Stopped into this location to get chicken strips the sign above stated 8 chicken strips and potato wedges for 13.00 and the cashier tried to charge me 20.00. Someone did help the cashier. Paid and got what I wanted, the food tasted old and the potatoes tasted burnt and hard and very unpleasant.
I have live right near this 7-11 for 10 years and it used to be great. Same staff for years, get to know them and always had what I needed. For the past month it seems like it’s all new staff and half the time it’s like they don’t understand English. I ask for something and I can see by the blank look they have no idea and then start speaking a foreign language. This now is the WORST 7-11 I know of. Please close down and let’s get a better store there
Why can't I purchase transit tickets? (this is the only convenience store within 1km radius, how can anyone catch a bus if one can't even buy a ticket from the only store around)
Can no longer buy a phone and speak out is barely supported.
If you can't provide at least something useful to the communities, then stop just peddling junk food and close down so a competent buisness can operate.
Worst 7-11 I have ever been in, slow, rube, and will totally egnore you until you say something never again will I go to it I’ll drive to another 7-11 that cares and has decent employees
Edit: I managed to post a review to the wrong location, you guys are good:) no issues there:) I come to you when other locations is having stock issues. My bad.
