We had to replace our AC unit and the team was so prompt and professional and quoted us based on our exact needs. We also needed to have our ducts cleaned and so they helped us with that as well! It was a great experience all around!

Recently our furnace stopped working properly. After seeing the positive reviews on Google and the Better Business Bureau website we called 4 Seasons. They had day-of availability, though we made an appointment for the next day due to our schedules. Jeremy who came out was great: he found the problem, fixed it and let us know what we may need to keep our eyes on in the future so we can be prepared. We will be calling 4 Seasons if we need any sort of service again.

Kevin and Cole installed a new furnace and hot water tank for us and did so competently and efficiently! They were both very knowledgeable, personable and helpful with all our questions. They showed great respect for us, our home and our little dog! They even cleaned up their work space very well before leaving. We were very satisfied with their service!

Please, look elsewhere. All the way from administration to installers (4 months to complete and at least 10 different workers) too many issues to list, my husband did relay all our issues to owner (?) They are unprofessional and have zero respect for your home. Shoddy!

Jeremy came over today to perform a fireplace diagnostic for us. He called in advance as requested to set a time and arrived promptly. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and went above and beyond in helping us figure out what some of our switches control. He wasn’t rushed, explained everything he was doing, and presented several options for future steps we may want/need to take while being very honest about us not needing to spend more money right now.

Service was great. Called in the morning and had a tech at my residence the same afternoon. Jeremy O was friendly and gave me useful knowledge about my furnace. He addressed the issue with the furnace and made adjustments to make it more efficient. I was happy to have information that helped me make an informed decision regarding my heating needs. We were very happy with the service we recieved from Tyler he was very informative and explained everything he was doing. Tyler informed us of all the other promotions 4 seasons has.

We had Amber for our technician. She repaired a leaky humidifier that had flooded our electrical room. Her service went above and beyond, teaching me how to care for our system, finding issues that might arise. I never felt pressured to spend more money, but I did feel educated when she left. She answered many questions that I had and I feel like our entire system is in tiptop shape. It was very apparent that she knew the in's and out's of every system we had and never hesistated in her work. Thank you 4 seasons for sending someone who knew what they were doing! Amber said she had over 20+ years experience and it truly showed.

Jeremy Otis went above and beyond explaining what he was doing and exactly how the furnace was working when he came to service my furnace. Jeremy went over the report he wrote and I consider him extremely professional. I am absolutely grateful and would highly recommend Four Seasons.

In the past, they have been great at responding. But when we really needed them in a pinch, on a Sunday in early February, they couldn't be reached. We called their "24/hr" phone number multiple times, and it went right to voicemail. If you advertise that you have a Helpline that's 24hrs at least pick up.

Our business was without heat for two days.the first place we called couldn't come for a few days so i called 4 Seasons and they were there within two hours. Our technician Jeremy Otis was very professional and quickly determined that a simple wire had worked loose and once reattached the furnace worked perfectly. There was no pressure to sell me a new furnace although our furnace is 38 years old but he tested the draw on the motor & said it had lots of life left. I appreciated his honesty and felt he had our best interest at heart in what he was recommending. I would gladly hire them again and will probably be ordering our new furnace through them when we decide to go that route.

Just paid $82.03 for a generic flame sensor that is $19.95 on Amazon. Bought one of these two years ago from this store for $30.65. So much for shopping local.

We were impressed with all of the workers that came to the house during the furnace installation. Connery was the last of the men who came to the house, and like the others was so gracious and committed to showing us exactly what he was doing. All follow-up work was done with no charge. Thank you.

After having trouble with our furnace I contacted 4 seasons & they sent Jeremy out the next day, he was super kind, knowledgeable, honest & professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a few short hours, all the while communicating to me what he was doing which I appreciated greatly! Our furnace is running beautifully & more quietly now

I cannot saw enough great things about the 4 Seasons team! We called in on an Wednesday with AC issues and they were able to book a tech in the very next day as he had just finished a job.
The tech (Scott) arrived on time and did a phenomenal job assessing the issues and explaining it in a way I would understand. He gave me several options on how to find a solution. Ultimately the best solution was to replace our 1989 AC unit, which meant more correspondence between the service and estimation team. Each of the team members were kind, timely and professional in their effort to get a new AC unit quoted. When I called in to review the quote Ashley also was able to explain things in a way that made sense and never once tried to push us into a more expensive options. We settled on the Comforteer option and asked if we could possible have it installed that day as we were having a family function that evening at our house and it was supposed to be 36 degrees that day.
Understandably, Ashley was unsure if this could be done as it was Friday and I was asking day of. 4 Seasons was able to get a tech in on his day off and he did a great job getting the new AC unit installed! 4 Seasons did a really professional job with the instal, they cleaned everything up and took out the old AC unit. I am incredibly impressed with them and would recommend 4 Seasons to anyone for your AC and HVAC needs. `

I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC related services. I used them for a Fireplace service. Technician - Kirk was very knowledgeable and able to fix the problem quickly. Their invoice fee was extremely reasonable and I would use them again. Friendly staff and prompt fast service. Can't go wrong with that.

My husband and I had recently had our ac breakdown in 30+ heatwave, called 4 Seasons and they came the next day? Jeremy was our tech and he was awesome, courteous and the polite! He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it as well as checked the unit over, he also explained the problem and how he had to go about fixing it. It's refreshing too as the price was very reasonable and he didn't try to overcharge as some companies have done. Thanks so much Jeremy for your service, we truly appreciate it

AC System went down so I contacted 4 Seasons for help. They sent over Amber as a technician. Super impressed with how fast and quickly the problem was addressed and fixed. Happy with price and will continue to call 4 Seasons for future needs. Thank you!

4 Seasons replaced our aged Hot Water Tank with a beautiful top of the line product. Correspondence was wonderful - they sent total information on replacements, installation and even broke down payments if we chose. All correspondence was clear, concise and easy to understand. We are seniors and they accommodated hearing issues. John did the installation - removed old tank and took it. A very professional job in connecting and, replacing some old connections with even better products. I will keep 4 Season on my list for any future needs - I truly trust them. They are a company with integrity.

Had a furnace and hot water tank installed through a Home Depot purchase. Ashley checked out the installation on Friday afternoon and we received an estimate Monday morning. I contacted Ashley Friday to proceed with the installation. I was contacted by Tara to complete the paper work and to schedule the installation. Kevin and John completed the installation in a day and half and it was well done. Unfortunately the hot water provided by Home Depot had leak where the anode electrode is mounted in the tank. The tank was replaced with a new tank the next thanks to Tara, Four Seasons and Home Depot. I am very happy with the installation.

Kevin and Cole which did our install AC unit and Heater did an amazing job. Amber installed our thermostat and she was so friendly and lovely. They were very kind and respectful of my home, children and animals. They deserve 5** for sure! Thank you guys so much!
