This is a great alternative to the gym. Great overall workout. In and out in 1/2 hr. Ali and his trainers are very motivating. Highly recommend 9 rounds.

I can’t believe I waited so long to join this gym! I was very intimidated and felt too out of shape and embarrassed to go.
I met with the owner Ali for my first free workout and he made me feel very at ease. The workout definitely kicked my butt, and I felt amazing after! The facility is kept immaculate and continually sanitized after each station. Ali and the other trainers are extremely motivating, positive and friendly. The workouts don’t get easier because they are always changing but even after a month I can feel my self getting stronger. All of the members are also friendly and welcoming, always cheering each other on. It’s definitely a no judgement zone and it’s so refreshing compared to other gym environments.
If you are on the fence about joining at least try the free workout, I guarantee you will be hooked!

Before you sign up they treat you well, they pressure you to sign up. And then once you're in. You're treated with no respect.
Horrible experience so far

This place is great for busy moms like me. It's always clean and upbeat and I always feel like I have a personal trainer whenever I visit.

The trainers are always eager to walk you through the routines even if you have done it many times. You will never get intimidated as a beginner to kick boxing.

Ali, is very professional and I always feel safe and comfortable even if I am the only one there.

I even get a reminder and a check up text if I haven't shown up for a while.that alone earns a 5 star from me.

Excellent facility with a great work out concept. I love how it changes daily and is always fresh and interesting. The trainers are engaging and friendly and make it fun! The owner, Ali is so accommodating to me and my family, always willing to stay late for us if we are running behind. We appreciate the friendly and inclusive environment and it makes working out so much easier!

I have been to many gyms in my lifetime and this is by far the most rewarding and fun! There are no class times therefore you aren't rushing around trying to beat the clock! You can drop by at anytime!

The workout itself is is half hour of awesomeness! (fun kickboxing movements) and you can do multiple rounds and come back as many times as you want! The staff are supportive and encouraging and the gym itself is very clean. The 9 round community in Chestermere are friendly and super welcoming! Love love this gym! Try it out for yourself!

My forever gym - love the trainers and the workout. Workouts are challenging but different every day so no getting bored! The trainers are always encouraging and push my to improve my technique.
