Extremely unpleasant, rude and unhelpful lady when I called for information regarding a part. I would use one of the other dozen used auto parts places in Calgary going forward.

The worst place to deal with. Customer service is zero they have no respect for clients and they think they own the world.

Dont even bother calling them if you dont know the exact specifications of your part. Not so friendly and helpful. You might just get a sermon!

These people are huge scammers. My brother in law bought a used engine for his Caravan. When we got it to the shop it was missing all of the cam shafts. We took it back for a return and refund and they refused. They finally ended up forcing us to settle for another engine, that ended up having a destroyed flex plate and no compression on 2 cylinders. I will see if they will give us our money back on Monday. After reading a bunch of reviews I feel like a class action lawsuit needs to be looked into. So many people have been scammed. These people need to go to prison for how much they rip people off.

Everything that everyone has written about the "lady" at the front end being rude and unprofessional is absolutely accurate. No reason for me to dip down to her level on this review. Just find another place to buy the parts is all the advice you need.

In my experience the staff has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

On the flipside the part prices seem to be made up on the spot and are more expensive (3x in my case) than Pick-n-Pull. Also be aware of the return policy, as it seems that returns are not accepted. I had a part which I did not end up needing to use and am now stuck with it.
