The staff greet you with a smile. They attempt to accommodate your schedule and Thomas is an absolute wonder at breaking up knots and massaging you to sleep.

Very friendly staff. I am so happy I stopped in to see Darcy. He was very insightful and respectful of my situation. I left feeling much better.

Chiropractors are personable and work with you to help you feel in tip top shape again! They take the time to listen to how YOU feel and adjust accordingly not generically

Gurdeep and Gurpreet are a fantastic PT duo that got me back to work and back to the strength and range of motion I was at before my injury.
I've used many of 360's services, all have been fantastic. I really like that I can access a bunch of different health professionals at the same place.

I was visiting from another province and was having severe pain from a repetitive arm injury as well as all around back problem. I have never been to a chiropractor before so was a little hesitant until a friend told me about 360 wellness. They got me in right away and boy am I ever grateful! Not only did Dr Lynes adjust my back and made me feel good again, he fixed the horrible pain in my elbow! He is very knowledgable, personable and so nice.

I highly recommend this office and will definately be back next time I come back to Alberta.

Great staff and experience every time I have gone to 360. I have gone here for massage, chiro, and PT in the past two years and have always had a great experience.

From the massages with Anna, to getting my feet into proper shape and chiropractic care! Also going to do the water chamber for mental clarity and spiritual awareness in November…its the earliest I could book! I love that the direct bill too! The reception is very sweet too!

Tried out their float pods, was a great experience and highly recommend. Clean facility and was very welcoming.

Sidewalks not cleared of snow twice in the 2 weeks I arrived after 10am so lots of time to do it huge safety issue. Waiting times not always good either. Back of Computer screen, like a wall when you walk in rather than a friendly face.

Clean building, friendly staff, easy peasy just give a call and the wonderfully people will book you a spot and even direct bill for you, ive had more agressive chiropractic before seemed tobe the simplest methood followed by shockwave which dont get me wrong i just didnt ask enough questions. The massa here was top shelf.repeat!

I went for a maternity massage. It was the best massage I could have asked for. I actually got to lay on my belly with all of the assortment of pillows and wedges they had. It was warm, relaxing and the perfect pressure. I had so much relief once I was done.

It was impressed with all of 360 Wellness. The knowledge of everyone is amazing. My MT was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. He sent me home with some stretching exercises that are very helpful. Can’t wait for my next visit. I love the hours and there is a lot of services under one roof. Great job everyone

Dr. Craig Lynes is fantastic. Genuinely cares to help his patients and you can see the passion he has for his trade. He has helped me with injuries as well as my regular maintenance. Been in and out of chiro/physios for years and Dr. Lynes is now my go too because of his knowledge, communication and athletic background technique.

This is the first time getting physiotherapy with the 360 wellness group. I’m a longtime client of my dr recommend clinic in spruce grove, but I’m absolutely impressed by the staff at the reception desk, the difference is noticeably better when you get treated with a warm hello and using my name right away! And then my therapist is a true person who loves his job, Gurdeep and his assistant are working hard to get me back in shape! I noticed the compation and care about my needs as a injured person and not another wcb person to robotically push thru a program as quickly as possible? Gurdeep is someone who has actually been helping my mind and body through a tramatic event that caused my injury, So if I was able to give a 10 star rate for 360 wellness I certainly would

From the booking process to the deep tissue massage, everything was great. Friendly staff and benefit submission was already done by the time I was out of the room.

I had Dr. Gurdeep for physio. He helped me so much with my recovery and all the treatments. He always made my visit comfortable. And also his wife is very nice and has helped me as well. Since this was my very first injury, they have given me so much advices and lots of help for faster recovery!

I had really great service from Dr. Darren, was very informative and helpful, helped me relieve a lot of my tension and soreness, and stiffness. Even helped me with my soreness the day after and was just over a great experience for me.

The Chiropractor was very informative and helpful she really new her stuff. The Message therapist asked all the right questions. New where pain would happen when other areas of the body hearts. Really enjoy my experience.

Appointments are always on time the reception staff are great as well as all the various other people who work there haven’t had a bad experience yet

My husband went there yesterday and got a massage. He felt like his massage therapist was not even trying or wanted to massage him. He asked that his massage therapist press harder and he didn't. He was super disappointed as he was looking forward to it and felt like he wasted money.

Update - thank you 360 massage! My husband appreciates the effort to improve his experience! He said that his massage was the best message he has ever gotten! I cannot remember the ladies name but he can’t wait to come back!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I wish they would have been my initial treatment office after my car accident but unfortunately I didn’t.

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. My physio therapist Gurdeep is thorough and gentle with my injury. His direction is clear and is helping me progress to total healing.

Had a great massage by Crystal, she was kind and cheerful. She didn't overwhelm me with conversation and made my first prenatal massage very comfortable. She worked my requested spots and then some. I booked for another massage with her. Great massage therapist, I would recommend!

Went for a massage. Loved how their patient form asked whether I wanted talking or music. Will return.

I have felt very welcomed every time I walk in there. Great people from the receptionist to the staff. Even if they don’t know who you’re are they still talk to you. Great place to go for massages and chiro. Look forward to my visits there. I have not used any of their other services but I am sure they are just as wonderful. Seriously check them out if you anything. Great place to be.

Pleasant experience as soon as you walk in and greated by front end staff! Chiropractor was amazing and relief was felt right away. Will continue going and have no problem recommending to family and friends

This is a great spot in the grove. It has a number of services to offer and an easy website to book through and direct bills! The only complaint is that the walls are thin so I can hear other treatments/conversations near by so confidentially is questionable.

They are excellent. My Aish approval hasn't come through yet but they are still giving my treatment.

Dr Lisa is amazing at what she does! Very knowledgable and has all the tools for a great chiro appointment. I also had a massage the other day with Sarah. Hands down the best massage Ive had in awhile. I had major hip/sciatic pain for the past week and by the next day my pain had at gone down at least 80% with barely any soreness. I will be going back to see Sarah again for sure!

Awesome service, very informative, very relaxing, and I had a fantastic deep tissue massage! Felt like a million bucks walking out of there and the next day too. Plus the exercises that the RMT gave me are really helping to reduce the tension in my neck and shoulders. I would highly recommend seeing Crystal for some deep tissue Therapy.

I had Darren! He is a really good acupuncturist! I’ve only been there once but the results are amazing already! My shoulders and neck are way less tight, which gives me a wider range of motion and less headaches as well less pain due to the tightness! Couldn’t be happier

Excellent care and engagement, from receptionists to practitioners; Dr Lisa & Crystal both took the time to explain why and where the pain was originating from, were respectful, thorough, and just simply excellent!

I booked with Dr Paul and I was in ALOT of pain and I started seeing results after the first treatment. We have a long term plan with maintenance.

I have seen chiro's for many years with short term relief but now I experience long term relief. Their methods are new and work.

I booked a walk-in appointment spent more time filling the forms then with the chiropractor. He massage me for 10 min asked me if it was feeling better then put 2 piece of tape on my back and then asked to comeback on wednesday so he could make a quick $110 on me. Chiropractors is a freaking gimmic

Crystal is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to! She is also the first one to recommend specific stretches for problem areas between appointments. She is very accommodating and pleasant!

I have had therapeutic massage with Thomas. Ha asks all the right questions and give a great massage. I book 90 mins because 60 just isn’t enough. I would recommend Thomas to any one looking for healing through massages.

Terrible terrible customer service and never on time for appointments. One of the worst experiences of my life going there. Back on track is a way better place to go if you wan ta chiropractor on time and good attitude

Dr te is phenomenal he is very honest and genuine. I thought I had severe back curvature but it was mild and he didn’t crack me a million times like my old chiropractor. He’s just as good with his acupuncture. 10/10 service. And the man knows his stuff plus explain it to you and give you the time of the day. Would highly recommend

Leah both helped me short term and long term providing not just instant resolutions with in the sessions but also sent me home with exercises, stretches and information on long term resolutions that help me everyday! Fair pricing, and all the staff are super friendly!

Dr Leah is so down to earth and lovely. She makes the whole situation of having someone tug and push on your body a whole lot less awkward and really helps you feel understood in where your pain and issues are being felt. The whole team at 360 wellness is amazing! I've been seeing, Jaydeep and Rafat for physiotherapy, Dr Leah for Chriopratic, and Crystal for massage since my recent MVA in Oct, and they seriously have brought life back into my body!

The front end ladies are seriously amazing! Always smiling and have a nice word to say to you, they are serious rock stars who keep the whole pratice up and running on a daily basis.

I, am so glad I decided to book with them after the accident, and I know my health is in tremendously great hands here at 360.

Ordered custom insoles for my wife and I on 10/15/19 and was told approximately 6 weeks. We are now on week 10 and still nothing. I called just after 6 weeks and was told the manufacture was delayed. Called at 9 weeks and told the shipping was delayed. Called today (week 10) and was told they had shipped today but had no eta.
I had to call them as they never bothered to call to tell me of the delays.

I was hoping to claim at least half of the cost on my insurance plan this (2019) year, but because of their delay I cannot. I am out time and money.
Asked for a refund and they refused. First and last time I visit 360 Wellness.
