Ambrose provided some of the best customer service I've experienced. He printed out maps of the locations we were going, and explained which vaccinations we would require. He explained what the illness did that the vaccination was preventing, he explained the cost, and alternative options.

He was friendly, patient, and understanding. Fantastic experience, and I'll be recommending this clinic to anyone travelling and requiring vaccinations!
