The warranty is not worth anything i had 4 windows installed in 2022 two of these windows frost up in cold weather they will not fix can not get ahold of installer he will not return my call so im stuck with leaky windowsthese pics taken in november2022

I had 5 windows replaced by Apollo Windows. The following winter I had leaks in 4 out 5 of the windows. The water leaks would turn into huge chunks of ice and damaged our frames around the windows. Customer service wasn't helpful at all. They told me its just the humidity in the house. If it was the humidity, it should've affected all the windows in the house. I ended up getting a quote from 2 different companies to replace the windows. They both concluded that the windows are of extremely cheap quality. And none of them had the argon gas and low E thats necessary to keep the cold out and prevent moisture in the winter. These windows are not even winter rated! Extremely disappointed. I am having to replace 4 out of the 5 windows, spending another $5000. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I am very satisfied with the service of Apollo windows and doors. They have the best products and service. Their weather resistant products help save a lot of time and money that might go in the up-keep and the maintenance of the doors and the windows. They also provide a great product warranty.

We have been waiting for months for service to replace glass in windows that cracked after installed in a brand new home.
This glass cracked on its own in 2 windows.
Multiple appointments have been made with no shows, reschedule, no call back etc!
Extremely frustrating is an understatement.
The last service call was this weekend and we had 2 techs come to replace cracked glass in a window which never happened because it was measured incorrectly by the same technicians that were here on the weekend.
Both technicians barely speak English and don’t speak the same language so they could barely communicate with each other.
Also screens that had to be replaced did not get replaced because technicians did not know how to do the installation? !
Absolutely not happy with the quality of the product, installation and service whatsoever.

The warranty policy of Apollo Windows is very impressive beachside they don’t let their customers down when comes to assurance and trust. I once experienced a problem with our main entrance door, but it was resolved by them without the need for us to make any sort of complaint

Windows were the wrong size and when trying to discuss this with the owners that just kept saying that they would get back to me back. Total crooks. I would not give these people any business.
They receipt shows the size they were supposed to make the window to (actual size) yet they manufactured a window to the RO size of the window which they also noted in the receipt. Yet they still seem to think they're not in the wrong.wild

I am currently doing my 12th renovation project.
If you order the windows only and not buy their installation they will not come out and measure. The owner told me that if the measurements are wrong - Apollo windows does not want to take responsibility.
They clearly have no confidence in their measurements and won't take responsibility. He finally said that he would send somebody out to measure but would accept no liability if the measurements weren't accurate? What? Then he turned to the ESTIMATOR who had been on the job 3 weeks and told him that THE ESTIMATOR would go and measure. The owner was okay with sending a guy who told me that he NEVER does the final measurements - because the owner stated NO LIbility to APOLLO WINDOWS.

The owner told me he took over in 2020. His arrogance (and later the rest of his staff when I asked for refund of my deposit) was beyond disgusting.
My Stage 4 cancer also took a hit from the stress his lack of customer service caused.
ZERO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
I will be sure to tell ALL people about me experience.

I work for a contractor that orders from them and the quality of the doors and windows are always good. The staff are super helpful, polite and, friendly.

I had great experience at Apollo windows & doors as I was renovating my first house. The whole process was very smooth and easy. Their consultant Shubhi helped me a lot with selecting accurate windows along with material selection. The owners Jyoti and Vic are very welcoming people. They are quite organized with the way they work starting from scheduling appointments for measurements till installation. Their installer Jaba did awesome work installing my windows and doors. They made me feel like it’s their home they are renovating as they all are very compassionate about their work.

Excellent people to deal with. Super friendly and gave a thorough demonstration of window build. Our order was ready quickly and on time as promised. Due to construction delays, we have not installed yet, but they look to be of great quality. I definitely will be purchasing more for the next stage of our project.

I got quality product (triple glass windows) from APOLLO WIndows & Doors Ltd at affordable price for my home. Mr. Jaba (window installer) and his crew did excellent job focusing on weather. They filled all the gaps in nice finishing with sealants.

One of the worst company to work with. Going forward I will never do any business with this 3rd class company, and will also advise others not to use this company for any business, specially to all my builder friends.

Worst customer service. Will not be doing business here anymore. Don’t waste your time or money here.
