Had a very bad day, but I must say thank you to your Tow Truck Technician. The worst day in years and Johnny ended up making me smile and the end. He has a way about him that calms you Thank you Johnny for brightening my day

I was impressed with the professional service, I will definitely tell my friends and family about this in case they need one.

The reviews have to be fake. I was quoted $155 for a tow but was charged $288 at the door. $54 for mileage, $30 for dollies, and $95 each for hook-up fee and fuel surcharge, rest was GST. Excuse the driver came up with was that it was hard to load the car but it was literally parked on flat ground with perhaps an extremely minor slant to the curb, if there even was any. Luckily it was less than my deductible for insurance but no one should ever hire them out of pocket.

I'm grateful for Jonny and his team for assisting me with a routine tow job. The quote was what was owed, and Jonny took good care of my jeep with his clean and nice rig. Good group, highly recommended.

Cory is an absolute angel! I was stranded for almost 5 hours and between my free roadside assist with Kia and my paid for roadside assit with my Insurance company none of them were any help. I called A-1 not knowing what else to do.and within MINUTES Cory was on his way to me. He fixed the problem and I was able to drive away! I have never experienced such a kind gesture like that before. Very grateful. Highly recommend these guys, and again in particular Cory. Thank you!

A1 came recommended by National Transmission as a reliable shop who have their stuff together. They made it really easy when my 4Runner ran into some issues, I just texted them info and my location after calling. Driver showed up a short time later, and did a great job towing and reducing the potential for future damage. Thank you!

Don't recommend them. Driver lied to me about damage to my truck, and then when I called there office they refused any responsibility. Not a good experience. I recommend calling citywide or another tow company from somewhere else.

We broke down in a rural area and cannot say enough about how helpful this company was from dispatch reassuring us that they knew where we were and were on their way, which was super quick to a very helpful friendly tow truck driver. I have used before and very efficient then as well I highly recommend!

Got my camper van towed a short distance and called several places in the area for price quotes. They were the cheapest (!) and very fast as well (within 30 mins). Nice driver who was able to handle my big complicated vehicle with ease.

The tow truck driver was very knowledgeable in his work and very friendly. They were very prompt and we didn't wait long. I will definitely be using them again and I will recommend them to family and friends.

Great service. It was quick and efficient. The driver, Murray was very cheerful and helped me feel better through the bad situation I was. All costs were disclosed and I could choose the best option to where i should tow my car. If I ever need a tow again, I am calling them.

Had to get my car towed from the impound so I called this company. I’m gonna say it’s one of the best decisions ever. Jody the tow driver was very professional and has a great sense of humour. Everything went smoothly and efficient it couldn’t gone any better. Pricing is great, definitely recommended.

I needed an immediate tow due to an accident and they arrived within 20 minutes after stating it would be at least 30 minutes. Operator was super accommodating, professional and very friendly! 100% recommend!

Super super excellent service! Super Fast come to rescue my suv which is deep inside the snow at road side. Call other towing service company and got a reply need 3 hours to wait. Oh my goodness! So try to contact A-1 only need 20 minutes & even send me a text message when they almost arrive, what a wonderful service!

My truck developed a problem while in Calgary, A-1 towing was able to pick it up with a flatdeck and bring it to my home in Turner Valley. Having worked in the towing industry for a number of years I was impressed with how fast they were on scene and the quality and cleanliness of the flatdeck. Equally impressive was the professionalism and personality of the driver Thomas Riley. Its never a good time getting a vehicle towed but A-1 takes the sting out of the process.awesome job guys and Thank You.

Local tow company in Cochrane wanted 400! A-1 beat this price! Definately reasonable and farther away! Will always use this company! And recommend.

Thanksgiving Monday and I was travelling to Saskatchewan from British Columbia. It was around 1800hrs, I had driven a little more than 8 hours already and I needed fuel for my Jetta, my "diesel" powered Jetta. As I am filling my tank my brain says, this is expensive diesel and that is the moment that I realized I was using the 94 octane premium nozzle!

So.just by luck I am calling for a tow and Paul answers the phone. I explain my situation and ask him if there is any place that may be open that we can take the car. I was prepared to be spending the night in Calgary because no shop would be open realistically.

Paul's driver Zack calls me and tells me the plan.they will pick up the car and take it to their shop and one of the commercial truck mechanics who work next door will come over and drain the tank. Wow! And draining the tank was not as easy as any of us thought.my Jetta doesn't have a drain plug, nor does it siphon or even pump out from the filler spout. But, no one wanted to give up and so we pulled the fuel pump and was able to pump out the tank in a couple of minutes. Then Zack and Gil put it all back together and Zack put the car back onto the truck and took me to fill with diesel.

I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation to everyone who helped me Monday evening. So many people went beyond and gave a stranger passing through so much. I highly recommend A-1Towing as your first call and your only call!

They came out that day, and the driver was early! Not sure how often you would find that said about a towing company. He was quick, very knowledgeable and obviously experienced. He put the tractors exactly where we wanted on the property, was friendly and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend A-1 Towing Inc.for your towing needs. We'll definitely use them again if we have a need.

They were quick to pick up and despite knowing I was looking around at rates, were very nice and not aggressive. Price was good, I called quite a few places but they had one of the better rates. They sent a driver right away so I didn't have to wait too long. I was also expecting a tow truck but Nick came with a flatbed which is much better. Real nice guy, quick and efficient. I would recommend A-1.

We were stranded on the Macleod Trail with a 2 flat tire. I called roadside assistance who failed to enter a ticket to get a driver out. After 2 hours we called A-1 Towing. They came right out. Towed our vehicle to Canadian Tire by Southland. Polite, caring and very professional.

Very quick and always dependable. I have used them a few times already and they have always been friendly and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tow service.
