7-Eleven

I usually come here a lot and I’m met with nice employees but, today I walked in with my group of friends and we didn’t cause any sort of distruption. Immediately we felt targeted by a man who’s fairly large sized, white skin and had a beard. There also an Asian lady who seemed to be the manager. We were just strolling around the store minding our business when suddenly the man in the beard started accusing us of stealing. Mind you we are respectable students who were just here to buy some snacks. We politely showed him that we didn’t steal although we were accused for no reason. Then when I went to the cashier, He immediately started to press me on one of the items that I previously was holding. He claimed that I stole it because there was three on the rack when I knew for FACT there was two. The manager further instigated although she was right by us when we picking it out. I have reason to suspect that this was driven by racial discrimination due ti us being poc and wearing hijab. He was also raising his voice for no reason making us unwelcome and discriminated against us. I want compensation for the way I was treated. 7/11 do better and think about who your hiring.

Shout out to the two gentlemen working night shift on August 4th. My phone died and I needed a cab, they were both quick and kind in assisting me with calling one. Even when the first cab was no good, they were willing to call me a second with no problem. I really appreciate you guys. Thank you.

Service was alright, but it's extremely dirty (worst 7 eleven washrooms I've seen). Looks like nothing has seen cleaner in a month. Additionally, this is the only 7 eleven I've seen that doesn't have diesel.

Finally, the worst owner and too much fool
They do not apply anything at all from health and hygiene standards. After the piece of chicken fell to the ground, he returned it to the bag and resold it to me.

The owner of this store is a crook. They consistently try to charge full price when you buy two packs of cigarettes or VUSE pods, despite getting a discount from the manufacturer. I can only guess that they’re pocketing the difference-roughly $6. When you call the employees on it, they always have the same line telling you the manufacture no longer does the discount. Somehow like magic you can go to any other 711 and get the discount. They do the same thing with the buy two for X specials on misc snacks. Add to that it’s one of the biggest homeless hangout spots in town. Avoid this dumpster fire and drive to the other 7-11 a couple blocks north. It’s cleaner, safer, and isn’t staffed with clueless buffoons happy to assist their boss in scamming customers out of their hard earned money.
