FED US GLUTEN ON OUR GLUTEN FREE MEALS. We should have clued in the place wouldn’t be good after the handed us plastic cutlery.
They never checked for allergies but we asked for gluten free buns. After a few fries I started to feel my allergies flare up and I asked the server if there is flour in the fries. There was. There were also breaded onion rings in my gluten free burger.
The table cloth had stains on it. Will never be eating here again. No discount was offered.

The food is delicious and large portions, the atmosphere is spectacular! Everyone very friendly! We definitely recommend it!

Soup kitchen food & atmosphere with steakhouse prices! Who even owns this place? It should be easy to serve a decent burger & keep your menu up to date just based on location alone. Whomever manages this sorry excuse for a restaurant should leave the industry and pass it on to somebody else.

The menus aren't useful at all we ordered twice just to be told that the items we ordered weren't in stock. We then noticed one of our glasses had gunk on the side of it. Requested more water and a new glass to then never see out server again until we got up to leave and just pay for our drinks. Poor service, dirty environment.

Incredible slow for takeaway (always 2 minutes away) was told 7-10 mins and 40 mins later still waiting with no update. Asked twice and they went to check but never returned.

Good location bad food bad service I'd avoid this place unless you want a beer. Ordered the brisket and it was not good was tough and not full of flavor not worth the money go somewhere else for food.

Best group of people. Entire staff from chef to servers is top-notch. Will recommend anyone in town to visit and try Thier delicious wings and avocado chicken sandwich. Ask for William specials. That's the trick.

Two hours later they sell a deep fried dollar store hotdog on a wonder read bun for $17. Service sucks. Food was ice cold (literally, ice crystals in the poutine. Not joking) Save yourself the cost and get the same experience by smoking a crack pipe and eating some still frozen food from the convenience store.
