Rancid meat is the last straw. I will never step foot in this location again. Time for this place to go.

Gas prices consistently 5 to 10 cents higher than all other stations around bowness / montgomery.
Often there is 3 staff working and no one assists the single person behind the till. Leadint to long line ups.
My biggest frustration is the gas prices.

This 7-11 is virtually useless. They NEVER have bus tickets, ID'd me with grey hair, wouldn't break a $10 bill so I could use cash for public transit, every employee acts like you owe them something. Burn it down, get 7-11 out of Bowness. Go to Bow Foods instead.

I was just there. Got a car wash. Put code in and then window wouldn't go up. I was stuck with My
4 year old. Went inside to get a new code as it said my code was expired when I entered it again. The Manager told me it was my problem my vehicle didn't work and she was not going to give me another car wash code. I paid 17. East Indian lady Manager.stay clear of her. She was so rude should not be working there.

You say you will make any food we want 24/7 but yet it's been months & 2 different stores that tell me no, kitchen is closed. False advertising

I went there to refill my gas and car was dirty. So, I needed a car wash. But they have not asked me about the car wash before paying.
There were leaflets everywhere that if they don’t ask for a car wash, you will get a free car wash. So, when I asked for the free car wash, they denied to give me the car wash. The reason they showed that the car wash is not working. If the car wash is not working today, the car wash will be working tomorrow, isn’t it? How can this be a valid reason?

One good employee on the weekday mornings the rest treat you like trash rush you. Cashier took my money than went and got food all with the same glove while another employee stood there doing nothing but watching the line grow. Manager always screwing around in the front office

I'm not sure if Esso or 7-11 is responsible for the car wash but definitely do NOT use this one. I wanted a car wash yesterday and drove passed three that had line-ups outside. Just happened to be going through Bowness and saw this one with no waiting. The washing rollers beat my vehicle roughly from side to side. I've never had a drive through be so rough. And they banged my side mirrors closed. And near the end of the wash I heard this awful squealing sound for a few seconds. Sure enough when I was done and checked there was a 2" scratch on my back left fender. My truck is old and beat-up anyway so I'd have a hard time proving this was a fresh 'wound', but believe me, I won't be going back there.

I visited this place this morning and i get excellent service from two young ladies. They were very nice and cooperative to every customers and that thing is very good.
Overall it was a good experience
