LIFE SAVER! I was so stressed about looking good for my big night before Derks. The passionate and thoughtful employees at Derks put my mind at ease and helped me look fresher than I could have even imagined. If you want to dress to impress there is simply no better choice. I was getting compliments on my attire all night long. I cannot thank Derks enough for the supreme level of service and customer care that they provided. LIFE SAVER, LIFE CHANGER!

Do not go here. Tried to get suits here for our wedding and they were difficult, disorganized, and honestly didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They strung us along for two months before we ran out of time and decided to take our business elsewhere. They have also been very difficult during the refund process. Take your business to a company that cares and knows what they are doing. Their rental suit costs are also exorbitant!

We visited this location for my fiancé's tux rental for our upcoming wedding, and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. From the second we walked in the door, Kaylee made my fiancé feel like a million bucks. We had had a terrible experience at a competing store weeks ago and I'm so glad we didn't just try another of their locations and that we came here instead. Kaylee was such a pro, she had obvious experience but also her attention to detail and diligence made us trust that we will be very happy with the end result once the rental comes in. She even consulted me on my dress, looking at pictures on my phone to make sure we chose the correct shade of white for my fiancé's dress shirt under the tux, so it'll match the off white colour of my dress. She made several very helpful suggestions during the process, took her time and did not make us feel rushed at all. She clearly knows what she is doing and on top of the excellent service, the store has SUCH a beautiful variety of choices, and all we're available for rent, unlike competing stores We will definitely be recommending this location to others and will revisit for our special occasions down the road. Absolutely awful place to deal with. They always say they will call me back to sort out the suit I didn't ever get from August. Still nothing - been in there 4 times now. Total joke of a store.

I loved my new husband’s suit on my wedding day! His groomsmen looked so very dapper in their matching suits. Excellent service here, highly recommend

This has been resolved. However due to the 6 months of time it took to resolve my review will not change. Future customers be wary, and watch your receipts.

I wish I could zero star this company as they have shown us some of the absolute worst customer service I've ever witnessed.

The whole process they were disorganized, not properly sizing my wedding party, and myself multiple times.

Some of our wedding party had suspenders, some didn't. Only one of the groomsmen was offered cuff links.

And the worst part of all, they overcharged us, and I'm still waiting for repayment of 200 dollars that they have acknowledged they owe me. I've emailed them, no response. The store level response has been equal in response too. Its almost been 5 month.

It's practically feels like theft at this point.

Had to get a suit for my buddys wedding. Tried to pay, they told me my buddy had covered it all since I was a groomsmen. I told them I didn't think that was right, but they assured me I was wrong and not to worry about it. They call me back half an hour later to say I have to come in to pay. They can't take a credit card over the phone. I come back to pay, and ask for a discount for wasting my time. They can't help me apparently. I would have told to get bent, but Its not my choice, not my wedding. The lady then informs me that I would have had to come back regardless to try all the stuff on. Like that was supposed to make the situation better. Bad communication, bad customer service. Total muppets.

I would look elsewhere.

Had this place for my wedding a couple years ago. It was flawless. Not the same for my buddy's wedding. 4 trips for me, plus a few hiccups with the other groomsmen. A big headache.

This place has been nothing but bothersome and unreliable. They gave my husband a wrong size for the suit that they knew was wrong. They had a correct size ready for him ONE HOUR before the wedding. After the wedding we came to return the suit and file a complaint. The assistant tells us that she will handle the complaint to the corporate. This never happened. I had to reach out myself. The HR Generalist and executive assistant Jennifer has emailed with me a couple of times only to ghost me. It’s been a month since the wedding and there’s been no resolution from anyone. This has been a truly bad experience. I cannot hold back from recommending people to literally go anywhere else.

Edit: Jennifer has since reached out to me after I left the review and offered store credit and nothing else. As if I would want to ever return. The company has a terrible way of dealing with customers and does not appreciate your business. The store credit wasn’t even the full amount of what we had spent.
