I love the overall concept and had fun making a project here, but it is definitely very self directed (with the iPad). This can be great for working at your own pace, but not so great when the tips and suggestions that make the project easier are not included in the video.
When it came to choosing colours for glazing my project, I was disappointed with the very few options they had. The example pictures of the project were beautiful, but these colours are not available (ex.brown) so you have to mix them yourself. This would be fine if they stayed the same colour once fired, but they do not, which leaves a lot of guesswork. The folks working there were lovely but only 1 of them really seemed to understand how things worked and how to help. Again, I love the concept but I don’t think I’d return to do another project.
