I've been a client here since 1989. That in itself says so much about the staff and the great work they do here. Its a great clinic with fantastic staff who have always done the best job possible on anything I've had done. I've had a few different types of services over the years here and everything has given me 100% satisfaction. I've had fillings done, crowns, teeth patching (see below re staining) have cleanings (by Kelly.thanks! We can tell you love your job and clients) and I've had mouth guard services that have made a huge difference for me, I sleep better, headaches gone. No grinding and cracking teeth anymore.
Most recently I had 2 front teeth fixed that were damaged with permanent yellow/brown stain at birth (by a drug) permanently fixed. I love the work Sheila and Dr. Glen Chabaylo did to give me a wonderful white smile for the first time in my 55+years.
To all the staff there who have helped me from front desk (Cindy, Ann Marie ect to bringing me back to Marti who assists Dr. Chabaylo.thank you. To Zulfiya thanks for always saying hi.
And to Dr Engel who has always been my fill in dentist when Dr. Chabaylo is away.thank you all for such a happy calm and proffessional environment. Your office is a stand out for great service and work. So many other staff I don't know but with the Standard set in this office, You can bet the others are great too.

I went in with a filling that I couldn't chew crunchy food with. I thought that I would need a crown on that tooth but all it took was a little adjustment. Now I can eat anything and it doesn't bother me.
They really do care about your oral health and fuss over the smallest details.

What a fantastic place! Staff work together harmoniously. They all are great at their job. Dr Chao is so calm and kind.

Brought my toddler in for an emergency visit to assess a chipped tooth over the holidays. This was one of the only clinics available over the holidays! Dr Chao was fantastic and the clinic was very professional.

I went for a cleaning and the hygienist Joan is very knowledgeable, and gave great advice to keep my gums healthy. I felt welcomed and was treated very well. I highly recommend this place!

I don't know if anyone likes going to the dentist but I feel safe going here. They are personable and friendly.

I love this dental clinic! BUT with good teeth my entire life, I don't mind going to the dentist. Everyone is extremely pleasant & go out of their way to be accommodating! I move with a walker or cane & the door is always held for me. 52nd St Dental Clinic went above & beyond to contact my health care provider to ensure that my dental needs were attended to. Their appointments are spaced
appropriately so I'm not waiting very long if at all & am never late leaving. A very convenient location, with amble ample parking.

Absolutely the best dental clinic I have ever been too. Incredible professional, but truly care about their clients. After 2 failed apts at Parkland and bower Dental to remove a wisdom tooth, I was told it needed to be professional removed by a surgeon.
Went in for a 3ard opinion, left that after noon with my fractured wisdom tooth removed! Seriously no better dentist then Dr. Chao. Highly recommend him for anyone with anxiety about dentistry or other dental needs.

The staff at 52nd Street dental are very caring and professional. I am thankful for their willingness to listen to my input and concerns.

This was my husband and I first visit to this office. Everything about our experience at this dental office was top notch. All the staff were very helpful friendly and kind. Dr Chabaylo has a great sense of humor which really helps you to relax. The dental hygienist did one of the most thorough jobs we've ever had. A very pleasant atmosphere, much appreciated. A big thank you to all the staff there.

Our family has gone to Dr Chabaylo since Dr. Billey passed. We have always been more than happy with the whole teams professionalism. We have been clients since 1990. When we can't see Glen we have gone to Danielle, Scott and Patrick - all are amazing! Highly recommend any of the 52 Street team.

Very caring office staff and dentist. My 16 year old was very nervous about seeing the dentist but they made her very relaxed and were wonderful. They worked with our insurance and budget. Great dentist and will be returning with the rest of the family.

I’ve been a snowbird for 10 years and have been getting my dental work done in the states. Now being in Canada and not having a chance to go to the United States, I chipped a molar. I went back to my dentist after 10 years and it sure was nice to see Marte, Sandy and Dr. Chabaylo’s welcoming smiling face.
It’s great to return to a dentist and staff that are still working and happy to accommodate my needs.

Dr Nenkov and staff were amazing. He's the first person that's taken the time to properly assess and explain my TMJ issues. I can't wait to start the process of correcting what can be corrected.

Everyone at the office is beyond amazing. They worked with us to get the implants completed quickly. They had no issues that we started our procedure elsewhere. I would recommend them for sure. 100% beyond amazing Dental office.

The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very nice and courteous. She was very helpful by giving me information on keeping up my dental health. They have all the protocols in place for covid19 which made me feel comfortable and safe.

This dental clinic is great! Great staff who know their trade well. Reception is always very accomodating and understanding. I have been going to this clinic for a number of years. Would certainly recommend it to others.

I was in a panic situation and my benefits were about to run out but Patrick and staff made it possible for me to get what I needed done before my benefits ended. I am so impressed with the way they helped me and understood how important this was to me. Thank you all so much I so appreciate all the efforts.

After living in a several cities and seeing a number of dentists, I been going to 52 St Dental and a patient of Dr Chabaylo's for over 20 years. He and the team are true gifted professionals. I'd find it difficult going anywhere else.

Funny to see reviews for Dr Chabaylo when he hasn't even work there since he sold his practice. This office is boosting their own ratings with fake posts.

I have some some “dental anxiety” and the staff at this office - from reception to hygiene to dentists - all took a personal interest and did their best to make me feel comfortable.

I have been a patient of Dr Chabaylo’s since 1997. I have always had the best care and advice from his team. In fact, I currently reside in South Calgary and I will travel just to see Glen and his amazing team! 100% satisfaction every time for over 20 years!

Ever since Dr. Chabaylo sold the practice it has become less than honest. Always over charging for basic items or not informing the patient until after the work has been done. I am very disappointed with the new direction this practice has taken. I think highly of Dr. Chabaylo and a few staff members - but ultimately I feel as though this dental office is only interested in $$$ now and not the patients.

Be very careful going here, they like to scam you for more money. I've been going here for 3 years now and was always upfront that they could book me in for work as long as I had the coverage. They had me in for some work this year and put me on a cleaning plan that they said I was covered for. Right before the new year when my coverage is renewed, I get called in for my scheduled cleaning. A week after my cleaning they called me and told me that I went over my coverage and owe them $250! They didn't seem to care that I was misled into thinking I had coverage when I did not. Apparently they don't pre-otherize unless specifically asked every time. I guess I am supposed to find out the cost of the work, then check my coverage before every appointment? Obviously you can't rely on them. In summary:
1: I told them not to book me in unless I was covered
2: They call me in for a cleaning, telling me I'm covered.
3: They call me a week later and tell me I owe them $250 because I went over my coverage.
4: No apology or anything, basically just attitude about how I should have known.
How is this ethical business practice? I will not be coming back, my family will not be coming back. I will not be recommending this place to any friends, family, acquaintances or co-workers.
