Amazing place to buy your professional tactical gear. Pretty wide selection of boots, clothing and miscellaneous supplies. The staff are super helpful and friendly too.

It’s my go-to when I need any new kit. Customer service is always excellent. My only concern is the lack of stock and sizes, which can be hit or miss depending on the month.

I’ve had a few projects completed by the 911 Supply Custom Shop and everything has turned out fantastic! Dmytro runs a good program, communication is strong and the final products are done exceptionally well.

Whatever I need in my line of work they have in stock or can source it. Prices are a bit top side but worth it for the quality of service and professional care.

Disappointed with my last experience. Had a pair of boots that ended up being too tight, only worn an hour. I emailed before making the trip and was sent a link that didn’t say anything beyond 30 day return policy. I was very clear about the issue and that I had worn them an hour. When I made the drive, was told that the exchange can’t be made. Had I received a simple answer in the email, I wouldn’t have wasted time driving there and made other arrangements. I don’t live in Calgary, so need to go out of my way to make a trip.

Two days ago my husband bought armor plates from your store and the highly qualified staff was very helpful in choosing the best option.

1/2 of the 511 Tactical pants I have bought there over the years have snap buttons that break quickly. Usually in the first month the snap button on the front stops working. Obviously a manufacturing fault due to poor quality control. It would be fine if the pants were cheap, but it's just the snap buttons used that are garbage on an otherwise well made product.

Bought a pair of Salomon boots and received it 3 days later in BC. Good and fast service, would definitely recommend!

I bought some coverall from them, I had some safety strips added. The custom shop was busier than expect and my order was delayed. I sent them an email with some option on what we could do and the timeline that I need them buy and they were able to work with in my schedule.

Always knowledgeable and professional staff willing to help students and professionals alike involved in emergency services (bring ID for perks). General public would likely enjoy their flashlights, boots, pants and other high quality work clothing available.

For anything police or security related expect to show ID. So don’t make the drive down just to try and purchase restricted items without being able to show proper documents/authorization/professional need.

SUPER helpful staff (wish I knew his name). He very patiently answered every question I had, as this is a store my husband frequents, and I was Christmas shopping. It's also very handy that they have your name and # on their computer, so if tou want to get a replacement of something specific, it takes away the guess work

I just read an article online about Tom. Who helped an older lady reach her husband in the hospital. Now if this reflects in any way who they employ and why. This speaks volumes. About the business itself. And I've been there once in my life. I assure you these people will be getting my business from now on. Thank you Tom for bringing a small light to some poor old girls day. Customer service is horrible. Always had issues when ordering with 911supply. Ordered products 2 weeks ago and called last week for an update. Clerk stated it would be shipped later that day. Still no info on the order a week later so I called today. Clerk said my order was put on hold and didn’t know why. Restarted the order but now product was out of stock…. This is unacceptable. Why didn’t anyone call or inform me that my order was on hold and now its out of stock…. You guys supposed to be a store specialized in police gear for policing. I needed these product for my job, not airsofting and i needed it 2 weeks ago.

What a wonderful company these guys are. Ordered a new duty belt. Unfortunately there was glitch on the site, which showed a product in stock when it wasn't. First thing the following day, they contacted me and corrected the problem by finding an in stock item that was similar. This in stock item was more expensive but they honored the original price I paid. Order shipped out that same day and arrived two days early. I am in BC and defer to this company as opposed to local dealers because their service is above and beyond! Keep up the great work!

My go to store for really anything field/work related. The employees are on top of their game, always offering whatever help they can as soon as I walk through the door. I have never left 911supply unhappy with the service I receive here.

I really like there wide selection of pants with mens and womans and the price range fitting almost any budget.

Ive shopped for the basics such as:
Tactical pants, duty belt, notebook, notebook band, boots etc. They have never disappointed.

911 Supply staff have always been welcoming, friendly and helpful everytime ive visited.

I usually buy my security staff from here. This shop has most security products but the price seems to me a little bit expensive:)

Ordered a magpul MS4 sling and as it says on their website, it shipped within 24 hours. Was delivered a few days later. All around painless and easy experience means I will be using 911 Supply as my go to for accessories, etc.

Very poor experience. Called to check on availability on a product and was told it was there, it was the floor model so it was discounted, bonus. When I went in a couple of days later to purchase this part, it was discounted, however there was no more discount offered for missing parts and no chance of returning, final sale. This was very contradictory to what was relayed to me on the phone earlier. And, pricing on everything in this store is high. I want to support local, but I can purchase and have this item shipped less than the discounted price. I am not going to be shopping there and will relay this to whoever asks for my opinion of this retailer.

Amazing little hem in Calgary, bought a pelican flashlight here and loved it ever since, this place reminds me of crown surplus but in a more civilian fashion

Always a great store for various service members (kinda a candy store for police/EMS), good selection of gear in store. Think they're willing to order things in as well, staff are always friendly and helpful. Always a great experience and happy to go back.

The staff were quick to help me get the swat boots I was looking for they were friendly and helpful from the moment we came in to the moment we left. All staff members had positive posture and were quick to smile. It's nice to see a great customer service atmosphere, something that most business are missing these days. Was VERY dissatisfied today. I used to come here frequently for gear and supplies. Spent almost 15 minutes in the store. Was not acknowledged by any of the four staff (even the one glued to his cell the whole time). Absolutely NOTHING there for the Fire service. Nothing from thin red line, hats, patches etc. Minimal medical gear. Was so excited to stop here and pick up some stuff. Guess I should have scowered the not user friendly website better. The only acknowledgment I got was while leaving "have a goodnight" if your not Law Enforcement don't waste your time coming here. As I've shopped here truly over 20 times in the past I was very disappointed.

Bought a pair of boots online from these folks. Had a potential issue with the laces, they arranged and shipped out another set for me. Definitely recommend these folks just based on the outstanding customer service, so rare these days.

I recently called 911 Supply and asked about new duty boots. I was looking at the Crispi Nevada Legend SMU and the Lowa boots. Both staff members I spoke with were excellent- very knowledgeable and patient and so helpful. They walked me through the order process and ensured I got the best boot for my needs. They recommend the Form insoles as well and both the boots and insoles are perfect. I couldn’t have asked for better service and help. Thank you so much - fantastic sales team

I was inquiring today about purchasing some body armour for my employees, specifically the Vest Friend armour advertised as having a "centre plate", and "removable plates", on their website. My firm has already purchased the previous version from this establishment and I was simply wondering if you could swap in a 10x12 rifle plate for added protection with the new version. The person I spoke with said he wasn't about to remove plates and check for me, which wasn't what I asked, I said I was simply wondering about about the dimensions.a perfectly valid question. He responded that he wasn't "comfortable" answering my question.weird.talk about lack of product knowledge. Sure, we are a small firm with front line staff in a field with well publicized fatalities, but I guess the real money is with large government contracts or Tacticool bros who like playing dress up. I'll go with an American company and spend my money there, they seem more than happy to answer my questions.

Came here during the grand opening they had a good promotion sale it was great. They have all different type of Brands here such as 511. Lots of good selection for tactical gear and clothing. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. They didn't have my size for pants so they order it in for me with the promotion sale. I was very pleased with that.

I'm the quarter master for my security department. 911 Supply is one if the main stores I shop at. Staff have always been awesome to me and answer the ridiculous amount of questions I ask about for just about everything I purchase for my department.
Things aren't cheap there but your also not buying low quality.

I was in today and nothing against the staff, their knowledge or the products they sell as that was all great. My only issue is with their policy; they won’t price match their competitors and they say they don’t give LEAF discounts because they are such as small company yet smaller companies still offer LEAF discounts. For those reasons I will shop at their competition.same products, better pricing.

Purchased a window break here and many other various items over the years. They hire highly trained and knowledgeable staff that make you feel welcome and not dumb if they are teaching you something. They have a large supply!
