Dodgy people are often loitering outside, terrible selection of “hot” beverages, and nearly zero options for hot, quick food.
BUT…
The staff that work there are very friendly and welcoming.

The items I picked up had a price tag of them for a certain price and when I went to the cash and it was a dollar or two more then said price tag.

Cashier said nothing he could do because that's what the register said.

I asked him to call his manager and the manager did not answer, very unprofessional, will not be going to that location again.

Neat and tidy store items were found easily and food and slush machines were also kept clean and floors as well. Coffee was always well stocked.

7/11 everyone of the stores I visited and visit on a regular basis treats myself and all customers very well.

Disappointed wanted to but a big gulp but no lids for any of the sizes i asked and was told no flat lids 3pm jan 10 i find that hard to believe and if true terrible management

Back again April 28 first time since the review NO CHANGE in fact worse the pop was undrinkable a little flavor would be nice.
I have reviewed several other 7-11s since I drive a lot only this one is bad.

This is the store I've been going to over the past year Normally I receive great customer service and get everything done easily. A few weeks ago, I went in to pick up a prepaid Visa card. The manager was training a new cashier & motioned for him to take my purchase. Afterwards, I tried using the Visa & found out it wasn't activated. I attempted to return to have it activated but was told I needed to see the manager. It has taken me awhile to get him on the phone and finally I was able to speak with him. He hasn't helped me yet because when I got the card, for $100 + the $7 activation fee, I wasn't given a receipt. He wanted to know the exact time? I told him because he was in training late he should review the camera footage & be able to assist me. Also, a large cash purchase would require them to do a cash drop. I know I was in the store around 9pm but still nothing. I'm very bothered that with this large purchase, the staff was responsible and still not getting help, even trying to contact him for weeks about this incident. I'm not sure why this is so difficult because I have worked in stores like this and other management handled similar incidents quickly to care for customer service. Definitely has changed my outlook on this business and taken me further to do my business with other stores.
