The staff at this store are either lazy or just don’t care. The pumps are always out of paper for receipts in them meaning those that need the receipts have to then go into the store to get one standing in line.

Today they managed to run out of regular gas completely. When asking the staff about this they said they don’t have a way to know when they’ll run out. Really? !? There’s a stick that you can put into the tanks to see how much as week based upon sales your systems will know how much gas was put into the tank vs how much was sold. As well they have sensors in a lot of newer tanks to see how much gas is in them.

When asking if they’re going to sell premium for regular price the answer was oh well the truck just showed up so no.

Said they could use a sign to let customers know they’re out the answer was oh well nothing we can do about that we are out! Once again really you cannot put out a sign? !? ! That’s lazy!

Now let’s get to the Surplee and pop machines! They have ants crawling all over them, where’s the health inspector on this? ! It’s been like this for months and they keep saying nothing we can do about it. Yes you can find out where they’re getting in a deal it up as well as use the traps to kill them.

Unfortunately they closed the good Petro Canada down to keep this one. At least there’s the one in Ross Glen where staff still care!

Service is sketchy as hell. Order hot food you better check you get what you paid for. They take advantage as much as they can. Save buck. Too bad can’t trust people.

Staff consistently gets orders for food wrong and will not fix them. I am so very tired of being charged for things i dont actually receive. Sales that are at other 7-11 stores they wont honor. I am just not going back to this one.the other 2 in town are great

My self mahinder i worked there 1 year and 5 month. I worked untill dec25 but i only got pay untill 24 dec. Jinky didn't pay me dec 25 l already told FC (mahesh) a week ago. They didn't take any action.now i will go to court bcz i have a right.

Worst car wash I've ever seen. No chance to back out, no possibility to hop the curb now like the other reviewer mentioned. Scratched the paint on my brand new truck. I'm beyond furious. The staff sold me the car wash ticket SAW my truck before and didn't warn me that it wasn't passable.

Would recommend this 7/11 and the Petro Canada it is attached to. There is a Scotiabank ATM in here, which is convenient on long road trips.

Similarly, the multiple types of fuel offered at the Petro Canada is fantastic. In addition, the team member I interacted with was very welcoming.

The car wash was a close call, by the time I got up there I seen the truck wouldn't fit, no way I could back out so I had to drive over the curb. Dont take your truck there.

They need to fix their car wash it way to narrow for anything bigger the a smart car, and it does a terrible job washing!
