They say they are open 24/7 but when I needed gas and only had cash he wouldn’t let me in then said they were closed even though the lights were on and the gas pumps were on. I will never go to a 7/11 again. Claims he can’t do my gas however if that were true the pumps wouldn’t be on as I’ve gotten gas late multiple times other places and every time their pumps say closed.

It's sad when you witness someone with a serious condition not have handicap access to the store. I will be reporting this to the city.

At 17th Ave they close at xxxxing 1: 00am not cool man. I was under the impression that they are open 24 7. No they are not open!

So I have just decided to stay away from this store even After it being my daily stop for a long time, I’ve learned I’m better going to the one down the street then giving this crowd any money. I have purchased multiple of items to find them expired from here. Purchased taquitos to find mold once bitten. Was in one evening during the winter to overhear the manager (shorter older lady with glasses) tell her staff to leave expired products on the shelf to be purchased. She is also extremely rude and should not be in a customer service position whatsoever. Seems like unless you know the manager personally she just glares at you for your entire interaction at the till. Or berates her staff right infront of customers even though they do better and more then her while she stands in the same spot for her entire shift, and sighs at u if you ask for a pack of cigarettes that involves her moving from her spot.

Waited almost 10 mins in line to pay for gas under brutal heat vents and full winter gear (very cold day, place was packed) only to find out the machine inside was broken and I had to pay at the pump using a card.

When I mentioned to the clerk that having signs at least on the front door, and preferably on the pumps themselves would be much better for the client, respect their time and the clerks just laughed and shrugged.

Well I put $10 and there will never be other purchases there.

Worst customer service, the manager said it’s company policy and the excuse every time I try to purchase. I have a video recording her saying that. The video will be up on Facebook

I seldom post reviews but this 711 location is definitely one of the best in the area when it comes to fresh and quality foods. I asked for chicken sandwich and the staff politely asked me if i was willing to wait for few minutes (i think there were almost ready from the fryer) because they wanted to give me freshly cooked ones. All thumbs up for customer service.

Excellent customer service and very satisfied experience with one stop destination especially fried chicken. Has to be one on top list for grab and go location. Only worrying sign is rehire at 7-eleven. I am sure manager would take notice of that.

Had issue with getting fuel and the store wasn't open yet every other 711 is opened very poor customer service as well they don't help you out what so ever

Under staffed there should be more people then two in store if line up is 10 people at a time you cant expect other stuff to get done have a 3rd to stock and cook.

One of the better seven elevens in Calgary. Their front staff always friendly and gives me ice (love that they have an ice machine).

Reminds me of the seven elevens in SE Asia (multi-purpose e.g. Has readily cheap hot and quick foods to eat).

This location actively participates in false advertising. They advertise a product at a discount for members, but they refuse to adhere to those prices at the till. They have the non-member price at the till and it doesn't give the discount when you enter your member information. When I pointed this out the the staff, she first tried to tell me it would be reimbursed onto my membership account, which is ridiculous. There's no cash value on the membership, only accrued points. I repeatedly asked that they honor the price advertised but they refused.

Horrible customer service, theft of property. I was a regular daily customer and previous 711 employe. I left my cell phone on the counter, phoned in 1 min later, was told yes they have it. When I got to the store to pick it up they refused to give me my property. Theft of personal property. They stole my cell phone, we had to resort to phoning the police for the matter to be resolved. I will not evee return to this store, and will be advising every person I know to avoid as well.
