10th & 10th Car Wash

Paid $8 for a car wash without soap. Told the attendant; got a code for a next visit. Returned, and the code was only for $2. Wasted my time and money. Poor customer service.

I visited the wash today, they bays were very clean and the water was nice and hot and peeled all the dirt right off my dirty car.lots of soap and i am very happy with my shiny vehicle now. Deff going to keep coming back

Everything went smoothly, their machine uses tap, so it was easy to pay. It was $10 for pre-soak, soap, rinse and no-spot rinse in my little SUV.
There should be one entrance and one exit off 10th as when I went it was pretty busy and people were being chaotic lining up coming and going from the two spots to enter or exit off 10th. But I also understand that people might be too dense to get that lol

Bad service don't come to this car wash. His all machines not working properly and u will waste your money plus bad behavior and when i asked about my money he said he dont care and he said move your car out. Very bad customer service behavior. Plz don't come here. Thanks

Original review: A big thank you to the maintenance person for smoking your cigarette inside the bay this morning and sharing it with me. I have asthma and did not at all appreciate it. I will not be coming back here due to your unprofessionalism. Totally tone deaf. There are bylaws, you know.

Wasting time and money. Their washing tools don’t work properly. If I could give zero stars I would have done.

I tried two vacuum and spent $10. Non of them work properly because both vacuums head were broken. I also spent $25 on you upholster which its vacuum and steam injection don’t work and just injecting water! I talked to your colleague about the problems. She told me has no explanation for this! If you respect your customers must fix your tools or at least return the money when you also know these issues with your washing tools.

Nice place, but the hoover service is expensive 5 $ per run and it barely sucked the dirt from the car.had to do it twice and then realized 10 $ for hoovering a small car when such service should not cost 2 to 3 $ per run. I spoke to the owner and he was very nice and apologized. I changed my rating to 5 stars from 3 stars

No members card just need debit or credit card. You preauthorize an amount and whatever you don't use it goes back to your account. It cost me 11$ and that's pretty decent.

A clean place to wash your vehicle. The attendants keep the place clean and the facility is fairly easy to use with your credit card or cash. They provide receipts if you so require them.

The only car wash that has every turned me away with cash, pretty disappointing i had to leave with a half washed car because theres only debit, wont ever be going back

Like the place and price is reasonable but the wait is sometimes long and I can't fit my larger truck in the bay only my car

Its a very great Car wash to be honest. Used it for 2 years. Great pressure and the Wax it gives your car at the end of the wash is impecable. However On my last visit the Nozzle was not dispensing anything. Tried 3 different stations and got charged each time. It was just 7 dollars so i wasnt even concerned about a refund (Despite the fact that it should be obvious no rational person would use 3 different stations for less than 1 minute if everything was fine). I saw the receipt by chance the next day and decided to call and inform them. The experiece on the phone was terrible. No apologies at all for spending money and time without getting a car wash. He just kept interogating me as if im tryimg to fleece them of 7 bucks. I realised it wasnt worth my time and just ended the call.

One of the best car washes in the city. Bay's always clean and warm (heaters), pre-soak is high quality and wands are regularly taken care of. Owner is almost always there taking care of the place and customers.

This place works perfect for me, and it will do for u too If you are able to be fast and you just want a quick clean, rinse, soap, rinse again, done. Close to my place 6 minutes wash, perfect pressure, no complaints

Today, I came to wash my car and overall, it was a great experience for me (just my personal opinion) as it got me 1 min to read the instructions and then the next 15 mins to rinse, soap and rinse. What can I say? Everything worked fine and the equipment is fine, with a pressure washer that has a low power and high power mode, as well as a soap brush which looks that it is regularly cleaned and rinsed too. And honestly, the 'pay for what you use' is good (and discourages waste).

If I had to suggest an improvement? While waiting, the second car in the washing bay finished before the first and the owner kindly requested me to reverse so he could reverse and drive away. I did not mind at all as I could go in and wash, but there must be a better way to have the second car exit (without reversing) without waiting for the first car? Not sure but maybe queuing drivers to leave more space for the 2nd car to exit or something like that. It's a nice to have because some of us may need more time to clean a dirty car without feeling the need to rush (and I have to say, I am grateful for the other patient car washers on today who, instead of giving you a cold stare to ask you to finish up, they simply reverse from the entry door).

Overall, I am also grateful this carwash is around as it is what car owners need and it's convenient and simple. I would come back again as I enjoyed my first visit today.

Finally a car wash that takes tap. This places is great. They changed how the lines are run for the sprayer so you can get around your vehicle. I have a truck and it wasn't a hassle. Tap for vacuums to which made it easy. 2 vehicles can go on each Bay so you're not waiting long to get in even when it's busy.

No soap - I thank you for your response and agree I could of reported it but time was getting the best of me. My review doesn't mean I won't return.

The new tap system and touch screen for the washer stations and the vaccum systems was a well needed upgrade!

Its the carwash I've been going for the past year. The addition of tap payment is nice, however I was disappointed that they cut the vacuum duration down to 1min (was 2 mins before) for the same price.

Don't like their credit card payment system. It doesn't show how much is charged and for how long. Time seems to be getting shorter and shorter for the same dollar when paying in cash.

My cars clean after going to the car wash. I use this ine frequently. They have a change machine. Which is a plus.

The quality of both the pre-soak and soap is excellent and the spot-free rinse doesn't leave residue. Their credit card payment system is very simple - you put your card in and it charges you in increments until you hit the button, and if don't hit the button you get charged for a full 15 minutes. Simple. Use your eyes and brains Calgarians!

BE VERY CAREFUL when using your Credit Card.you should all go back and check your credit cards statements after using this carwash cause there is a 15 $ preauthorized payment that you are not getting back even after pressing all the Stop buttons. I called the person at the car wash and he was very aggressive on the phone with no intension for any reimbursement.i suggest everyone should be checking their bank statements to make sure you are not being over charged.

the Fact that you commented and you dont admit that your at fault, that is bad customer service. Actually i will come by and you will reimburse me my difference since you STOLE money from me. Plus you told me on phone that no one other than me made that mistake, after reading reading the reviews, I found out there are others complaining about your system.so you are stealing money from people.

Great car wash in downtown! It’s very convenient and price fair. I usually take my car there out of rush hours. If it’s busy sometimes you get lightly warm water and small amount of soap, so choose the right time!

I have been using this car wash for about 2yrs now. I found the staff & owner to be very friendly. Not only do I love the owner taste in cars, But his friendly personally & care for his customers' needs are quite evident! I would recommend this location for all your car care & detailing.

The pre paid card is the best deal as you get free minutes the more you purchase

There is enough room for a regular pickup and a trailer, if the owner is there he'll help you get in and out.

One of the better spots in the city for sure. I've never had a problem with any of the bays or machines. All the wands seem to be new and provide great pressure with hot water. Quality chemicals, always clean, brushes are of he correct type of materials.
Vacuums work great too! With good staff and knowledgeable and friendly owner who is more than willing to show/tell you about types of soaps used and the workings of his bays, it's perfect spot to clean your car.

Earlier this month I posted a critical review of this car wash. I received a very polite and respectful response from the owner which prompted me to take my unbelievably dirty vehicle to be washed. It was a very good experience. The bays are large and heated and very clean. The water pressure is great with lots of soap. The rinse cycle has good clean water leaving no residue. I am updating my review to five stars for this business which clearly has undergone some upgrades fairly recently. I will be back! Highly recommended.

10th & 10th has been my go-to car wash for years. The prices are reasonable, they have a lot of different cleaning options, allow credit card payment on the machines in the bay, and even have an upholstery cleaning setup that I intend to use soon. The pressure on the wand wash is always good. Having been to many car washes in the city, this one still remains at the top of my list.

Well kept bays and good working coin operated machine. It’s is a little bit outdated so -1 star for that. Overall a suggested car wash in my books

Decent car wash, with warm water and good pressure. The price is higher than other car washes, and based on other reviews that is due to its location. I found the time to change between settings a bit long, wouldn't see soap for 20ish seconds after changing to soap. I found the prerinse did not do nearly as good as Shells wand wash on bug splatter. Two cars per bay is a bit annoying as you get accidentally sprayed or some water misting all over you. Overall a decent wash, but not worth a premium.

I always go here. Stuff always works and the line is usually short if there is one. No RVs, trailers or trucks over 1 ton allowed

Unreal car wash. Since moving to Calgary I've been looking for a proper car wash and this is definitely the best one I've tried.

Pressure is great and lots of space around the car to get around as well.

Some of the other locations had very outdated washers and I felt the brushes at other places weren't well maintained either.

Best car wash I've used. I love the continuous timer when you use a credit card, no fumbling with coins in between. The brush was in great shape and l super soft and the prewash removed all the tree sap!

This car wash cleaned my vinyl wrapped fozzy better than any spot I've been to!

Very convenient and the equipment is well maintained. I had a small issue that actually turned out to be my fault. The Owner was very professional and easy to deal with. Certainly recommend.

Friendly guy at the counter, but the washing time is too short. I always use coin car wash and this one has the shortest time.

Regular do it yourself type of car wash. I think this maybe the only one in the area as the lineup can be quite long when the slush has gone! But did the trick for a reasonable price and it’s easy to access. Didn’t spend much either to get it done

Great downtown car wash! Takes $1 / $2 coins or credit cards and has a change machine on site. Employees are friendly. I had my first issue there today when the bay I chose had a frozen pressure washer, but the next one worked. Can't complain about that when it's -30 outside.

Best car wash Calgary down town but only for customers.not good for owners.wage15 now.tax up. 35% car wash supplies and soap up last 2 years.please start 3 dollars and 3min maximum.and tel all near car wash. Do same thing start today

Seeing as this location is downtown was worried about three price, $7 later car shining, clean brushes, many open bays, could have more selections eg bug remover, but not a deal breaker

This car wash is trash. Not only they charge more than average, but also they don't use hot water! Car is still dusty after the wash if your not planning go use the crapy brush thats going to scratch your paint.also the stop button on the paying machine has no sign but a very small button. Some people will use the twist button which has a stop sign on it but it is nothing and not functioning at all. It will.keep charging you. Totally trash.never coming back

If using cash you pay $2 to start, if time runs out 'it will because it lasts as long as 2tv commercials' then it won't start again until you put $2 more in to start (have to add cash before time runs out). Such a low scummy sales tactic. Don't support these types of low end businesses.
