I am giving a 5 start for the new guy (I think he is new) that was working today October 7 in the afternoon. He was very nice. Well the ladies are very nice too. We love to go there to grab some slurpees.

This is one of the best 7s out there pops always ice cold lots of hot food selection and the staff are always so nice!

Employees of this 7-eleven. Around 7-8pm mark saleable items as bad or expired, then their friends and family arrive to collect the items. Marking these items bad or expired, makes them insurance
off/writeable. FREE! Technically garbage. Win for these families of Philippines origin and decent?
I would check and audit all the other locations?

Nothing like standing in line for 10 mins to get service then getting cold taquitos that went in to the trash.absolutely ridiculous

An employee at the front taking calls was very unprofessional. She is rude and will not let you speak nor hear what you have to say. She refuses to help or listen.

Very slow service. 1 cashier only and other workers dont care when the line up is allll the way to the back. They just yell hello from wherever they may be. Please learn about customer service!

Went there today, my 21 yrs old has went here for a year to get cigarettes for me. He told me that he was refused service even though he has ID that shows his face, his age, etc. So I was called in. I asked who there governing body was. So I waited for aprox 10 minutes and they still never gave me the number. You shouldn't be refused service when you have ID that clearly shows your face, date of birth etc. Even if it's expired. It should not matter, considering even the police this week accepted this ID, when he went down for a criminal record check. So if it's ok for government but not ok for buying cigarettes.what's wrong with this picture.hmmmm

I have not choice but this place does not deserve any stars at all! I'm going to this store for years. You need to define where the pay line start, otherwise confusion where to line up especially you always has LONG LINEUP. Your sales lady need to pay attention who is lining up or not. This time i was so offended. I was lining up behind a customer which I always line up but i did not know this was change. The sales lady refused to serve me but i insisted. She served me but i was humiliated as she taught i was just jumping into the line even I was second in line before the other customers. There are other stores nearby which you can be respected as a customer.

I ordered skip from this location, I needed tums and pepto.they left a note in my bag that said " hope you feel better krista" I thought that was so nice and above and beyond regular service the girls there are so nice and always help and greet in a friendly matter. Great staff and great experience all the time

Good to see that they care about the Covid-19 Pandemic with all of the practices set in place but I think its extremely counter productive when your staff members are behind the counter leaning on the glass of the food that is being kept warm and eating right beside it. One lady had a glove on that she was eating with and then served a customer chicken after.also the same glove that handed me my slurpee cups right before.granted tongs were used for the chicken but that still doesn't make it food safe and its even that much worse during a pandemic.
Overall just an uncomfortable and poor experience. -K

The staff at this location are very helpful, the coffee is great and renovations really make the place more inviting.

Great place if you want to get scratches on your car in the car wash, have the staff treat you like garbage and not give you any information on who to call, be told that they will call you after "an investigation" is done and then never call you.

If there was a less than 1 star option I'd give that.

I started coming here recently for my daily many coffees and I am always greeted by staff as I entered. The store is clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly.

Decent 'Sev, but the access sucks. If you're going northbound on Harvest Hills or NW on Country Hills Road, you can come and go pretty easily, but if you need to head back towards the south, it's a royal pain. Also, the staff were friendly, but didn't know their own inventory when it came to SIM cards. Still a good spot to stop for a slurpee.

I used to live in the lane of houses right behind this location, so I pretty much grew up walking to this location. (From the days of Yugioh cards and slurpees and airheads, to the older days of buying gas).

However, lately I've never been able to stop at this location for gas because their pumps are always out of order. (Like, every single pump except 2?) Maybe it's due to their popularity, but it's not a fun location to turn in to (sharp turn right after intersection that sucks with so many drivers around the area that like to be 1 foot away from your rear- I've heard crashes so many times from behind when I've turned my blinker on- even early!). This is the most decent direction to come in to too (via car at least).

Despite the large parking space, there are always too many cars in the lot (even if all the pumps are gone- everyone is going to wait.) It feels dangerous to walk around. The atmosphere has slowly declined since my childhood days, and almost feels "dirty" now.

However, it's still a convenient location if you live nearby. I've since moved away, but I still drive on this road.

I live near this seven eleven store and just now i decided to go shop at the store, as i entered the store, a Filipino lady working there started to racially profile me because i am a black woman, I felt bad really. For God's sake i am a natural Canadian black woman, I was born & raised in Canada & I came there to buy bread and not to be racially profiled or waste my time. It's the first time I encounter this woman there & its the first time she encounter me too. So i decided not to continue shopping or go shop there again, if that lady is still working there. Instead I went & shopped at another store
