You guys sell "securespend" prepaid mastercards and I literally just got scammed out of $495 5 mins after I purchased the card.

This is my favourite 7: 11 to come to in Medicine Hat, Sandeep has the best customer service! Especially at night because I know Sandeep will be there.

Lazy staff doesn't make food for early morning people I drive in from an hour away and nothing is ever ready when I come in even though I ask everytime if they can start making stiff earlier none of them have pride in there work or there brand except the one younger lady there she listens to requests but the other 5 are absolutely useless I spend a minimum of 500$ on food and gas here a month but I will go down the street to any other gas station and grab a sandwich and gas in the morning from now on purely a pathetic joke

Pretty good place, I've Never had an experience where staff isn't nice and welcoming. Great Slurpee flavors too!

7-11 surprisingly isn't a fun job. Don't fool yourself.

It's also one of them jobs that should be considered as essential as any food supply infrastructure.

Not just anybody can work this job. It would beat 99% of the population out.

In my time I've noticed it's Mostly because the public feels they are in some way better than these employees.

7-11 employees are some of the friendliest ppl you will speak to in your day.
They now have to go around and pack orders for Skip and the like-essentially doubling their workload-I saw this occur over months

I'm not saying they are heros but they are there for you virtually anytime AT ALL. And I bet as you walk through the doors you get the friendliest 'hello' you can get at 3PM or 3AM.

So say it back once in a while.

Staff are friendly and alwsys have smile on their face… greets everytime you comes to the store. Knows everything about the store.

This is my go to convinience store. The store is starting to look a little tired and could use some upkeep/freshening up. Staff is good, but the slurpees is what keeps me and kids coming back. The attached Petro Canada is also convinient for my car. Although they do not carry Diesel at this location, bummer for my truck.

Walked in here trying to buy a redbull and was pleasantly greeted by a man until he asked me how tall I was. I said 5'11 being caught a bit off guard and he started laughing at me chanting "haha you're too short to buy this drink". I was very offended by this and asked him what type of store policy is that. He didn't reply and pointed at the milk and said "haha that's a drink for your size". Deep down I knew he was right and hung my head in shame while I went over to grab the milk. Other than that, great experience, would come and shop here again.

Bathrooms closed during covid? Everyone else in the area has figured out how to clean a toilet.

This has to be the worst location in Medicine Hat. Never has any items you ask for. Doesn't take any customer concerns. Over charges compared to other gas stations. Typical american industries

This 711 is nice and has some good selection although dosen't have a car wash like the other 711

As you walk through the doors, 7-11's staff always greets you so warmly and in such a friendly manner even whilst they are serving a line up of customers. It just makes you feel so welcomed! (It's also a good robbery-prevention tool). Just to add- better than other convenience stores' selection of health & beauty supplies- allergy medication, etc. This review is based off of 23 years of being one of their customers. Edited to add: THEIR CHICKEN IS TO DIE FOR! I can't believe I almost forgot the chicken! I like their chicken ribs best with all that juiciness and flavour, but their strips are also good.
