I had a very pleasurable experience here. My work van got rear ended. I needed the rear left door and bumper replaced when I dropped the van off they had a loaner vehicle ready for me ASAP. And I was out the door back to work. Honestly, I recommend this place to anyone if you want quality work and the staff are very friendly and kid friendly and they will offer your kid is sucker if he chooses so lol.oh and they detailed the inside and out side of my van it was spotless when I picked it up which wasn’t expected but was muchly appreciated

I was just there with my 2014 Acura MDX with TWO different accidents. The first accident estimate was booked in mid May and my second accident happened on May 1. Instead of having to go through the trouble of booking two estimates, Ryan saved me some time and did the estimate for both accidents and told me he would hand the estimate in when my insurance company asked for the second accident. Even for repairs, both accident repairs were done at the same time and even did the courtesy of doing a blend paint job along with rides to the rental car place there and back. Everyone I talked to about my car, the status of it.and the job done were all very nicely done and was nice to me about it. I have gone to this autobody shop twice for three different accidents and all repairs were very nicely done. Will be coming back in the future for mechanical repairs and if unable to avoid, collision accident repairs too. Christa was quick with connecting me with anyone I needed and thorough and polite with the whole process. Thank you again A1!

I chose this shop based on all the great reviews. This is the first accident I've had in almost 10 years. The customer service is top notch, the adjuster I dealt with was very professional and the front end staff are very polite and helpful. My 2 star rating is based on the actual repair made. My adjuster did two quotes for my insurance company, a cheap one if the job went smooth, and another for a couple thousand higher If the job went sideways. When I received my truck on Monday I was undoubtedly excited but after looking at the repair I'm pretty disappointed. To start there was tape/plastic left hanging under the truck on the running board. There is paint on my tonneau cover and paint on my tailgate cap which there shouldn't be. There are air bubbles under the 3m that was installed, not a huge deal but they are there. My biggest issue is the actuall paint sprayed. They sprayed the whole RHR box panel but did not feather the old paint back. I can literally put my fingers inside the wheel well and pick the new paint off. They also sprayed an undercoat inside the RHR wheel well but didn't mask off the leaf spring or the frame rail. Now I have one wheel well that looks extremely different from the other side. Given they had the ability to repair it properly while adequately charging my insuance company, its not a great repair. I expected allot more out of this shop. 2/5 stars, I will not be back with another vehicle.

Update: Absolutely fantastic customer service. I brought the truck back in so they could have a look. The gentleman I dealt with, Mark, was very apologetic towards my concerns and agreed to bring the truck back in. They also provided me with a loaner truck free of charge. Looking forward to seeing the finished product

Final update: I received the truck back in just under a week, and it looks great. They cleaned off the old flaking paint and resprayed the area, they also undercoated the LHR wheel well to match the RHR. They cleaned all the overspray off from the first job and had everything looking awesome. Very happy with how everything turned out.

I brought my vehicle in the same day I called for an estimate and it was done. I then was given an appointment for the work to be done a few days later and it was all done in one day. My vehicle was detailed inside and washed/waxed on the outside and the repairs to my vehicle made it look new. The people at A-1 were the nicest accommodating people you could work with and the communication was excellent. If you don’t use A-1 Autobody for all your vehicle body repairs, then you’ve sold yourself short!

Got a minor dent in my front bumper a few days ago. I brought my car in early in the morning, they brought it in right away and popped it out free of charge! Highly recommend this shop as I was quoted elsewhere Ithe bumper would need to be completely replaced and it would cost $665.

Very pleased with the work done by A1 Auto Body. Very reasonable price, work was done on time. My car looks as new as when I bought it 6 yrs ago exterios wise. Everything was done smoothly, never needed to make a call. Thank you very much A1 Auto Body staff.

Great staff, fantastic customer service, nice office atmosphere. I had some rust repair work done on the wheel wells of my 2013 Honda Accord. They provided a rental vehicle at not charge. Took a front bumper in that i had literally cut with a grinder, bent inwards, and welded myself. In 3 days at A-1 you wouldnt be able to tell me where i hit it with a hammer or burnt a hole through the previous week! Great price, great service

Brought in my quite good condition 2000 Silverado which sadly had a dent in its box side between cabin and rear wheel. No scratches, just a dent.
My wife had used A-1 in the far past (previous vehicle) for a deer hit and run incident (shame on the deer for not sharing insurance info) so we decided to ask how the use of Painless Dent Repair could better the condition. The appraiser confirmed there is a time and place for PDR compared to full body panel repair and repaint but it was not an option we wanted to attempt on this 21 year old truck.
So we attempted PDR and the results were better than we could have thought, for such a MAJOR dent.
A-1 did not promise the stars and then just give us moon dust. They told us the reality of the situation but we received a product better than expected. I'm not saying every dent can be pulled as fantastically, but I feel extremely confident that any of my other vehicles WILL be going to A-1 because of their ease of service (the entire experience with the staff has been sensational to me) and quality of product.
I don't see as many of the white A-1 Auto Body cars driving the streets anymore but that means nothing about the success of A-1, as they are still VERY much alive (large facility) and still performing a fantastic job.

Long story.

I first took my Jeep here in 2015, after an encounter where I was not at fault. They did great work.
Fast forward to spring 2020. Had a small concern about the work. No questions asked, they warranty their work.
So naturally when my Mothers Toyota had an awkward conversation with a roof shingle in the fall of 2020. A-1 to the rescue!

Then this April, my Wrangler needed a little glow up and A-1 did a fantastic job!

As long as I reside in Calgary this is the only place I'll go.

For someone who had not been in an accident in years and then within a span of a few months had two accidents I would not choose another shop to deal with. The A-1 Auto Body team did an amazing job repairing my FJ Cruiser and happily addressed all my concerns regarding the repairs that needed to be done. These guys went above and beyond, would for sure recommend without a doubt! Especially would like to recognize Garry, Mark, and Christie for all their professionalism and help!

Amazing customer service!
I initially went here a year ago as something dripped on my car and wouldn’t come off. Went to another place first where I was quoted over $800 to get it fix - but then when I came to A1, they took a look at it, quickly buffed it off for me and then didn’t even charge for it!

When someone did a hit on my car recently, they were my obvious first place to call to get it fixed. Trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!

Replaced sunroof glass in one day.absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish.loved being offered coffee and cookies and the biggest surprise was my vehicle was vacuumed and wiped. WOW

This place is truly awesome, my first choice was another shop that didn’t offer me any type of assistance or a rental while my car was still home. But I switched to A-1 because my grandma loves them and they called me right away (very prompt) and they expressed so much care and offered me a rental right away. When I got there someone came and looked at my car answered all my questions sent me a quote on a few other things I was curious about! They were very fast with the replies so incredibly kind and my car looks so great thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart! Plus I don’t know if I’m imagining things but the part I asked a quote for was metal when I dropped my car in but it looks like you guys covered it with something just so it wouldn’t rust for now!
