Great customer service at TFT Offroad! I had my brakes replaced on my Jeep and a sensor was broken after the repair. TFT Offroad ordered the part and replaced the sensor the same day at no extra cost. Thanks again for the great service!

No communication and very unreliable.
Called the other day for a quote on a suspension lift and a new set of wheels, as well as installation. Waited a few hours but got an email with the quote, only parts for the lift were listed and nothing else I asked for. Called again the next day to ask for the rest of the quote, guy I spoke to said no problem they will resend a complete quote. One week later still didn’t receive anything so I call again. Find out that the quote they sent me for the suspension lift parts aren‘t even available anymore so they didn’t resend the quote. That’s fine, if only I‘d been told about it once they found that out… Either way, I said that’s fine but please send a quote with the other things I asked for. Day later and STILL haven’t received anything.
So much trouble with quite a simple request on what I was looking for, more of a headache than it’s worth. Very disappointed in the service, as I was really wanting to give these guys a chance due to some good reviews, but I‘ve gotten no effort from any of the guys I spoke to. Too bad.
Giving two stars instead of one just because I can‘t judge them on the quality of work.

I dealt with Alex to purchase some add-on for my jeep. He was extremely helpful and honest about what I needed and didn’t need. He never tried to sell me any accessories I wouldn’t use.

I started having steering issues with my Jeep so much that I couldn’t go over 60km and I had a Jeeping trip planned for the following week. With no appointment the team at TFT came to my rescue - they got me in and worked on my Jeep between other appointments and fix multiple issues with my front end - I would like to thank the hole team at TFT for saving my vacation.

Called to get a price. I just get message telling me I've called outside of business hours. Called at 17: 40 and they are supposed to be open till 18: 00. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

This team has always went above and beyond in regards to service and support post sale. Was extremely happy to see despite a change in ownership, service standards remained exceptional.

One of my first stops after arriving in town.

Needed my RTT off the Jeep to fit into underground parking. Normally there is no storage service at this location - however the store manager immediately agreed to storing it for a week while I make a plan. Took it off the Jeep as a walk in service without wait. Measured to know the new clearance height. When I wanted to pay - THEY SAID NO! Offering it as a courtesy!

I am blown away by an amazing act of customer service such as this for a complete stranger. Can only imagine what the service will be like as a regular.

Will be back to tune up the jeep in April and get rid of the noises I’ve been drowning out with the stereo. These guys have 100% earned my business!

Placed an order online on Dec 4th with a 2 to 4 day estimated shipping date. Went to the store over a week later and was told "any day, it is in our sorting facility and on its way" Then calling Dec 20th and be told "we don't know where it is and it isn't our fault because we have a new system". Lots of options out there to order parts from. I guess I will choose the other option from now on. Horrible service!

I wish there were negative stars for these reviews. I'm having a hard time expressing my disappointment and regret for ever stepping into 4WP.
My requirements were simple going in, new rims and largest size A/T tires that don't stick out past the fenders and don't rub.
On the advice of the salesperson, I ordered rims and tires. Around a week later, they called to let me know they arrived but couldn't get me in for install for 3 weeks. That's fine, I came in, paid for my rims and tires and took them to a different shop for install because I needed them for a trip I was going on the following week. Guess what? Tires stick out and rub on the wheel wells. I immediately go to 4WP and complain. They offer to get me new rims to reduce the offset to bring the rims in and eliminate them sticking out and rubbing. 4 weeks later the new rims arrive and they get me in for install. Guess what? They still stick out and rub. What's even worse? They made me pay for the second install even though it was their mistake.
Don't walk away from this place, RUN! RUN FAR AND FAST FROM 4 WHEEL PARTS!

Bought two Method rims from here. The process was very smooth. Placed the order over the phone, I was contacted when my rims arrived and when I picked up everything was exactly as described!

I have honestly not seen customer service like this in years. These guys talk the talk, and back it up 100% of the way. There were some issues with fitment of the lift kit I had ordered, requiring a number of new parts we had not discussed in the original sale. They comped me the required parts free of charge, and got me my truck back and better than ever, for exactly what they had originally quoted me. These guys will get 100% of my buisness moving forward.

This company has given less than satisfactory service. July 6/22 I was looking for a tri link bushing for my jeep. I decided to order a complete bushing kit, however my main Gola was the tri link as I communicated to them MULTIPLE times.
Here I sit Sept. 12/22 still have not received my tri link. They did process my credit card without approval. The price charged to my card was higher than quoted and still haven't even seen the part.
I called today to speak with the "manager", who I would guess is a 19yr old kid. I tried to voice displeasure in a calm rational manner by asking this manager questions. He decided he was being attacked I guess so he began to speak to me in a connecting manner, calling me "bud" and deflecting from the comments I was making. I pointed out that I have called in 5x with a correct mailing address and explained the address is STILL wrong. He based this on their "new shipper". He then proceeds to tell me that "he does 100k/day in sales" and that he really didn't care about my $900. He said he would look into the situation and get back to me. He actually did get back to me hours later. In that brief phone call he told me that they updated my address and again it was the shippers fault. He then proceeded to tell me again that he didn't care about my business. I asked why they fraudulently processed my card for parts I haven't received. He replied that he "thought it was ok".
Here I sit months later, with parts I didn't need, I don't have the part I did need, a fraudulent charge on my card for parts I haven't seen. No credit l. No discount. No apology.
Absolutely terrible service and will be switch to the many competitors, and I will advise others in my 4x4 community to stop using them aswell.

If it’s possible I will give a zero star. Complete fraud. I will never deal with this company. Dealt with the Calgary store and everyday it was a different staff giving me a different story. Very inconsistent staff. Thanks for wasting my time. Buyers BEWARE!

Excellent customer service. Ordered an air compressor that wasnt supposed to shop up until a week after an off-roading trip. Devon was able to help me out and get it shipped to my place a week early and and was able to have it before my trip! Thanks man!

I see lots of positive reviews, guess it is just luck of the draw and who you deal with at the store. Very poor service for me, not impressed. At least call back when you say you will, more than once. Sorry like your store but lack of honest communication too much. Shopping elsewhere going forward.

First off the staff was friendly and easy to talk to. My issues is I ordered New rims for my f350. Called it in so I didn't make a mistake. Received them and they were for a chevy along will wrong lug nuts. Sent back to Calgary and settled on a different set they had in stock After waiting a week called and was told they were waiting on the lug nuts. Finally after waiting another week they arrived. They sent me USED DIRTY RIMS AND THE WRONG LUG NUTS AGAIN. The hole process took over a mouth. Just give me my money back. Called after 3 days and finally got my money back. WHAT IS GOING ON THERE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Bought after market rims for my truck, went to canadian tire for the rubber, canadian tire refused to install my tires because of the aftermarket rims, brought the wheels and tires to these guys and they had them mounted and balanced the same day. Fantastic service.

The team at 4WP has always been great to me and all my buddies when I comes to ordering parts and getting advice on what mods to do next. I would highly recommend these guys. If you know what you want even if its not listed on their website they will order it for you. The onlything I can negative I can say has nothing to do with them and everything to do with me. Called to get a quote on lifting my new 3500 and the gentlemen I spoke to was incredibly polite and exceptionally knowledgeable. I had emailed and called about getting a quote for my truck. I got no response to either. ***Update*** I tired again with a email and call and still no response. How is this place in business?

After almost paying 4 times as much at a dealership for the same parts and service, Tim and Doug at 4WP helped me out in a major way.

When things break down on a vehicle it can be both expensive and stressful to get things fixed up - the team at 4WP helped make the process incredibly easy. I will be going back to these guys every time I need auto parts or labour because these guys look after you as though you are friends or family and they treat your vehicle like it’s their own!

Great team here that doesn't make it feel elite. Just want to help you get your truck or jeep to be what you need it to be.

I’ve ordered every single aftermarket part from here and every time I’ve been brought over the moon with their service. Most recent was a lift kit with brand new tires and they got everything installed in about 6 hours, and have still blown my expectations out of the water.

Massive shout out to Cody for constantly helping out my family and I with all of our orders and making sure each part is exactly what we are looking for and making sure we are always satisfied with the outcomes of the builds! He also helped myself out when I ran into some problems that I went to 8 different mechanics who couldn’t figure out the problem and he diagnosed, and recommended how to fix the problem since he’s seen that problem before and it worked and I’ve never been more happy to say the jeep runs better than it has in years thanks to him.

Nothing but great things to say about this company and their team. Will continue to recommend, and go to with everything I need.

Ever since I've started dealing with Devin at 4wp I've had nothing but the best of service. Calling me when my parts are in right away, making sure I always have what I need not just what he can sell me. Now as the manager things are only going up. I have never dealt with such unprofessional front staff. You spend 20-30 min.on hold then they answer and its pay first then you will get your product. I have been waiting for four weeks for parts. I call, getting the following answer perhaps next week and the story goes on. They take your money and take no responsibility for not getting product in a timely manner. I will never advise anyone to deal with this joke of a company. I will ensure the city of Calgary is aware of there operations.

We went into the store today and no one talked to us and we were there for about 10 minutes. Also, the people who were there were not wearing masks.

Worst customer service. We went here and there were 2 guys at the front, none of them gave us a look, a smile, or a 'hi'. We were literally in front of this guy for about 5 minutes acting as if we were friggin invisible. 5 minutes is (surprisingly) a long time standing in front this guy before he acknowledged us and asked us to give him a minute.

Don't go here. The lack of customer service speaks volume, i can't imagine dealing with this shop and its useless staff.

They wanted to charge me 2k for a set of new front leaf springs for my truck double any other company here in the city.the pricing jack up will make me not open a door there again and spend money. Bunch of crooks. Good thing there are other places in the city that handle the same parts as them for 1/2 the pricing. The Guy told me my job was 540 for parts and labour was 1.5 hours per side but the total cost would be 1880 plus taxes. Yet there shop rate is 140 per hour. Glad I can have all 4 leaf springs change for the price of the cost that they wanted to charge me for 2 with parts and labour included.even with a 6 inch lift kit!

Brought my Jeep in to get my entire axle replaced and a new one was way over budget and had no luck finding a used one, however the manager was able to find me a rebuilt axle with 4.10 gears for way less and was able to get everything fixed up on budget. Would highly recommend this shop for great customer service.

This is definitely my go to shop for anything offroad or Jeep related. I booked my mothers Jeep in to get a 2.5" lift installed and it turned out amazing! The staff are so helpful. Ask for Devon Rochon, such a nice guy, he'll help you out! Thanks guys! Definitely will be doing business here again.

Went in and asked for a quote for an off-road front bumper. 3000 for the bumper, which was ok, it's listed at 2100 US. Asked for the price with install, 6400 dollars, manufacturer states 2 hours shops time direct bolt on. Guy tries to tell me that it's because they have to take extra time to not break the parking sensors. Not sure what their shop rate is, but at 200 an hour that's 17 hours. Trying to tell me that it'll take 15 hours over the estimated time to install a front bumper! Lmao won't ever darken that doorway again

Had a PSC power steering pump grenade on me this winter, a quality part from a top manufacturer I must of just ended up with a dud. The pump was two years old at the time, well beyond the manufacturer warranty, luckily I payed the $60 for the 4WP inhouse warranty when I bought it. I called them up and no questions asked they had a replacement ordered up that day for me.
If I had bought that pump from any other dealer or straight from PSC I'd have been out close to $900 for a new pump.

I love this place! This is the best place for parts and service. Their prices are competitive, the staff are amazing and very knowledgeable! Very welcoming, they don't talk down to you. I just purchased a Jeep and this place is my shop for any upgrades that I could ever want. Friendly, honest and helpful suggestions from all the staff. They helped me find the right parts for my rig and for my budget with no pushing to upsell. Just honest advice. Their pricing is great too! Every price that I compared was either the same or better than on line competitors. 4wp makes it easy to shop local and support our local economy!

Those guys are amazing, quick response and good customer services.price are a bit high but off road accessories and such aren't cheap anywhere anyway.

It's expensive but what did you expect? You bought a 4wheeler. The staff is friendly and super helpful and they can get anything and everything you could need ir want.

I didn't have a good experience here. Brought my Jeep in to get the locks replaced. Took them a week to finish the work and I had to call them each day for an update.

Love all the parts for off roaring they have. Got some sweet Baja lights for my wrx. Easy to spend all your money here

I wasn't going to leave a review because it's been many years since I've had my bumper installed. However as of recently I just started receiving emails from you guys and it reminded me of what a shotty job you did and how I'm still going to have to pay to fix the paint eventually thanks for nothing.

Love these guys.sold me a 6"lift for my 02 chev and it drove better then before.was wowed and the guys worked after hours to ensure I got my truck back in time for a great weekend of off road fun.

I just picked up my Jeep today after getting a 2.5inch lift and 35s installed. I came in to the store with some ideas but no direction, Jamie took the time to ensure I understood everything throughout the process. Great to see a company with knowledgable sales people that aren't pushy. I will be back, my go to place going forward.

They have good stock n apparently a fair price in the city. I did ask for lift kit, side steps and mud flap, they send me a detailed quote n explained every items in details

I have bought a bunch of parts here. The staff is very knowledgeable they were a big help. They are honest which is exactly why i continue to shop there. The only issue is the location however it is like a diamond in the rough.
