Oversell they do a good job but they do not listen that much to patients. After a root canal, Dr told me that I should do a crown which was so expensive for me, I couldn't afford it. Asked them to put a permanent filling and to see afterwards what to do. They said no, I have to put a crown on that tooth. I ate, did anything and nothing happened to my tooth, the problem is that I lost the temporary filling and the cavity, two years later came back, I almost lost it. Fortunately, found a dentist who did not impose on me the crown and saved what remains from that tooth. Very disappointed that I had to stay 2 years without any filling on my tooth because of a crown I could not afford. They made my case, worse. Very disappointed!

Best Dentist office I’ve ever been to!
I used to be a nightmare patient who hated the dentist and always had bad experiences.
This dentist office was able to help me through my fear and they are the only dentist office I fully trust.
All of the staff are genuinely great people who actually care!

1. Reception charged me twice with the same service. When I found out I gave her a call and she said she will write a cheque back to me but when I asked for the cheque they said they will give me credit to use for next time.
2. Doctor suggested me to get a night guard. So as usual I asked reception to get an estimate from my insurance company. The estimate 9th dental submit shows 149 and my benefit will cover 100%. But when I got the bill it shows $797 and I have to pay $212 out of my pocket.
3. Reception charged one of my old credit card (which I canceled already) without even checking with me.

Very disappointed.

Everyone is so professional and very helpful. Both Dr Khanna's are very caring and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time during my appointments. I would highly recommend going to this office.

As a person who doesn't like going to the dentist, this clinic does a great job at making you feel very welcome, comfortable and they make the effort to listen and address your concerns. The staff are super friendly and approachable. The hygienists here are fantastic and do a great job. They are knowledgeable and work in a timely manner.

All the staff at 9th Avenue Dental, including hygienist, Dentist and support group have always treated me with respect and dignity. I have been going here for over ten years now and have never had any concerns or issues with their level of care.

I love this place. Customer service is top notch! They remember me everytime I show up or when I call. My dentist is super friendly and really makes sure to address all my dental needs.
Oh and they always accommodate me financially when needed.

I generally dislike going to a dental office but surprisingly, not the 9th Ave dental.

Dr Khanna is awesome. Very friendly and takes time to listen and help. The assistants are very kind and courteous as well.

Giving 5 stars to this amazing office and team! Dr. Amreesh and Dr. Vik have an amazing skills with surgical procedures as well as restorative work. The other dentist there Dr Palmer is one of the funnies most genuine dentists in the city! Darcy and the reception team are very kind and and amazing at their jobs as well! If your looking for a great dental office this is for sure the best place to go. Keep up the good work!

I've been coming to this clinic for 6+ years and always had a friendly and professional experience. Recently the clinic switched their main doctors, they are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They also offer a few more services that weren't available before. Dr. Vik was super.

Amazing service! Dr. Nowak was so gentle and thorough. They gave me noise cancelling headphones and music to listen to. I was distracted through the whole process, in the best way! My dental assistant Ronnie and Hygienist Ziana, were all above and beyond. Even the administrative staff worked out a plan for me because I am a single mom. I would absolutely recommend these services to my family and friends!

Everyone at the office was incredibly helpful and friendly. Each person I spoke gave me time to ask for any clarifications I might need, and clearly explained each step, whether it was billing, x-rays, or cleaning, without being condscending. They were incredibly accommodating of my work schedule in booking appointment times. Each person I spoke to was cognizant of cost and insured discussions of treatments included cost and timing for benefits. Their forms were relatively inclusive, and had space for a preferred name. Nobody in the office assumed the gender of my spouse (this may have been by ommissio but still stood out from other dental practices I've been to). A significant improvement over my previous dentist.

Very friendly and professional office. Staff, hygienists and Dr Nowak provide excellent, thorough service. They have a focus on prevention and maintenance of dental health. Recommended.
