Everyone is very friendly and the service is timely and professional. Even they way they store the blinds at the front for pick up - you know they take great care with your blinds. I would highly recommend for all your blind repairs!

(note: if you have blinds that are on warranty- call the company you bought them from to get a repair authorization number (RA) before taking blinds in for repair - that way they will waive the administration charge which is normally charged by all blind service companies to get a RA)

Had a warranty issue with my hunter Douglas blinds. I contacted HD and they instructed me to go to 2020 blind installations. 2020 went ahead with the repairs and handled all of the dealings with HD. They had the blind repaired when they told me they would and did some extra repair on a part that was getting worn out to prevent it becoming an issue later.

I had my Hunter Douglas roller blind repaired here, under warranty. The service that I received in the store was so great! The lady that I spoke to was extremely helpful in giving me advice on how to reinstall the blind myself. She was kind, patient and went above and beyond what I had expected! And my roller blind works perfect now! Excellent customer service!

It was great experience with my blinds repair. The repair was done well. Although it was delayed for almost a week due to the lack of communication on the repair quote, I still gave them a 5-star review! My only comment here is please notify the repair process to the customer when the repair items are dropping off, especially double checking the customer email address to make sure the customer would successfully receive the repair quote to avoid any delays on the timeline of the repair! Will definitely come back if needed. Highly recommended.

From the very first phone call (Wendy) to the final product everything went so smooth, on time and we were always kept up to date with the progress.
We got the blinds home and they look brand new (22 years old).

I called to schedule the installation of 3 Hunter Douglas Duette shades, replaced under warranty. The next day the installer called and arrived within 30 minutes. 20/20 was the least expensive of 3 quotes and the service and installation was exceptionally professional! After being blown off by the people I bought my Hunter Douglas blinds from I must say it was Fantastic to receive prompt, pleasant, personable help on the phone and then mind blowing when the tech that came to my home was so nice and competent. I will recommend them highly at every opportunity.

We used them to measure our windows and install the blinds we ordered online. They had everything ready to go on installation day and setup our blinds fast and perfectly. We contacted a few reputable drapery shops in Calgary to see who they'd hire to repair a large top down bottom up Hunter Douglas cellular blind. Three company names were suggested and we 'luckily 'decided to choose 2020 Blind Installations. They dispatched Oziel, who is reputed to be one their top installer's and repair technicians. He arrived on time as promised and came fully prepared with a complete host of tools, materials and an appropriate face mask. He automatically removed his footwear outside of our front door without the hassle of having to be asked. He laid out a 'clean protective blanket' on our living room floor and immediately went to work on taking down our 57" X 93" cellular blind. Restringing a top down bottom up blind is not for the faint of heart, YouTube doesn't tell the whole story! We were beyond impressed with his level of expertise, speed and attention to detail. There aren't enough words to properly praise Oziel for how respectful, polite and proficient he is in this highly specialized field. We are over-the-top-delighted with the workmanship and must say the repair cost was just a drop in the bucket compared to buying a new unit. We highly recommend Oziel and 2020 for anyone's blind repair needs. Thank you for taking care of business!

Fantastic experience! Brought in an old Hunter Douglas motorized blind that you cannot find parts for. The company I originally bought these from basically told me that they are unrepairable and that I should buy a new one. The problem is this is 1 of a set of 3 and I would have to buy all 3 again which is a huge expense with motorization. 2020 Blinds was able to find a used part and did the job extremely fast with a superb customer experience.
