Staff here always has a smile on their face! They remembered me coming in for coffee a few times and they wuggested I buy the reusable cup so I did! And it holds much more coffee too. Thanks for the great service!

Awful service! I ordered 2 pizza slices and 3 wedges, chocolate chunk cookie and more on 28th September at 6: 08 am. I got 4 Reese’s and 2 carnival cookies instead of chocolate chunk, and I didn’t even got my 3 wedges. I called up on the store regarding this, the guy on the other side tells me to come on the store and pick up the order. This was the worst experience. I probably would never order or even walk into seven eleven

I am writing this message from my husband's account because I don't feel safe writing with my name so that this person can see it. I recently moved to the neighborhood so I didn't know this place. Last night I went there to get a snack and the cashier started harassing me by saying that I was beautiful while looking at my dress non stop. I told him to stop and he continued. He was not from here and I understand in some countries this is seen as normal but we are in Canada. The company should teach their employees how to speak with respect and that harassing women in the middle of the night it's not ok. Women, do not shop here at night, I felt very insecure.

I’ve been coming to this 711 3 times a day for nearly a decade. Yes 3 times a day for nearly a decade you read that right. The lack of customer loyalty and Respect is down right hurtful. I have stopped robberies, I have helped out staff kicking out thieves and drug addicts late at night. Even when they’re windows we’re getting smashed not too long ago on one of my many trips a day to my local 711 I stopped the drunk customer for doing more damage. I’ve had another customer messing around with the pump after he shattered the door. With the employees locking themselves inside filming the unruly customer I was there holding him down getting punched in the head many times til the authorities came and arrested him. I want to make it clear that I have never asked for anything in return. But today the fact that the owner of all people treated me, one of his most loyal customers with such little respect is down right unacceptable. I used to come to this place so so often and spent thousands and thousands of dollars here over the years. Now sadly I guess me and my wife will be taking more trips to the grocery store cause they lost this lifetime customer. If the owner can treat me with such a lack of loyalty and respect then I’m wondering about his poor employees that already have to deal with so much flack at nights.

I went to this location after finishing work at around 1: 40 Am on July 22,2023. I purchased 2 Ltrs coke and ask the attendant if I can purchase wings. He said they don’t sell any hot food in the night. It was bizarre as the 7-11 is 24x7 convenience store and hot food is available at all locations. I just said ok and left after purchasing coke. I often, come to this location as it is close to my home for hot food purchases and spend lot of money. Managers/ owners, if you have attendants like these please count me out of purchasing anything at your location.

Don't buy taquitos from here so gross. The thing must have been sitting there for a week. I know it's a gas station but come on. They always charge more and I have to correct them, wonder how many people don't notice.

It’s been awhile since I went to a 7-11. Was impressed by the staff who were pleasant to deal with. Store was clean and bright. Coffee wasn’t too bad

Store manager is very helpful with customers.and he know what he is doing.keep up your good work sir

I'd give this place a 5/5 if the service was a bit faster, I'm a patient person but the long wait times in-line are harsh.

Overall the staff are nice, they usually greet you right away when you enter the store and they're very personable.

This location will have most of the things you'll need to satisfy your munchies.

They started keeping their doors closed for all customers past 10-12 PM till 5 AM, kinda screws over late shift workers being the only corner store close by. I get there's been some problems but it's kind of annoying to pull up and have staff literally right in front of you, ignoring you.

I was at this location on Feb. 17th 2023 around 8 a.m.
I witnessed the store manager, Mohamed, yelling at a woman near the doorway.
She kept saying, "I'll write an email, but I can't make others do what you want. "
She looked scared and attempted to leave, but he just wouldn't let her go.
I didn't feel safe, so I left without making a purchase.
I won't be back to this location.

They have to learn how to re-stock. Been trying to buy an item there for three months now still not replenished.
