Had a great experience dealing with Lucas for a home inspection. He took the time to walk my wife and I through the entire house, and was able to speak to us in layman's terms what things to worry about, and what things not to worry about. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about my experience w 20/20. We read a lot of conflicting information about home inspectors online, and as such, were very apprehensive in our selection. I reached out to a few providers, and instantly I knew 20/20 were the right choice given the initial detailed response they provided. We worked with Todd who was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. Not only did he do a detailed walk through with us during the inspection itself, but Todd provided a detailed breakdown of his findings, the home as a whole, how to maintain and care for the home, specific areas of interest/action items etc. We were basically provided with an end to end manual of how to care for the home, what needs immediate attention, and what should simply be reviewed and considered for future improvements. That report alone is worth the cost, let alone the wonderful customer experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had our own property inspected along with a home we are planning to purchase. Todd & Ryan were on time, and took time to walk us through the property we are buying. I loved that they have a thermal scan and tested appliances we were getting "as is". Everything they found, was summarized in a PDF file that had photographs along with maintenance tips, and recommendations for things to work on now, and down the road. Although we were not present for the inspection of our own property, we saw the report and they had prepared, that I hadn't been aware of and caught the minor issues I knew about as well. You will find them to be personable, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely reasonable prices. We hope not to move in a few years, but if we do, we'll be in touch:)

Our experience with Lucas and Jaclyn from 20/20 was really informative and helpful. They gave a rundown of what needs to be done and what to monitor. I had two opportunities of getting the services of 20/20 on two houses we made an offer on. First was with Kent Nichols and then with Chase Diaz. Each time these gentlemen were thorough with their inspections, very patient with our questions and always try to explain them with terminologies we can understand. We ended up buying the house Chase inspected. He was kind enough to offer to contact him again to make sure the concern we had with the vents will not be an issue come winter time and we do not void the warranty. It is not something I would have thought of. If an opportunity comes again for me to buy another home or somebody asks for an Inspector I will make sure to recommend them. And best of all the price I paid was well worth it.

He completed my home inspection with a level of rigour, attention and detail that was worth every penny. Initially, I thought inspecting a reasonably new condo wouldn't be necessary. However, while Todd and Ryan's thorough inspection didn't produce any concerning findings, they took the time to educate me in many aspects of the property plus relevant and valuable maintenance information to keep it in great shape just the way it is today.

We had Chase help us out with an inspection on March 20th, 2021. He was so fantastic. As first time home buyers we had experienced nothing but stress in this sellers market, but he made the day so easy and stress free! He was very thorough and went above any beyond. He showed us the entire house from top to bottom, and pointed out any concerns/deficiencies he noticed, and also gave excellent recommendations to maintain our new home, which we really appreciated since we’ve never had a whole house to take care of. He also is an excellent resource for any concerns he came across, he’s given us contacts for an HVAC service, gas fitter and Garage Door Technician. The report they give is so wonderful! It’s so nice to have the pictures, as well as all the extra info written for everything he told us. Also he had some excellent dad jokes along the way, and made it feel like we had a friend walking us through this. I cannot recommend this team enough. They are hard working, knowledgeable and so kind. There are no dumb questions, only a genuine desire to get you into a safe, well taken care of home. We will absolutely use this team again when we buy our next home.

Lucas and his team provided this extremely valuable service when we bought our first home. It is an older home and the sewer scope came recommended. They conducted it along with our home inspection and the overall experience was amazing. It was a dirty job but they were so pleasant to deal with the entire time. Lucas and Sebastian walked us through the entire process and let us watch as the camera was sent down the drain. They explained everything as we watched and provided very valuable insight into the health of the system and what we would need to look out for in the future. They take pride in the work they do and they clearly use very high quality equipment. They provided a video and a link to YouTube for as well. I would highly recommend this service particularly for any older home and Lucas and his team at 2020 should absolutely be your first choice.

Excellent customer service, and received a very well laid out report for our home from Jason Griffin before making our purchase. Thanks to him we where able to catch a couple problematic skylights that had flashing installed improperly when the roof had been recently done! Saved us from water damage!

I recently hired the company - following a recommendation by a friend - to do the inspection of my 1st house. I could not expect such a great service! Jason was superb! Very clear, friendly and, above all, he paid attention to every single detail. Extremely knowledgeable! Should I ever need again, for sure I'll contact him.

Lucas did a good job inspecting a house for us, however his after-care conversation and promises left something to be desired. Seemed like he was more interested in getting paid for the job rather than actually helping me solve my issues (which he repeatedly offered to do).

Lucas, Tyler, and Rocky from 20/20 & Co. YYC performed an inspection this past week on a Calgary townhome my wife and I are planning to purchase. We learned of Lucas and 20/20 as they were the inspector of choice for the buyer of the last home we sold. We were very impressed with the level of detail in their report on our previous home, so we decided to hire 20/20 as the inspector of choice on our new townhome.

Lucas, Tyler, and Rocky arrived right on time and were most outgoing, cordial, and incredibly easy to talk to. They made us feel like we were friends and were there to serve us, inform us, and help protect our interests. They also came well equipped with modern inspection equipment including thermal imaging and water detection equipment.

Lucas provided a running commentary of what he was doing throughout the inspection and added in tip after tip of how to best care for our new townhome. He did so in language that was easy to understand and answered all of our questions. Lucas and team found a number of items that will need immediate attention when we move-in to the townhome. The written report that was provided was full of pictures, recommendations for needed repairs, and suggestions for improving and maintaining the property.

My wife and I have purchased four homes in our lifetime and have always hired a qualified inspector to look for deficiencies. I must say that the inspection Lucas and his crew provided was more thorough and exhaustive than any other inspection we have ever had. I have more confidence than ever that I am aware of the deficiencies in the property we are purchasing and how to correct them.

Lucas and Sebastian were very knowledgeable and thorough with their inspection of the house we purchased.

Not only did they have the expertise they also had the equipment to look for things like heat loss through walls.

They went over every part of the house and not only told us their opinions but also told us how to go about fixing anything that was not up to par.

Very personable guys that don’t hit you with a lot of technical jargon. If they do get too technical, They will ask if you understood and are happy to explain it to you in a way you will understand.
