I went today to buy lotteries in the store and 2 girls was working over there and one girl was racist with my father actually he went there to pick the order from skip and girl never told him to pick the drink and my father just took the other parcel which she handed to him. And she was shouted in punjabi language and she commented wrong to him and i was in line listening to her. So after this thing i skipped the line and came out because i will not tolerate these things towards old people specially my father Punjabi language is not bad but she has to be polite and respectful towards all people specially old ones.

My daughter came over today and purchased chicken wings. My daughter thought the girl with the scarf on her head was racist. She showed her phone's 711 app to receive points, but she refused to give her points and instead suggested she just buy the wings. I wish my daughter had told me while I was still in the parking lot because I would have gone inside, but instead she told me when we got home, I contacted the store, and the woman boldly lied about my daughter showing her the 711 app. I'm hoping the management sees this.

I don't recommend to buy anyhere if you find Dalia at the cashier. She is so rude.

The 711 on 7196 Temple Dr NE. Is the best in customer service and food. Everything is clean and well kept. The worker named Stacie is the best people for customer service at 711. It’s the only 7-11 I will go to on a regular basis it’s the only 711 I recommend to anyone.

Excellent staff, always welcoming, very clean and always have fresh food!
