John showed up at the start of the estimated arrival window. Completed the work, cleaned up after himself, and was very professional and accommodating to what needed done.
Administration/customer service was super responsive and upfront.

John was very professional and knowledgeable. He investigated everything very thoroughly and even went into the attic to see if there was something there emitting this infrequent alarm sound. He listened to the noise we captured on video and shared our concern and frustration with not knowing what this could be.

We are very happy with the service from 24/7 Electric. Our technician was excellent, they replaced a circuit breaker that was nuisance tripping, provided further advice and feedback about the safety of our electrical work, tested our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and provided a very fair price. Scheduling and communicating with the staff was excellent as well. We really appreciate it!

I highly recommend 24/7 Electric! They have added numerous outlets in my 118 year old home, not easy with lathe & plaster walls! Today Davin installed an outside outlet so I can plug my car in during the cold spells. He explained all the details to ensure I knew what he was going to do & he was incredibly personable, skilled & did the job in a time frame that suited my busy schedule. I also received text updates. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Damaged my gutters while doing the install. Lights aren’t working properly. Didn’t show up for the appointment I made to talk about it, even though I called the same day and confirmed. Will never use this company again.
