Walked in just before they close and still got a service with a smile, ordered my stuff and it was in the day they said, I'll be back for that cold air intake lol.

I don't even know where to begin.these folks went above and beyond over the past two days for me and there aren't words that I can find to express how grateful I am. I just want to say, April, you are a legend. I was stranded with my jeep in Gasoline Alley. Parts were scarce and my frustration was beyond high. April and her team helped me over and over. I got to check out the shop and it was beautiful. The feeling of being welcome wraps itself around you the second you walk in and you can feel confident that you're talking to some of the best when shopping in the store. It's not every day that not just one but everyone I had interacted with was professional, knowledgeable but most of all.genuine. I wasn't helped so they could make a sale, but believe me I'll be making the trip when it's time to put the jeep on 35s. Thank you all again.

I was a little concerned after I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler to get a bunch of work done and I didn't get a call on Friday when they thought it would be done. When I phoned to check in the phone line said it was out of service.
So I had someone stop by after the weekend and they were told that 4-wheel parts had someone working in the space and clipped the line unintentionally.
They were a great friendly group and know 4-wheel vehicles. It was nice because we didn't have to tell them about or explain the upgrades which happens more often than a person would think with other mechanics.
But April was so helpful that she even let me have her personal number while they got their lines fixed so I could give her an answer about a driveshaft.
And I got my jeep a week later anyway Thanks for all the help and for teaching me something new too!

Called 4WP asking about some shocks and what’s the availability like on them, gentleman on the phone told me there was 4 of them in stock on his self plus the price of each, so knowing that they are in stock I took the time drove 20 mins each way to 4WP location, after waiting 15 mins in line while the customer in front of me was clearly a friend of the Gentleman working, (chatting, and not buying or selling any parts of any kind) I was finally helped we setup my account with all my info and back he went gone for over 10 mins in the back and came back with 1 shock stating “sorry looks like we only have one in stock, but I can have more here in just over a week”

Waste of my time and fuel money, do NOT recommend using 4WP

The service is top notch, highly recommend this place. Denis did me a solid on my first visit, earned my respect before my truck ever got there. These guys got my business for life. Great job 4 wheel parts!

Helpful staff, decent pricing on parts. Really good store, but as a retail location it is a bit limited in terms of available products being 'on the shelf'. That said, very friendly staff who will order in anything you need.

This location is great!
The front counter staff are knowledgeable and the installation Technicians do a great job.
I brought my ram 1500 sport here to have suspension and front end work done, the truck rode like it was new again, the main dodge dealership couldn’t even get it right, these guys nailed it.
Great selection, they can bring in virtually anything you need in a timely manner and installation if needed.

1 * seems to be a common theme. I went in looking for parts for my 07 Ram diesel to put a lift on it and everywhere was cheaper then this place. It's nice to walk around the store and look at stuff but you better off going somewhere else to swipe the debit card.

Was a little shocked when returning an item and was charged a restocking fee of 10% of the product cost. Not noted anywhere on their invoice of this fee nor was it brought up when purchasing the items, however they feel that you should read every paper posted on their walls which this apparent policy is noted. I would suggest highly to deal elsewhere where the staff in knowledgable and helpful on the products they sell. I guess they still made money off me so they are happy however hopefully this will deter other from shopping here as I know I never will again. On another point, when the young woman behind the counter claims that superchips f5 performance tuner can be used on multiple vehicles and all you have to do is phone into superchips, she is absolutely incorrect. Deal elsewhere where the sales people know what they are talking about and are not just in the business to take your money. Good luck 4WP!

Awesome place to deal with, staff is always friendly as well as knowledgeable. Id recommend them to anyone!
