Had a great experience here for a full set! Nail tech was so so kind throughout and did a wonderful job!

Because there is one employee, rushed work for me. I don't know if she is newly hired or what. But Im not satisfied with her work for me.she is doing shortcuts service for me.

Amazing place, got 2 of us in with very little notice, our nails look amazing and the ladies there were so incredibly sweet. We will definitely be back!

Won’t be getting my nails done anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and they did such an amazing job for what I asked for

5 star I feel more like 2 stars in my opinion my nail basically broke off the whole thing by when I was doing my makeup with my beauty blender. My nail polish is chipping I don’t do very much stuff with my hands this is Honesty ridiculous for 63$ I’d rather go somewhere and pay 75$ if it’s going to be good… they also didn’t help with my cuticles.rip offf

Took priority over people who had booked appointments for walk-in. They took over 3 hours to complete 3 pedis and 2 fills which is horrendous. Then tried to get me to pay for an extra service. Employees are slow and unorganized and I will not be returning.

The worst and last mani pedi I will have there. Was there with my sister. Her pedicure was 45 min.mine was 15 min. Manicure was done in the pedicure chair where she stood to do it and I had to have my hands raised to have itb done. (No reason as no other customers were in the salon). Not relaxed at all. Manicure (French nails) looked awful so left without them being completed. Girl doing nails would not listen when informed it did not look good. Very disappointed.unprofessional. They new I was unhappy and had not completed French nail…but was still charged full price.

I got to the place with no appoitment - walking in. Annie was really good getting my manicure done, she was very helpful suggesting colors for me based on my taste of colors.

Relax. Great service, friendly staff. Reasonable price for the service. A really decent hot stone foot scrub. The staff is very pleased with guests.

I’ve been here 3 x now & wow! 5 stars every time… the ladies ALL say hello, they offer you a drink for your service - tea, water, coffee & a cracker cookie! Very happy with all my visits and the work they do it quality!

Loved my first experience there with my bestie, Diane. Had my first deluxe manicure and Ombre nail experience by Jenny and Annie and they did a fabulous job! I cannot stop admiring my nails! My bestie had the deluxe pedicure and she loved it, too. I highly recommend this clean, cheery and professional nail salon! Thank you, ladies, for a relaxing and pampering experience!

Annie is the best! All I have to do is show her a picture of the style I’m looking for and she can recreate it without any problem!

My favourite nail salon in Okotoks! They are kind, caring, and take their time. I always get the nail tech who I request (unlike at other salons).

The ladies there are always very lovely and are very understanding when I have to bring my daughter in sometimes with me and the art they do on my nails always looks amazing

Absolutely love going here the girls are amazing at what they do and they take there time I would highly recommend going and ask for Annie as she's always able to do my crazy designs

I love going to see the wonderful staff at 5 star nails. The pedicures and manicures are definitely 5 star. The place is clean, the equipment clean and sterilized and the artwork is phenomenal! Annie and Kim do an awesome job and does great artwork, even off little pictures on my phone! I highly recommend 5 Star Nails in Okotoks.

The sweetest women. They always ask after my daughter and give the best leg massages ever. These ladies do a bang up job on your nails too- highly recommend. I started going here when I was 7 months pregnant and now I won’t go anywhere else.

Made an appointment on line and waited until 35 minutes after my appointment time before they started. My appointment was scheduled for 4: 00 and my service started at 4: 30. I was finished at 5: 36. The website said the service I was scheduled for should take 50 minutes. The salon did not look clean. Any equipment used on me was not sterilized and obviously used on many other people prior. Although there were plexiglass partitions between the technicians and the clients the seats between stations were too close together with no plexiglass barriers in place. When the technician was gluing my nail tips on she glued my fingers together. She was very rough during the process filing the sides of the nails too aggressively to the point where I had a visible “cut” on one finger. I told her a couple of times she was hurting me but no comment on her part. I am not new to artificial nails and have never had such a horrible experience. I chose this nail salon because of the great reviews but I will never go back. Do not recommend at all! By the way this is the first review I have ever written.

Affordable place to get pampered, and a great quality for the price. They are always very polite and super friendly here.
I recommended this place to everyone who asks, and everyone I have brought here has nothing but nice things to say about the service and people who work here.

I got a fill done and I'm always going to go to these guys now! The shape is precise and they have a gazillion colours to choose from! They're so friendly and welcoming, such great service! Highly recommend out of all the nails places in Okotoks!

Friendly service. Good prices and they take their time. A great hand/arm massage with even a basic manicure.

Their service is amazing, no matter the time of day or how busy they are, they all care for their customers! Nail prices are reasonable for their impeccable quality products in my opinion. I never had nails last so long! I became a regular after my first visit!

Really great experience. First time going, I called and booked an appointment for 3 they called me at230, asked if 330 would work I said sure no worries. Went in with my daughter to get a few fill, pedicure and bail polish for my daughter. We did have to wait a bit because they had had walk ins come in before we aeriv d but they were very very friendly, apologized multiple times and also comped us my daughter's Nail polish. So is definitely recommend, they are for sure customer service orientated!
