Extremely Rude and unprofessional service. I wish if could give them zero stars.
My niece accidentally opened their review section and clicked 1 star by mistake and I didn’t even know that. They were sending me Rude Emails by asking me to delete the review without even asking me the reason for the negative review. Although I explained them that it was done by mistake. But they didn’t understand the situation and said we could not help you in your search for a job. Anyways, I don’t even want to work with this unprofessional company. But posting review is my Right and I don’t like to post Fake reviews on somebody’s profile.

As a board member of a 60 unit condo facility we have used 365 Patrol to ensure our residents are feeling safe and secure. They have a fantastic method of validating their presence in the building. We will continue to utilize their services in different capacities. Extremely helpful and happy.

What an absolutely amazing company. I was having a trouble with attempted breakins and windows be smashed. I was doing research and started reading all these amazing reviews so I went online to request a quote. My phone Rang shortly after, Mohamed reached out and within one phone call had me setup and security patrolling my business. These guys really go the extra mile. I highly recommend them for any of your security needs.

Amazing company to have keep your property secure. Hourly updates with pictures, and phone calls if something odd occurs. The entire team from management to front line worked very hard to keep my warehouse safe. Would highly recommend them for your security needs.

Incredible customer service, we found ourselves in a bit of a bind earlier this afternoon and within a couple hours we already have patrol of our commercial property. Great company to work with.

Mohamed, Farhan and the team at 365 Patrol are responsive and very professional. Whenever I've needed immediate response they are on site ready to take care of whatever I need. Thank you! You give me piece of mind my building is secure and will remain that way.

I was there to visit my mother. As I do.
I know many of their security guards. Very nice.

Today I went to see my mother and as I was signing in the security guard said that there has to be a leash on my dog and I said that there is and was.

I finished up the sign in and then went towards the Elevators and the guard, busts out of the little booth and charges at me announcing that I am a liar and, did I mention that my service dog is on an electric leash,
So I can see how this could get confusing for sure!
But then again that is still no reason to come out all hostile at a man and his service dog visiting his mom.
He called the manager down to deal with me! She cam down and did her job 100% and informed him that the k9 is a known service dog and I am allowed in!

So I called to report him to his boss and he refused to give me the phone number!
Aggressive and confrontational behaviour is not acceptable for a security guard.

Their man answered the phone and when I went to make a complaint against their guard he mad up accusations that I was there three days ago and laughed me off and started instigating me like a child.
This is not a respectable company and it’s staff act like children. Simply put! They are punks.
I am now stressed out over this and it is running my Mother’s Day as I was to spend it with my mother.

Pathetic. Really

Ps. All service dogs will protect their handlers!

This guard was close enough to get my dogs hackle up and testy to show.
Not very smart. My k9 is 215lbs. Not a smart move.

I consider this the worst state of harassment and if I am not given an apology and talked to by Monday afternoon! I will be calling my lawyer.

These guys are awesome. Had them manage security for one of our downtown locations for 1 year. Very flexible, affordable, and service level was outstanding!

Hired Patrol 365 to monitor our condo building during some renovations as we were experiencing a number of security related issues. Everyone at 365 Patrol was great to work with. Called them on a Sunday afternoon and they were ready to start that same evening. They did an indepth walk though of the building with me and asked lots of good questions to understand what exactly we were looking to get out of their services. Each night they promptly arrived right on time and provided updates throughout the night on any incidents. An absolute pleasure to work with and will definitely be a repeat customer if we have any additional security issues.

We organize an annual outdoor festival and 365 Patrol was hands down the best security service we have worked with! Mohamed did a full site walk through with us and helped us identify the best areas to place the guards. For both nights, all guards were on time, professionally dressed and were super friendly.
