Decent selection of snacks and good service. I bought a cheese stick and it was moldy when I went to eat it though.

Great 24 hour convenience store. Awesome selection of goodies and slurpees. Keep the store clean and very friendly service.

Dont ever buy via skip the dishes, instead of saying they dont have an item they send your order with missing stuff everytime

Called to let them know some of the food they were serving was still frozen on the inside. First person hung up on me, second person said it was their busy time as an excuse for under cooked food

Absolutely horrible service! Also redeemed my "free Slurpee" and was charged. 12¢ for the normal blue medium Slurpee cup! I told them this is wrong and has never happened. To have them turn around and tell me it's always been this way! So also liers in my opinion.
IDC about the price I care that this has never happened before and also the fact they dare charge anyone for redeeming what they are calling "FREE"

Worst customer service……the guy on service counter (Harpreet) have no manners to deal with customers…. He charged me overprice on drinks and instead of apologising he blamed me that it’s my fault I didn’t told him that it’s on deal…The Tone of the guy is SO RUDE…. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER……

Stop here multiple times a week, always greeted while I enter the store.friendly / professional staff = 5 stars.

Service was good, more variety compared to most 7-11 locations in the area. Shital was very kind and answered a question regarding something. Would come here again!

I wouldn't usually leave a review for a 7-11 but this one is horrible! Its to bad cause the store itself is bomb. The guy at the working didn't want to sell me 5 chicken wings he argued with me to buy his specific combos then boxed the wrong food anyway. The chicken smells like fish and is beyond dried out. Dont waste your time stopping here service is ridiculous and hot food is nasty!

The service counter man was so rude! I will never go to this store again. Asked about wings he said she was making fresh ones would take 10 mins. Then I said well I’ll go wait in my truck just wave to me when they are ready. He’s like no you pay first! I’m like I’m right outside I’m asking you to wave he’s like no pay first. I was shocked & annoyed so I said okay I paid and tossed 10$ Bill and noticed I need more then he’s like why you throw the money I’m like because you are forcing me to pay for something rudely. I go to give him the 20$ and he’s like just go I’m like yea don’t worry I’m going! Like wow! I’m the customer! Customer service is a 0 for me so rude & forceful! I’m sure there are nicer people here but for my experience no thank you! 0 stars! Find better customer service!

I bought 3 sausage rolls $2.50 each, the cashier charged the customer before me for my stuff and I paid again

Come in here all the time. The amount of new staff and lack of training is overwhelming. Only have a 15/20 min lunch break and I dont have time to mess around with these newbies every damn day. Unreal. They also cant hear anything through there dangling plexy glass. Even when yelling what I wanted. They still miss it completely.

A 7 eleven franchise in South Edmonton close to the Amazon facility with Esso gas station. Being a new store, the convenience store is pretty clean.
The staffs provides great customer service and I highly recommend patronizing the store. I see the environment developing greatly in the next one year as more shops are added.

Just came for gas in the evening and was greeted by a lovely younger woman named Jessie, customer service was on point 10/10!

Jessie rocks! Always cooks fresh food when ya need it! She has such a happy and bubbly personality! I freaking love it!

The young man who wears a manager shirt is quite rude to his staff and to customers. He seems very demanding and looks down on his associates, has no people skills and not very welcoming when walking into the store. Not someone who I would won’t as manager representing a new store.
