7-Eleven

I visit this 7-Eleven every day, both during the day and at night. There are things I love about this store, but also things that should never be seen in any store. Here are the issues I have encountered:

1. The fresh bakery section always has old, dry items like donuts, croissants, muffins, and more.

2. Food items like chocolate bars are displayed at the front, even if they are six months past their expiration date.

3. The biggest disappointment is the misrepresentation of regular pogos as jumbo corn dogs. The app states they are jumbo, so it's not a good practice to save money by lying.

On the positive side, here are the things I enjoy:

1. The employees working at night bring out fresh bakery items and food for the morning, and they always make sure there's fresh coffee readily available.

Always great customer service! Most of the stuff is super helpful and nice. Clearly they were trained right.

2. Younger day shift employees are always smiling and happy to help me.
3. Night shift guys are always nice good talks and always happy to help me.
4. Management needs to chill out! I don't like seeing the younger employees under stress it ruins the vibes.
5. Management can also be a little bit fake if you know what I mean not genuine just kinda acting its odd.
6. Prices are a little bit steep but what ya gonna do with inflation the way it is.
7. Seen some Karen's and rude Customers in there quite a few times and the employees handle it really well. Personally I'd tell the customer to (F) OFF getting mad over waiting for fresh food and slurpees not working lil bit entitled if you ask me.

The slurpies are always watery and never seem to be taken care of, the staff are also rude sometimes.

Absolutely awful location as of late, it is a shame because it never used to be like this. I grew up in this area and over the last year it has really gone down hill.

It seems the new staff just are not doing there duties. Some are rude and others just seem to not care.

The biggest issue for myself and my kids is the poor maintenance of the slurpee machines. 8 out of 8 times every single flavour was run down and not even fit for consumption. It doesn’t matter if it’s 10am or 10pm.

I’m going to attempt to speak to management but not confident it will help

Overcharged me for my items, didn’t correct it properly when I brought it to their attention and was still overcharged. Provided receipt details to 7-11 customer service and was instructed to return to store for refund. When I returned to the store, I was denied a refund. They charge you more than what items are priced at and refuse to refund you.

Overcharged me by 20% of the total. When I brought it to their attention and asked them to correct it they Incorrectly changed the prices, and I was still overcharged. I brought this to the attention of 7-11 customer service, provided all the details of the receipt, date time and payment method and I received an apology and was asked to come back to the store for a refund. When I returned to the store for my refund they would not provide it despite me showing the emails from 7-11 customer service.

Great serves, and i live right next to the Seven eleven so I love to go there its just perfect.

Good staff here.helpful & polite.the only complaint I have is the milk & cream are always too close to the expiration date and go sour within a day or two.

The cardboard slurpee straws are absolute trash, they freeze up all the time and they come a part mid slurpee. I’m going to macs for a froster

Nice workers who always strike up conversations, makes the place feel more friendly and is overall great!

There are some really amazing staff that works at this location! Those certain individuals make my day when I pop in and they are working.

Good place, one of the cashiers was very nice, when i made a mess with my slurpee (while making it) she let me have it for free!

Treats customers like they are coworkers, by that I mean like sh**. Tried to buy butane with a five dollar bill but I guess it's illegal to buy without an id? She refused to sell my a can of butane even though it is just a fuel just like gasoline that I fill my truck with! She told me it goes with smokes and so it's illegal? I don't smoke. I just like camping.
