3600 Brentwood Apartment Homes

My roof leaked for over a year, the washer and dryer are over 20 years old and sound like a freight train is running through the apartment when I use it. The utilities cost is high because it’s drafts everywhere. They even gave me an old rusty mailbox. I could go on for an hour. They charge here what you could rent downtown with newer appliances. The cost of living in this place is ridiculous and not worth it at all.

Love living @3600 Brentwood.very friendly. Wonderful sense of community. Only negative we have was the steep increase in rent prices this year

From my experience they are not professionals
I had an appointment for viewing and when I arrive on my time I found the office closed.
Tried to call. I was transferred to voice mail. I left a message and text message.
No one showed up or recontacted me.
They disrespect other people’s time and commitments.

Olivia and April, both were very helpful and supportive throughout our moving process. They adjusted my move in date when I asked for an earlier move in. They were very understanding and it was very easy to communicate with them. The apartment itself is very clean and in very good condition. We are very happy with our decision to choose 3600 Brentwood apartments as our new home.

Happy to be a resident of Brentwood Apartments. Lovely complex in a park like setting. Residents are friendly and welcoming. The location is close to everything one needs: shopping, library, pool, restaurants and plenty of parks. The office and maintenance staff are outstanding!

An incredible service experience. We are so happy to be moved into this community and cannot say enough about the management office, they are doing an exceptional job! The units are exactly as advertised and we are delighted to be home.

The ladies in the office are amazing! They were both very accommodating to my move in dates, they found the perfect unit for me and also helped me with the home insurance when my broker failed to set one up. Both of them took away the “move in” stress and made me feel so welcomed. My unit was very clean and freshly painted. It was a very nice surprise to move in and not have to clean. My boyfriend and I recently moved in at 3600 Brentwood. We have absolutely fallen in love with the area, the people and the place itself. The apartment is fantastic, lots of space and the layout makes it feel like your own little house. The neighbourhood and the people around are all amazing, and I highly recommend here for anyone with pets. I have never found anywhere so dog friendly. The community is fantastic and everyone goes out of their way to say hi and get to know you. The leasing office, especially Olivia have been so fantastic and are ready to help with anything. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home.

I want to thank Olivia and Alicia for helping my wife and I secure a home in the 3600 Brentwood community. I am SO looking forward for this move, since I received an awesome job offer in Calgary and we needed a place to stay. We are coming from Winnipeg MB and cannot wait for our new adventure in Calgary and looking forward to our new home at 3600 Brentwood community!

The response to our maintenance request is quick and effective. Charlie has done a good job to replace the fuse of the electrical board in time and fix the smoke detector beeping sound effectively.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at 3600 Brentwood. I am relocating back to Calgary from another province, and was starting to really stress about finding a rental, let alone a pet friendly one who would take my dog in the first place, that doesn't charge astronomical pet fees just for owning one. Olivia and her team were super supportive of helping me and my fur baby find our home.

Olivia and the other team members were so helpful from the touring process (i live out of town so they facetimed me, talked to me on the phone etc) to the application and now approval process. Any questions i had on the application, Olivia walked me through on the phone. They were also so kind and accommodating to my parents who were helping me find a rental, since I'm not in Calgary.

I can't wait to call 3600 brentwood home, and would HIGHLY recommend looking into it if you're looking for a good rental. I've never had such a positive experience from beginning to end with a rental ever.

I appreciate the office staff of 3600 Brentwood most especially, Olivia. She listens, shows concern to people and values them. The location is likewise good for commute, shopping, and schools. For renters who have pets, this place is what they are looking for as it is absolutely pet friendly!

Pet friendly was good. Building managers are good to deal with. Had a roof leak when we first moved in. They got into a new unit right away and gave us a discount.
The only issue was that it's a pet friendly neighbourhood, but we got complaints of dogs barking.
So maybe better screening and organized placement of pet owners vs noise sensitive residences should be considered.

My partner and I dropped in to see the townhomes. We met with Alicia and Olivia in the rental office. They stopped what they were doing and took such good care of us. They were just spectacular and We are just so impressed with the customer service as well as the ladies going out of their way to assist us and answer all our questions. We immediately put in an application! Thank you both for going above and beyond!

Olivia is super friendly and professional, Her response is always clear and concise, gets to the point of your case and situation. She helped me a lot throughout the application and handle it with caring and patience. If you have ever tried to find a rental place in Calgary, you know it's not an easy road. Brentwood 3600 can make your life easier and I am looking forward to moving in this summer!

I came by the office to see what appartements they had, and met a very kind and professional staff member named Olivia! Unfortunately, 3600 Brentwood is not what I need at the moment, but she really stood out and recommended me great options owned by the same company!

I can't say enough great things about the staff in the office! We haven't moved in yet, but we have signed a lease and are excited for our upcoming move in date!

However, the office staff have been the nicest, most helpful out of any property I've lived at or visited. They have gone above and beyond to help us find a unit that was perfect for us.

The rental market in Calgary can be very off-putting since most properties don't have to wait long to rent their units and we looked at several before we found this one. Most of the other places we talked to had staff that were mostly disinterested in helping to answer questions and in some cases were even rude. This was NOT the case at 3600, we've mostly dealt with Olivia and she is the been fantastic! Probably the best of any property staff that I've ever dealt with.

We are so excited to move here and I look forward to updating this review in a couple months after we've settled in!

Had such a great experience in the rental office! Both Olivia and Alia were so welcoming and helpful to deal with answering all questions and concerns and taking time to thoroughly go through the property. Happy to be calling this place home in the next month!

We moved to here mostly because of the pet friendly neighborhood, and we were proven right. There is a lot of grass and greenery around, and it is close to nose hill, so the dogs have plenty of room to roam. Also, all payments and renewals can be done online, which is very convenient for us.
We had a broken sewer pipe earlier in the year and the maintenance guy named Charlie came out to help us unclog it and fix the door lock, he was very friendly and experienced and fixed it quickly.
My only complaint might be that the lease renewal fee for the second year went up compared to the previous year, but otherwise we are looking forward to our second year here with our dog.

We've been leaving here more than a year, everything was good and getting support on time. But after leaving we waited for damage deposit 7 months; they refused all the suggestion on how we can get the check if it doesn't reach by delivery.

Been living here for 6 months now, no issues besides a small water leak from the bathtub to the kitchen which was fixed the next day.

People in the office are attentive and just great people.

Please arrange with a contractor to have the lot plowed after the next snowstorm! My wife missed a day of work.

We have really enjoyed living in the 3600 Brentwood apartments. We had an issue with a draft coming through the front door, and within 15 minutes of us calling the front office about it, Argie was fixing it! We couldn’t have asked for a friendlier or more qualified person to come help us!

We are lucky to have Arlene during our moving! She is super friendly, patient and helpful. She always eager to answer our questions and keep caring about us! Highly recommend to live here as your new home!

I have lived here for a couple months in one of the apartment style places. I love the actual apartment! The only thing I have to complain about is with people living upstairs of you, you hear everything. There are two different households above you with the apartment being from one end to the other end. Every step, pushing of kitchen table chairs, balcony door being opened and closed. I have not had any sleep with the thumps, bangs, and opening and closing of balcony doors the last two nights. Cheaply built floor/ceiling. My kitchen light even flickers with the upstairs people walking around. Don't rent the lower level apartments!

A great place to live, freshly renovated clean units brand new appliances, property management take great care of the grounds year round. Great access to all amenities and minutes to the highways.

I absolutely loved my suite in this complex. All newly renovated and clean stylish finishes. I had no concerns with neighbours —- all quiet. Friendly.
The office staff were amazing, responded quickly with any tenant questions. Extremely good value for the tenants. Loved my 2– decks. With a fireplace too. Awesome bonus extra. Close to all shopping needs. And close to all levels of schools. Which is a bonus for families. Plus they allow dogs. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for same.

I have lived in these apartments for over 2 years now. I’ve always enjoyed the community and the lay out of the buildings and now with the new change in management/branding, I can truly say I enjoy everything about living here! The management team now responds right away to everything and makes you feel truly cared about. The renovated suites are more expensive for sure, but if you compare it to anything else in the neighborhood, it’s very reasonable. And the service you now get makes it totally worth it. I plan to be here for many years to come!

Management has been very accomodating, and has listened to us if we had complaints. They have good promotions for their tennants and I would definitely rent from them again.

I lived in Brentwood Apartment Homes for 2 years and loved every day there. The managing team is very helpful, attentive, and nice. The apartments have a well-sought layout with your own washer and dryer. There's also a patio that's like a small backyard. If you are a dog owner, it's the best area to live in: the Nose Hill Park just across John Laurie Blvd.and plenty of off leash areas to enjoy walking.

I rented a lower level suite in 2012 and enjoyed it pretty well. The kitchen was small but bathroom a good size. Own laundry in suite. Larger bedrooms. Some noise from the upstairs. Pretty good location close to northland mall and Canadian tire. Close to sarcee trail & John Laurie Blvd is handy.

We moved into our newly renovated home on August 1. Since late June, we have been working with Chantal in transitioning our move to Calgary. She has been an amazing person, a credit to Weidner. She has gone above and beyond, storing ordered furniture which arrived early and ensuring the apartment was ready on our arrival. The few post renovation issues were attended to quickly by the property maintenance team and we are completely satisfied and happy here. The greenspaces are abundant and beautiful. Our thanks to Chantal, Jillian and Theresa, Charlie and Marty for making our move an easy one. Top drawer in every aspect.

My wife and I am moved here from Cochrane Alberta The office staff are very friendly the maintenance requests are done very quickly They have obviously put a lot of work into the renovations I must say this place is worth a look if you’re looking for to rent. Best of all to all animal lovers they are pet friendly

Allowed people to go without appropriate heating and mice in the ceilings with no adequate arrangements for 35days from dec 15 to jan 17. We were shiverin to sleep our family suffered and when contacted the office in person over phone via email even the maintennce staff but still theressa the office lady shrugged her shoulders and said were doing what we can. (which she meant as she ordered the piece and that was it) we were still sufferin in the heatless apartment. He maintence were the only people who helped but hey can only do what the office allows. When you can see your breathe in a place where yor suppose to seek comfort and safety is completely innappropriate the seriousness of the issue and the unproffessionalism create a terrible place to live.

Management is not friendly and absolutely no communication between them. Infestations of bees and Hornets and mice and ants can be found living in the walls, dog feces can be found most everywhere in and around the property. The only positive thing is that maintenance kept the grounds well organized and maintained only reason why they got 1 star.
