Do not work with them. They will not pay your billls. We have been trying to get out money back from HANY ALy the ceo of this company from last 6 months but he is not paying our bills.in fact he blocked us.

Original quote was no where accurate. Showed up late with wrong truck and charged us additional money because of their mess up. They were late again getting to next house. They broke over a couple thousand dollars worth of our belongings such as a TV, desk, tv stand, telescope, cracked furniture, got cooking oil over a bunch of our stuff wasn't wrapped properly, put expensive speakers right in the truck not in a box which got damaged and more. Owner told us it would be covered for replacement. It's been over a month and no word back from the company after we call multiple times a week. Now saying they only cover X amount of dollars per weight of belongings which doesn't cover a fraction of the destroyed stuff.
Be very weary when booking these guys cause they don't seem ethical at all. I'll change my review when they pay us for the damage they've done.

The team at 4 seasons moving were reliable and went above and beyond with my move. They were respectful and accountable. They even stayed to help me install some of my furniture. Awesome job guys! I recommend using 4 seasons moving for anyone requiring a reliable moving company!

Booking was simple. Had the pleasure of having Mike and Andrew as our movers. They were both very personable, and polite. Professional and Hard working. They got my stuff moved quickly and didnt damage anything. I would recommend these gentlemen anytime!

I inquired to see if they could help us move. Initially they were quick to respond via email asking for follow up information. After responding to their questions I didn’t hear a response back. I sent a follow up email the next day and didn’t anything back for four hours. They said they would call me within the hour for more information. Needless to say they didn’t call me or reply back to my emails. If you need a flakey company you have found them.

We used 4seasons to pack our house as we have a trailer and will do the move ourselves, the movers were professionals and helped us packing our stuff in a reasonable time. Just arrived in BC and everything is still safe after unpacking. Would recommend them to everyone!

We’ve used 4 Seasons multiple times now to help move equipment from Anzac to Fort McMurray and vice versa and always happy with their service! Efficient help, great value and updates which we like. We’ll be using 4 Seasons again, thanks guys!

Paid for 2 movers to help move into a townhouse. They couldnt fit my couch and king size bed up the stairs. The owner came by a few days later with few more guys and moved the rest of furniture free of charge. Awesome service!

I had a move scheduled with MIB and the called me 7 AM that they are not coming! Called 4seasons and they showed up as promised and did the move safe and fast and saved my day! Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again!

Used 4 Seasons Moving to make the move out of the city to Edmonton. The service and communication was great.the quote was the most reasonable one among all other companies. Would recommend the service to anyone! Good company.

Called 4 Seasons after another company had to cancel. Overall they were extremely accommodating, given the booking was last minute.

The movers were professional, timely and everything went very smoothly. I would definitely use them in the future, and recommend them to others.

Hired MIB on the 29th and they cancelled my booking with a very short notice. Called 4seasons and they didn't take advantage of my situation and they sent a team in an hour.would recommend them for other people.

We just used 4 Seasons Moving Fort McMurray for a residential move. From booking the move to the move completed, they were quick to respond, professional and very efficient and careful with our furniture. Big shout out to Brandon and Cody for working so hard and taking such good care in moving our household. We really appreciate your service! I would recommend them 100%.

I would never use this company. I booked a move with them for July 25,2022. They knew we were moving within Sherwood park about 10 minutes away. We received a confirmation email regarding the move on the Saturday before. Sunday morning we received a call that they would not be there to move us Monday morning at 8am, when I asked why they said that they did not realize we were in Sherwood park. I said that yes they knew as I had specifically told them where we booked the move. I was then told that they were actually focusing more on fort MacMurray. I said they advertised in the Edmonton area and we were depending on them to move us. They said they would not be there. This left us scrambling to get movers for Monday which did not happen.we ended up having to use 2 different companies and it cost us a lot more. I filed a complaint with the BBB and will be looking at taking them to small claims to get the extra money paid back. They do not care about customer service and I am very disappointed in them. Take your business elsewhere.

Mixed emotions about this company. They were diligent in showing up on time and booking was easy, when the movers showed up they got everything done.

That being said they put two big dents in my wall and dropped my new tv in front of me.

Wasn’t too happy about that, will look for different service next time.

As unprofessional as can be! I’ll never recommend… dealing with Sarah was a pain! Poor coordination and communication. No follow up policy… Awful experience… you’re better off with MIB moving!

Absolutely aweful. Terrible management. Damaged items. Over charged. Lying untrustworthy movers. Hany specifically is an absolute joke. Disgusting people, terrible business. Save your money and go LITERALLY anywhere else.

**we scheduled weeks in advance, and called the day prior, they still didn't show up. I had to call and they arranged to have some people who weren't even movers come. They came 4 hours late, charged 1200$ to move 12 items (we already had the items conveniently placed for easy moving) the movers lied about how much time they spent, plus they took off multiple times for breaks. AND damaged 2 items. It took me 7 days dealing with the manager and he accused us of harassing his business.im blown away at how unprofessional this company is. Honestly took food right off our table. Liars. Don't deserve to be in business in my opinion.

My husband and I have used 4 Seasons Moving twice now, both were a success. The crew worked quick and carefully. They wrapped fragile items and were considerate of our belongs. Nothing was damaged both moves.

I have used 4 Seasons Moving on several occasions now. Given that moving can be stressful at the best of times, I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is n the process of moving. They were able to turnkey my moves and take the stress away from me. They were efficient, friendly and their pricing was reasonable. Last week, i had to move out of my condo in fort mcmurray.very last minute, i contacted 4 seasons moving.without hesitation, i was told not a problem they could help out.from the minute they picked up the phone it was such a pleasant and nice conversion.the best customer service.the two gentlemen who then actually helped move me arrived 15 minutes early, all smiles and were in and out in such a short time, i will recommend this company over and over to anyone needing a hand.

I hired these guys to move two heavy refrigerators from one house to another. They were efficient and careful not to cause any damage to the walls - not easy since refrigerators weigh 250 pounds+. They were polite and on time, and the cost was exactly what I was estimated. Very pleased and I will call 4 seasons Movers for my next move.

Amazing. We just completed our move from Alberta to BC, They were professional, courteous, responsive, considerate and overall more than excellent to use the entire way.
I did my research when looking for a moving company online, and they seemed to be trustworthy, and their prices were lower than other quotes received. Trust them 100%.
They did all of our packing, moving across provinces, and unloading and the teams along the way were all awesome.
They went as far as to hire extra guys to fit in a tight timeline giving by our building for unloading, without charging anything extra.
They helped accommodate a family emergency in the middle of everything also.
I can't say enough good things about them.

I began my experience with 4 Seasons with complete satisfaction and happiness. They were very responsive and helpful and understanding of my unfortunate situation. The movers showed up and were so extremely nice and went above and beyond. They dropped off the contract to sign when they had told me I didn't need to sign it after and told me they would send me the invoice for payment. They got very rude after this point and less understanding. The movers loaded incorrect items and told me incorrect information and then charged me for it. When I tried to explain my situation and where the misunderstandings took place they got very ornary and I just paid them even though the price was clearly incorrect as I was paying for their errors. I personally will never use them again or recommend anyone else to use them.

My fiance called a d got a price for moving all included 1800 from point A to point B
I called in and got the same distance from point A to point B for 1200 we then waited for a response from Hany and never got a phone call back to my fiance
I'm posting this as he continues to take advantage of people friends and family do not use this service

4 Seasons Moving team was awesome! The move went very smooth they worked efficiently and took great care of my belongings. I will definitely hire these guys for my next move and will be highly recommending them to Family and friends. Thanks again for your great team work!
