Had a great experience with 310-DUMP no hassles and very cost efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again.

CROOKS! Reneged on a contract and stole $1000 then laughed on the phone when called to fix the problem and told "I don't have time for this" The owner Greg K is running a crook company. Go somewhere else.

Wow this company started out good with taking the order, recommending the size of bin needed for our project and taking the deposit. The truck driver was very good and easy to talk to and dropped it off right where we wanted. After that it all went to heck. We used the bin for the fence we were taking down, but as it turned out, a young family wanted one whole side of the old fence. Therefore, half of the bin was empty and everything slid to the back when the driver loaded it on pick up day. When we received the final invoice, we were charged for two extra tons of weight! We ordered the largest bin and were totally content to pay even though it was half empty, but why the heck were we charged extra? The company produced a weigh bill when asked, but we highly doubt it’s validity! Used this company but would not recommend them or use them again!

We wanted to give a big thank you to Aaron at 310 dump, we had a big tournament over the Canada Day long weekend and put in a request for an extra dump on Sunday night by Monday afternoon it was dumped! It started good. Booking was pretty easy and they communicated fine. But the day of drop off I was told they cannot tell me when the bin would arrive. Not even approximately. So I had to wait around from early morning until late afternoon. It finally arrived around 2-3pm. That leaves very little time to actually do any work on my end. Then for pick up they said they would come on a certain date, but didn’t until the next day late afternoon. Terrible communication and planning. I would use someone else.

Had 310 dump come pick up junk left from 10 years of me avoiding clearing out my basement. They looked at my stuff gave me an estimate which I thought there is no way I have 5/6 of a truck. Well there was exactly 5/6 of a truck. They worked quickly.

Took over a house with so much garbage in it it was ridiculous. If I didn't rent a dumpster from 310 dump I'd still be sorting through trash. Very accommodating staff that made the process very smooth. Hope I don't need to rent another dumpster for quite a while, but I'm happy I did.

They provided a very good service.
They did help mitigate problems and also had a positive team working together.

With anything there are unforseen circumstances, but they were able to overcome the challenges and as a first time experience it " GREAT SUCCESS! We really appreciated the prompt, reasonably-priced, excellent service right from the call in to the office for Bin Pricing to the suggestion for a free quote for on-site Junk Removal. All the sub floor material and broken tiles that we removed from our kitchen renovation along with a few other odds & ends completely loaded up and taken away to the dump by two capable and eager young men. We'll be a repeat customer for sure!

I used 310 this year both delivery and pickup went smooth drivers were great, and Karra in customer service was great to deal with talked to her on a few occasions, very professional, polite and could tell she cares about her customers. I will use 310 again.
