This place has been bought by people who don't care whether or not the floor is covered in sticky, dirty junk, the outside never gets cleaned, the photo I attached shows crushed food that's been there for 3 days straight. This place is FILTHY. Youll be lucky if they can get your taquito order right, when they've labeled where they all go even. I never get the one I ask for anymore. I am not coming here anymore. I've been coming to this location for YEARS and this place is being run into the ground. Whatever family has bought this place needs to staff it with people who will actually clean it. There is almost nobody at the tills anymore, frequently lines of over 6 people with one person at cash. DO BETTER.

I went in the store I almost fell on my butt as the floor was just washed no signs up stating that fact. Girl employee was yelling in different language at the other employee across the store. Not cool. Napkins no where to be found.

From lotto tickets, coca cola, snacks and gas it does the trick. Staff is friendly, to me anyway.

They have the best slurpees here! So many choices and its convenient to stop at before leaving Strathmore.

Went two times to grab something to eat from their chicken sham and I was disgusted by the chicken they serve. Chicken strips was raw and chicken drums smelled bad. Looks like Food is being kept in the sham more than 2 hours.

I heard new management, I didn't think it changed, but I was wrong! The service and the food NOT good! Went got chicken today. Old and super greesy, dark colored. Means not thrown out ever 30 min like they used too. I threw it away. I won't buy anymore food there looks like the take out food is dry, super greasy & old! Gross! Had a lady today barely understood what I was saying. I feel that isn't good for communicating. Change the management it's horrid. The other piece of the leg was discussing I thew it out immediately after one bite. The thigh I put a photo a bite and it's going in the garbage. No more for me!

This is about the food - not the store per-se.
I bought chicken wings there yesterday for a super bowl get together. They were disgusting. Poor quality, greasy, not crisp - they were inedible. Two were eaten, all the rest got thrown away.

Absolutely horrible place since new management. All the squeegees are falling apart and broken try to clean my windows and have plastic scratching them instead. Slow service takes someone 10 minutes just to help one person. Disgusting establishment nothing but garbage all around the gas pumps outside, counters full of garbage and sticky. What happened to the old staff? At least they knew what they were doing and we polite to customers.

Tap doesn't work on machines yet it works everywhere else. Very frustrating because I rely on points for my tap card. Quit being lazy and fix your machines or replace them or I will not be coming back

This store has went downhill ever since the new management came in. There is absolutely no respect for the customers.

This store needs to be audited. Just bought a cafe mocha drink that was expired on Aug 2022.
