and had enjoyed it a lot. Got some free stickers and patches and hope to go back soon!

Anyone who visits this place knows there are only ever about 2 people available to help so you’d be waiting about 30 minutes before being helped. This one start review is mostly just for my recent visit though as we had a store staff helping us and then went off to a different person to help them for about 20 minutes before we just decided to leave the store and ultimately not give you our money. We’ve purchased many toys from here before with the same long wait time issue but the employee who gave us attitude this time was just enough to encourage us not to come back. Just to add in case this needed to be highlighted that there is clearly some discrimination happening considering the group that got helped while the staff was “gonna be right with us” was a group of caucasians versus us looking like a straight up minority. Honestly just sad.

Great customer service! Staff is knowledgable and pssionate about the sport. Being new to airsoft, they have been able to answer all my questions and offer meaningful suggestions without pushing pricey products.

007 Airsoft is awesome! My son started to get into airsoft last year, we had a lot of questions and the staff answered all of them and more. They are so knowledgeable and patient. They are honest and passionate about the game. I would highly recommend these guys!

The staff and team at 007 are great to deal with and have tons of knowledge. They are patient with all my question and really provides great insight on setting up my gear and what's the best bang for your buck. I definitely have returned and looking forward to continue supporting them.

I bought a tracer unit today for my pistol from them, and they told me my pistol didnt have a threaded barrel which was needed for it, which i thought i was done, but they showed me a barrel replacement for it which was threaded for a great price, AND showed me how to take apart the gun and do the replacement myself, and how to use everything. Great service, the staff was very friendly and im definitely coming back. (tonight for the game!)

Nik is a gem. Helped me out with some nice goggles and got me with my little brother back on the field.

I was recommended to go there to get an orange cap for my BB gun, but when I walked in I was asked to put on a mask for their safety. The mask exemptions have been lifted here and I have a medical exemption which I explained. They said they didn't sell them and the ones that they did have from the guns they received they threw in the garbage. I asked if I could have one that they threw in the garbage and they said they didn't have any. I work in customer service myself and I think the reaction was strictly because I would not cooperate with their company mask mandate. It's your call, but I would not go there again.

I went in not knowing much about the guns and how to go abouts upgrades and what not but Ken explained everything and even helped me out with what I was looking for exactly will definitely be going back!

The best airsoft store I have ordered from have placed multiple ordered over the last 2 years and have had 1 problem with shipping but the resolve was way more then what was expected would recommend to anyone in search of purchasing a new airsoft marker gear parts ect…

007 is impressive! Really cool store and the staff were very helpful. My personal gun failed and they quickly fixed it quickly and it was cheap. I was quite happy. I appreciate their focus on safety and running the game area so well.

This was another airsoft store i had just found out about.in ontario the stores dont have much variety, but these guys had a great selection.picked up an mp5k co2, which is amazing, hits ya right in the 90s nostalgia.will be ordering from them again for sure

Just bought a gun there today, the owner Ken is awesome and I love the new location. Pinball machine next to the CQB area is an awesome touch. Although when I brought in a gun to get fixed one of the employees seemed almost offended by the fact that it was broken, so that wasn't very decent. But other than that it is always a great experience going there.

Absolutely the best indoor airsoft arena! Always traveling from BC to play here. They treat you very well and the casuals are very friendly and helpful. Recommendation maybe play some up beat tunes during the matches keep it up guys

Great experience love my new guns had a little trouble with getting one item on time but it was only a few days late

I have only ever been to this store once, and if I didn't live in California I would without a doubt go here many more times. Terrific customer service, an excellent array of products to choose from, and an airsoft field in store. What more could a person ask for?

I have made 2 major purchases from this store and on both occasions I was provided with faulty information. Only after using the product did I discover that the functionality of both airsoft guns was not what I was told. In my opinion a buyer should be extremely cautious when making purchases at this store.

The employees are great- they are not only super nice and all around great people to hang around with but they also give amazing advice and knowledge if you have any questions. The selection is wild and other than guns, they also sell the very things you need to make a whole decked out gun.

Super fun indoor arena, with a great store, and excellent staff. Every one of my questions was answered with an informative answer that was not only just an answer, but the reason why as well. The refs and owner Ken played with us during a drop in where there was only 5 or 6 people, and then he even helped me pick up my first AEG a week later from their store, providing plenty of insight and recommendations along the way. Definitely recommend going here, and I'll for sure be back often!

Not being from anywhere near the Calgary area I was a little apprehensive about shopping so far from home. I bought a bunch of items from 007. Met the owner Ken, fantastic guy. He gave me a complete run down on my airsoft gun, the ammo, battery charger, battery, etc. As well as a tour of the facilities, which are top notch. I have used everything I bought and it all works great. Everyone was helpful and polite. It was an amazing experience and I look forward to going back again. Thank you 007 Airsoft

I've been here 3 times so far and each time was a really good experience.

1st time, my boyfriend brought me here just to look around and see what the store/guns were like. Customer service was fantastic, employees demonstrated ample knowledge of everything about the sport. The employee helping us also promptly allowed us to test fire guns we thought were cool.

2nd time, my boyfriend and I returned with intentions of purchasing guns. It was a little busy so we had to wait to be assisted, however this was completely understandable, and when we did get service it was well worth small wait. I ended up getting two sr45's, though when I asked if I could test fire two at once, there was hesitance, perhaps they thought I was joking, haha. Unfortunately I was unable to try both, due to a magazine being missing?

3rd time, we came to play a game. When I arrived, I was swiftly recognized by employees for the fact I had the two sr45's, which I thought was very cool. The game master was very good, he was able to explain rules and games very clearly. All things combined made playing here very fun. When my boyfriend got a sudden headache, my friend and I requested aid from the employees, which they were able to promptly deliver. This was SUPER awesome!

All in all I would highly recommend 007 to anyone.

Very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. There was also a nice fellow names Ashton there aswell. Informative but not very friendly to customers that are new to airsoft. No suggestions given that are helpful and not very open minded. Very Expensive.

Amazingly fast responce time, especially since it is the middle of the holidays. I had an issue with my address and they were able to correct my order faster then any other companies that i have had issues with. Looking forward to purchasing from them again in the future.

Picked up a APR-556 submachine gun from Master Ken. The 007 team took the time going through multiple springs (4) to get my gun to exactly 350fps at no charge. Amazing service! 007 sells very high quality items and have a huge selection to choose from for all your needs. Highly recommend them if youre planning to get into airsoft.

Stopped in for the first time wondering about upgrades to a used type 96 rifle I bought online. The owner Ken walked me through everything I needed to know about the gun, he even took the time to give me a brief history lesson about the design of the gun and showed me a few of his own similar rifles. O had an awesome experience, in the end they didn't have the upgrades in stock that I was hoping for but Ken called his shipper and had them put on the next order. Way above and beyond! I will definitely be going back frequently!

Great place for all things Airsoft, the staff are knowledgeable and eager to help you, they have a great assortment of AEG rifles and GBB pistols, the owner is very friendly and always ready to help you as well.everytime I walk in I'm asked what they can do for me and even if its busy they will work their way to helping me out. They also offer a consignment wall for selling of used, fully functioning guns. It is a great way to find something that hasn't been on the market for a long time. 007 does offer tech services if your gun is on the fritz and their work is top notch. The best place to buy your gear, guns and consumables in CANADA.

Dont waste your time here just buy online! Everything in the store is outrageously over priced especially the AEG rifles, some prices were 560$ for just the cheap plastic gun and you would still have to buy an over priced battery and charger. Order online thats what i did after going here and I saved hundreds for sure. Too bad this is one of the only airsoft shops in calgary, probably why the prices are so high.

The best Airsoft store in the YYC. So much good things about this store; Every Tech is professional, courteous, but most importantly knowledgeable in the field of anything Airsoft. Ken the owner of the store brings that customer first feeling and takes care of everyone that enters his store. His team again is very well trained and has helped me through my newbie journey into Airsoft. Honestly the only Airsoft store in Calgary that you should get gear repaired/tuned.

My first time there was great. The owner is very knowledgeable not only with the airsoft products but the real firearms that they replicate as well. Unfortunately my drive into town was a waste today. Everybody said they were on break with the exception of one employee who said they were too busy to help me. This was about 4: 00 and they close at 5: 00 so I’m not sure why everybody is on break 1hr before closing time. If this is how I can expect to be treated, I’ll stick with Amazon, wish, etc. Hard to support small businesses when the staff aren’t interested in taking care of customers.

Store had lots of inventory, the worker had no interest in helping me. Was considering a purchase, and wanted to keep the sale local vs.shopping online. Wouldn't have made a difference.

Every time I want an airsoft gun or repairs I go to 007 airsoft. I walk in almost every time there is someone there to help. Ken (store owner) is always willing to help and if possible he will inform you and will fix the problem on the spot.he knows about all of his products and his staff are also amazing. I would recommend this store to anyone who likes airsoft and for anyone wanting repairs done.

These guys are great. They're friendly to even people who aren't traditional young, male airsoft folks, and that means a lot to me. Also, their products are high quality and their sales folks are knowledgeable and truthful. That is huge, given that I've purchased airsoft at the place next door in the past and that was a big mistake. So these guys will save you cash in the long run over buying the wrong equipment in the first place. I really recommend 007 Airsoft.

I have gone to almost 10 games for airsoft now and had been renting so far but felt it was time for me to look at what it would take to have my own equipment-

the guys at the store were amazing and found me a AEG that i absolutely love and has impressed many people as well it all was so much less then i had expected! Ill definitely be coming back in any time i need something new.if you are new to the sport i highly suggest checking these guys out! Really adds a lot to the experience that i could not get online and having the opportunity to have a hands on experience of the gun i was going to buy felt amazing (since the one i wanted was way to heavy for me to ever use!)
