I recently had the pleasure of visiting 7eighty Auto Downtown, and I must say, I had a great experience. DJ at the shop was incredibly straightforward and knowledgeable. He quickly assisted me with my dead stereo on my Malibu.wasting no time in diagnosing and fixing the issue.
Not only was DJ Helpful but I also had the chance to interact with another gentleman at the shop. He was equally solid and made sure to reassure me that if anything were to happen in the future, they would take care of it.
Overall, the service I received at 7eighty Auto Downtown was top-notch. DJ's straightforward approach and fast assistance, coupled with the assurance given by the other staff member, left me feeling confident and satisfied with my experience. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto repairs!

Heads and shoulders the BEST shop I’ve ever dealt with! From the manager all the way to the technicians! I will be solely using 7eighty from now on!

Dj gave me the best customer service. He provided me a lot of information about my car and also my warranty. He gave me very helpful tips on how to maintain my car.

I took my car here during covid and while changing my tires and doing few other things, my tires were lost by the autoshop. I spoke with Adam when I finally figured out where they could be. He claimed he would either find them or reimburse me. He said he had found them and was going to double check. Adam actually sent me a photo of wheels which did look like mine. It's pretty sickening. Since then I never heard from him. It may not have been a lot of money for you, but ~$700 tires was expensive to me. Being a young woman with no car experience, you took advantage of my lack of knowledge and experience with cars. It makes me sick to this day, how I was literally ripped of in the more disgusting manner. You should have made it right considering you essentially stole from me without reimbursing me. If you are a young woman looking NOT to get ripped off, DO NOT use this shop. It's the principal and hopefully you will not treat people, especially people without experience like this. Extremely disappointed even years later. Do better Adam, this is embarrassing for your company.

Had some issues with soft brakes after getting work done at another repair shop. DJ was amazing and offered to see my vehicle promptly. Throughout the repair, he kept me informed about what needed to be done and was able to explain things in a way I could understand. He did an excellent job with my vehicle, picking up on things the other shop had missed, and charged much less than other auto service shops I’ve gone to. Would highly recommend 7eighty auto and will definitely be a repeat customer for future repair work.

In a time of need they were there for me. Staff was excellent overall I would recommend it

I had my vehicle fixed repaired here. They are awesome! I'd like to especially thank both Tyler and Johel who were taking care of my vehicle despite me not having made an appointment. I am very pleased with the service they had provided me, they had even called back a couple of days later to make sure that everything was okay with my vehicle which I really appreciated. They are very reasonable and provide excellent service. I will definitely go back to them for any future vehicle related services.

The 7 Eighty crew at the downtown location are great. I've taken multiple vehicles there, old and new, and they've been able to service them no problem. Whether oil change, remote starts, tires or suspension parts, it gets done good and timely and usually much better prices than dealers too!

DJ was very helpful and gave me multiple options to approaching the problems with my vehicle, including an easy DIY solution saving me $200+! Very knowledgeable and friendly, will be coming back.

Took my jeep in there to fix a leak, the boys did a great job and saved me a good amount of money. I would totally recommend this shop for someone who is looking for a trustworthy service, they’re genuine and experienced. DJ you rock.

My fuel pump had to be replaced. They did a fantastic job plus whatever is needed. Also, it was done in a very timely manner. As a result, it was a very comfortable experience.

I brought my vehicle to 7Eighty after being screwed over by another place and I wish I had brought it here first. Dj and his crew were amazing; they found my original issues with no problem and got my vehicle up and running fast and for a decent price. I'll never use anyone but 7Eighty for my automotive needs from now on.
