I went today again!
is my stop by place to grab my pods for my vape everyone is always kind only one lady with grey hair old enough is always unhelpful she is not even bothered to find what you are looking for I asked her blueberry and she said I have this and I’m like I asked you blueberry she was like I have this with a rude tone! I’m stoping by almost twice per week if this lady is a supervisor or a manager in this place I will be very disappointed from 7-eleven you guys have to know that your staff don’t even want to sell, everytime that I’m going and is her I know that I will never get what I want, so I prefer to give my money to an other 7eleven that the people can be nice and don’t be lazy to look for something that the costumer wants to buy! Is funny because I even know where they put the blueberry vuse pods and she didn’t even bothered to open the shelve that they are keeping them! I’m sorry madam but you don’t deserve to work in hospitality or costumer service job! ! From a person that is working in hospitality Go get an other job you don’t like your job we can see it!

My recent experience with Y-Eleven left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I placed an online order through the "Too Good to Go" platform, which is designed to prevent food waste by allowing customers to purchase surplus food from stores. However, what I received from Y-Eleven was a blatant abuse of this noble initiative.

The most glaring issue was the inclusion of expired milk and cream in my order. This is not only unacceptable but also a serious health concern. Consuming expired dairy products can lead to health problems, and it's inexcusable for a store to offer such items to customers, especially when they are part of a program aimed at reducing food waste.

Y-Eleven's actions not only jeopardized my health but also eroded the trust I had in the "Too Good to Go" platform and similar initiatives. When businesses abuse programs designed to prevent food waste, it undermines the integrity of the entire concept and discourages consumers from participating in such efforts.

My disappointment didn't end there. When I approached the cashier to discuss the issue, I was met with an astonishing level of rudeness. The cashier's attitude was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. To make matters worse, during our interaction, the cashier abruptly turned away from me and started chatting with another shopper, as if I were invisible or insignificant.

Such behavior is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable in any customer service setting. Customers deserve respect and assistance when facing issues, especially when it's the store's mistake.

Overall, my experience with Y-Eleven was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this store, particularly if ordering online. The combination of expired products and disrespectful customer service earns Y-Eleven a dismal rating of 1 out of 5. It's essential for businesses to prioritize the quality of their products and the treatment of their customers, and Y-Eleven has failed on both fronts in my experience. Moreover, their abuse of the "Too Good to Go" program undermines the trust and purpose of such initiatives, which is a grave concern for all those who support reducing food waste.

Absolutely the worst experience in a 7/11 I've EVER had! Went in to get cigarettes and wanted to split the $20 + dollars on 2 debit cards. The person at the till said they can't do that! WHAT!? I've done this dozens of times at other 7/11s. The lady who was standing behind me asked how much I needed and gave me $2. I told her " this guy won't let let me split between my 2 cards. All of a sudden, the man behind the counter said very loudly that's " I'm not a man, I'm a woman, get it right". Completely not about the situation at hand and I will never, ever ever step foot in that 7/11 again! This person was rude, nasty and un professional. I can't believe you'd have such an unhappy, miserable, and unstable person working with the public!

Would like to note that I don't care how a person identifies. Could identity as a cat for all I care, but to say that when I was already upset about what was going on was un called for. Even the lady who gave me $2 said how the cashier treated me was horrible! Also, pretty sure this person won't be reprimanded as he/ she will play the victim card for sure! PS, AS FOR OWNERS GENERIC REPLY. ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED IS ON THIS REVIEW. NOTHING WILL BE DONE ANYWAY, SO NO POINT REPEATING ALL THIS ANYWAYS. MAYBE TRY HIRING NORMAL MENTALLY HEALTHY PEOPLE FOR A START

Horrible cashier that was working on Saturday afternoon about 4: 30. He was extremely rude to a customer. Also was very loud stating that he’s a woman not a man! The poor woman who was the recipient of this verbal abuse was just shocked as she only wanted to pay with two cards or something. This rude nasty cashier should be fired!
