My gas mower got progressively harder to start and keep running and was beyond my high school shop class mechanical skills. The folks at 4 Seasons diagnosed the problem, kept me informed and fixed the mower. Starts with one pull and runs like new. I appreciate good work and good service and 4 Seasons delivers that in spades.

They low balled the estimate and of course at time of pick up it cost $70 more. 3 weeks later then they stated initially. It's a simple 2 cycle motor however when questioned about the repairs done you would have thought they did a complete rebuild on a Duramax. I've been around enough to know when I'm getting the shaft and don't be surprised if it happens to you. Take your business elsewhere.

We brought our TYM T25 tractor in for a backhoe install and 50hr service. It was done quick and he answered all the questions we had. Although we did not buy our tractor @ 4 Seasons Equipment (no fault of theirs), we would certainly put them top of the list if we ever need to buy new in the future.

As for tractor attachments, we will always be in touch with 4 Seasons Equipment to add to our collection! Quick / painless / and easy process all around.

If you haven't looked into TYM as a tractor brand, I would definitely recommend it!

What an awesome experience we had at 4 Seasons Equipment! We had driven by a few times and finally decided to stop in on Friday to look. I had questions about a tractor and Todd was out of the office so I contacted him after his work hours and he responded so quick! Todd’s diligence, honesty and thoroughness is incredible! I went back in on Monday to talk in person, he was so respectful and gave us our space to discuss and decide.

I couldn’t be happier with the service that we received from Todd at 4 Seasons. We will definitely be back in the future!

Went in to look at acreage tractors and even though he could not help me in the price range and available units I was looking for he took the time to answer questions about a used TYM I was looking at that he had sold to someone a couple years earlier. Remembered the previous customer and history of tractor.

Even though I didn’t even end up buying anything from him he was a great source of information and very helpful.

Needed to get the rototiller handle welded. Borrowed the SUV from my sister and transported the tiller to 4 Seasons. Arrived after closing (oops). I didn't want to return the SUV with a broken tiller still in it. Luckily Todd (sales manager) was still working. He opened up the back door, helped unload the tiller and fired up his computer to cut us a work order. Great service and really helped me out of a bind.

Staff was very helpful in getting us the right snow blower for our new house. Friendly staff. I highly recommend anyone going there for all your snow blower and lawnmowers.

I went to the store looking for a leaf blower and purchased one that day. I went there because the staff in the Parts Dept.have always been good to work with. In this most recent experience, the sales staff were helpful and professional. The price of the product was comparable to a local big box store but was already assembled and ready to run. I was treated like a valued customer. Check out 4 Seasons Equipment in Sherwood Park for all your power equipment needs (ie chainsaw, string trimmer, mower, leaf blower, snow thrower, etc.).

The parts staff are cluleless about the products the sell. Each time I need a part I will call first, And they tell me its in stock. I then drive an hour to find out it's not even close to what I need. If you know what you need and its on the shelf your in luck, otherwise stay away.
This place has waseted to much of my time.
I will not set foot in that place again nor will I suggest anyone to shop there.

Can’t say enough good things about 4 seasons. From day 1 they’ve always treated me like family and everyone else I see walk thru the door. Great people. Have dealt with Todd, Darren, and Tabby mostly over the past little while but they have all gone above and beyond for a guy. Big fan of this place and I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!

Todd Wilson and the rest of the staff at Four Seasons were fantastic to work with. Everyone I encountered here were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the equipment the business deals in (which is extensive!)

What a mistake! Never use this repair company.had my John deer tractor parts worked on and they did such damage to them that I had to buy new ones.they don’t kno what there doing with heavy equipment parts.be careful and wide when using them use your judgment they will tell you anything to get the job

I have dealt with this company for years & you will never find better service, knowledge or expertise anywhere in Sherwood Park, Edmonton or surrounding area. Ernie & Todd are the best in the business & routinely go out of their way to always look after your mechanical or equipment needs; you will never be sorry dealing with these two top-notched experienced individuals.

5 stars to Todd the salesman if it had not been for him I would have walked out. I week ago I purchased the special fuel for my mower but after 1 week decided to purchase the Ego electric mower - spoke to Todd and rearranged for pickup -no issues and Todd was wonderful to deal with. Went in to pick up electric mower and return the purchased fuel - in an unopened bottle - Kris told me they could not return it as its "not good business" - I explained I am a repeat customer as I bought a snow blower and now picking up a $575 lawn mower. Kris said that they do not return fuel as people can tamper with it. So he basically stated I am a liar when I said I never opened the bottle and he did not even take the time to look at the bottle. Not good for business is telling a customer that they are lying when trying to return $12.00 for an unopened bottle of fuel when buying a $575 dollar machine is bad business! Kris made the situation very uncomfortable when it did not have to be. Otherwise the staff at 4 seasons are excellent!

Great service and friendly knowledgeable staff here. I purchased a backpack blower from Todd and I’m very happy with it! Todd explained exactly how to operate and maintain the blower. I would recommend 4 Seasons to anyone looking for seasonal equipment!

Bought a brand new 394 TYM tractor with loader. Took a little bit of time for it to come in but that’s out of 4 seasons control. Got the dealer to install a few add on everything went extremely smoothly financing and all. Brought the tractor home very very impressed with it had a couple issues with some stuff and I called up the dealer and they sent a mechanic right to my acreage an hour away and he quickly fixed everything up! Very impressed with the service! Todd in sales knows he’s stuff he’s been doing it for a very long time and doesn’t beat around the bush!

I have been looking for a small engine shop for some time. This is it, they have worked on a number of chainsaws for me. All at a reasonable price and they are working better than new. Can't say enough good, if you are looking for a small engine place, this is it.

As he showed us the ins and outs of the products we were interested in, Todd was knowledgeable, personable and thoroughly professional. Bought a Cub Cadet 50" ZT2 from 4SE and would recommend dealing with them. Poor Todd because of Covid units are slow coming in, I ordered months in advance and was getting worried as I sold my old mower. I had to cut the my yard with a borrow Husky once before my unit showed up. Like any sales person it is really Ernie (Service) that makes the man.just kidding. Todd is great at what he does and Ernie in service could load the unit on my truck blind folded.

Purchased a BR 600 Stihl back pack blower from 4 Seasons. Dealt with Todd Wilson who was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had many choices however Todd was able to narrow down the best option for me. Very happy with my purchase. I felt it was important to support local and happy with my decision to do so.

I bought a TYM T494 tractor with a loader and a backhoe attachment (not pictured) from Todd at 4 Seasons today. I was super impressed by the TYM’s hydraulic capability vs.the other guys, and all the included features. The backhoe is on back order, but not as long as the other guys I quoted, so I should still be able to get almost the whole summer’s worth of use out of it. I’ll update this review once I’ve taken delivery and put some hours on all the machinery.

They’ve also got a pretty capable shop, Ernie in the parts department is able to make me a ripping chain for my chainsaw mill, a couple other places I’ve asked haven’t had that capability.

Overall these guys have been super responsive and helpful, they’ve got a pretty wide range of equipment in stock, the only “downside” is that they’re a small shop and if you arrive when there’s a rush you might wait a minute or two before they can get to you. My sense is that it was worth the wait.

Todd was excellent. He is always such a big help and we greatly appreciate the extra effort and mile that he puts in when helping customers.

Called with some questions near closing time, reception was super friendly and helpful, Todd was very helpful from sales returned my call fast with answers to my questions. Saw I purchased was ready upon my arrival with its operation and fine tuning verified techs in the back. Everyone very friendly and helpful all considering minutes before closing time.

Dealt here a few times, by far the best place to go. Every time I’ve been in I’ve dealt with Todd he has been fantastic and easy to deal with. Needed a chainsaw sharpener a while back so I went to him wasn’t sure which size of chain so I bought both sharpeners and he said just bring the other one back. No hassles what so ever. The. Recently I bought a generator off them. Todd was great to deal with and when they said they wouldn’t have the generator in until Monday and I needed it for the weekend he let me take one of there used ones free of charge. Great place can’t say enough good thing about it, will definitely be using 4 seasons from now on!

Todd was very helpful from my first phone call to him inquiring about a chainsaw till the moment i loaded my truck. You will not be disappointed once you deal with 4 seasons. The best pricing i was able to find in and around the Edmonton area but most of all the customer service was superb. I will be back buying from them again soon.

Order some parts for my lawn mower. They told me they would be ready in two to three days. After a week of not hearing anything I had to call and ask and they still took another 4 days. Could communicate with customers better
