I was there to get some stuff and one employee his name is ritish from east India he is scammed so be when u guys buy stuff there don’t give ur credit card or debit or id to him he was really rude man and really disrespectful to everyone alert from him

Clean, well stocked, lots of parking, friendly staff. One of the better 7-11s in the Edmonton - bedroom communities area, in our opinion.

Be extremely wary of the hot foods. Bought 2 hot dogs about 6 hours ago and got severely ill from eating them. Not sure if it were the hotdogs or the condiments. Never ate anything in between those 6 hours.

Went to buy milk early in the morning, customer greeting needs work, employees looked like they’re out of it, I get that shifts could be long sometimes and rude people might be draining, but that’s not an excuse to snowball an unfriendly vibe through the store. I always go to this branch, and have been seeing this constantly, if you want revenue to grow, provide a better customer experience, that short while you’ll be interacting with your customers might make their bad day.

ALL COFFEE ICE COLD, took hot chocolate, no lids for large cup, searched cupboard and found, no napkins to be found, left a mess. Bathroom toilet paper placed on child change table Instead of dispenser.

I wonder if its normal to charge 4 times the normal bottle deposit at this store. I wonder if they pocket the excess or if they submit it.

Mandeep was good. I like taquitos. She gave me, I went home. Gasoline make car woosh. I fly home happy. Thank you gas station!

I ordered a meat and cheese kabob and she didn't even give me a stick, just some meatballs in a container, and never said anything.
Not exactly the custumer service I'd expect.

Got there for gas nd snacks. Need to go washrooms. Due to covid I understand but I work nearby this area. Lots of time asked to use they said it's close so they dont need to worry about washing.good trick thou.

They didn't have mountain dew once.but besides that there staff are excellent and have a wide variety of products.

Clean. Has everything you would expect from a 7-Eleven.

I redeemed a reward (medium Slurpee) 5-10 minutes before coming here through the 7 Rewards app. I scanned my Rewards card and it wasn't going through, so I showed the employee on the app that I did indeed redeem it. He scanned it and it was still not working. His female co-worker remarked that it must have been my fault since my phone was on low battery (15%, though it was higher when I redeemed it earlier) or since I may have had bad internet connection, but I know for a fact that's not how it works. I couldn't pay for it so he gave me the Slurpee for free, which is why I'm giving this an extra star. Not long after, I find not 1, but 2 small, dead bugs in my Slurpee - Pepsi Float flavour, if that makes a difference.

Can sometimes get a little dirty on the floor by the Slurpee section but nice staff and a variety of goods for reasonable prices
