John M arrived on time and explained the service plan and costing used by 4 Star Electric. We toured to the electrical panel and around the house where we had identified issues. He did an electrical safety inspection of the whole house (including attic), and identified an additional issue of non-GFCI in outdoor outlets. He fixed all the issues and explained what had been done. He was very professional. It was a pleasure dealing with 4 Star Electric.

Met Jesse first time recently and found him to be thorough and patient. We had a lot going on in the house at the time and he was most understanding as he needed to maneuver the workspace around our main panel while a new furnace, hot water tank, humidifier and air quality purifier was also were in process of being installed and then our framer was added to the chaos. He was still focused and he continued to assess our needs for our fixer upper, but new to us 1979 home. He was patient and it made a huge difference in a stressful environmental. We will be having our panel redone and start off on the right foot I needed a huge ceiling fan taken down and a smaller one too. He did it quickly and efficiently while his team apprentice installed a 240 v in the laundry room. Thanks Jesse for your professional demeanour and expertise. I will say 4-Star Electric should be 5-star! When it come of electrical set up in the house, we need extra safety and 4-Star Electric is the excellent service. Electricians were very knowledgeable and detail oriented.

I am having my kitchen renovated and a sunshine ceiling was removed. A junction box and wires were left behind on the ceiling - hence my need for an electrician. Elton from 4-Star Electric did an incredible job. Not only was the junction box removed but he also took the time to install pot lights in the kitchen. Andreas and Ihor came to assist later in the day and they were also phenomenal. The crew from 4-Star are knowledgeable, efficient and transparent about services. I am particularly impressed that the electricians from 4-Star identified electrical safety issues both outside and inside the home.

Appreciate being able to send an electrician short notice on a Saturday. Thank you Lucas for checking things out and making sure it was all safe!

Awesome service, Lucas was excellent and explained clearly what needed to be done and it's the second time he does work in my home, He gave me a good price explanation/ break-down, etc. Very quick to come to your home also. Cleaned up/ vacuumed everything after was done which was great. I Recommend them in a heartbeat!
The only comment I could make was maybe better pricing for repeat customers as I felt some of the pricing for certain work could have been better but still would recommend them easily.

I was looking online for a certified Electrician to fix my underground cable. 4-Star Electric was the 1st and only one provided by Google search.

I tried calling them the next business day and told me that they can provide the service on Oct 20th but surprisingly, they called me back and said, one of their Electrician will be coming in the afternoon.
The Electrician who came is very professional and provided some advice. Shortly after he left, I received an email which states what are the steps I should take to proceed.

These guys are awesome and easy to communicate with. They are very professional to talk to and give straight-forward advices. I'm looking forward to hire them to fix my electrical cable issue once I have done the steps on my end, but I'm yet to know on how competitive their price for the service they would provide.

The entire 4-Star staff are professional and focused on the customer. My electrician JT was super. I'm very happy with 4-Star service and would highly recommend them.

JT and Sam B helped update my plugins. Service was great. I am planning some renovations and JT had some excellent suggestions. I’ll get back in touch when I’m ready for that.

Everyone at 4-Star was incredibly helpful and always willing to answer my many questions over the course of the multi-day project they finished at my house. They had many thoughtful suggestions to improve my house and never pressured me to add more work unless I felt they were valuable. Luke and Bow were professional, detailed and did fantastic work.

I had a service call with Brett and was impressed with his persistent in figuring out what the problem was in my kitchen which had been bothering me for some time. Not only did he figure out the problem he also checked all the outlets in the kitchen to make sure they were wired correctly. And he did a safety inspection.

Four-star electric installed our heating fan in our bathroom. Lucas was very informative and professional. We also worked with Mike to make decisions. Both men were very good to work with. We would use four-star again if we had electrical needs. Thank you.

I had Jesse, from 4 star come by today. He very presentable guy. Professional and friendly, he got to work right away. Its nice dealing with a reputable company, who employ great people. The work is done nicely, neatly, and with no hassel. I'll be bringing them back in for more electrical work in the future, thanks to Jesse and the work he performed today.

Amazing service. Brett came out and helped us diagnose a significant issue with our electrical breaker panel. Turns out there was a potential fire hazard that he found, resolved, and got us back up and running.

These guys are the best. Don't waste your time looking for another electrician.
