Overall I am satisfied with the work that was done, thanks for coming back to rectify some of the minor issues on the project to make it right.

Highly recommend A. Clark Roofing. The estimator, Robert who did our shingles, and the Inspector were all professional. We are very happy with the work done, and were comfortable having them at our home.

We had our house built 22+ years ago by Ace Lange and the roof was done by A Clark Roofing. I figured with so many homes built in the area a few years later than mine getting their roofs replaced, I should get mine checked.
I phoned A Clark and they came by in the manner of a couple of hours and Elmer was phenomenal and very great to talk to. Elmer said the roof was in great shape and would last for years to come.
Wow, I am totally impressed with the quality of their workmanship and products to last so long. Ace Lange and A Clark Roofing are two companies built on service and quality that lasts.

Had new siding installed, along with new fascia, fascia board, soffits, eaves, and downspouts. Excellent folks to deal with, and they send site supervisors to check on their contractor's jobs and were very receptive and timely in their response when I asked them to send someone back to clean up a bunch of stuff that had been missed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for these services!

Great company, I think my dad had been using them since the 70's but mostly for roofing jobs. Both myself and my parents had our homes re-sided within the last two years and couldn't be happier with the workmanship and customer service. Thanks Adam and crew!

Had our house wrapped in 1.5 inches of foam board and then re-sided with a combination of horizontal and vertical vinyl as well as some LUX panel highlight walls. Also re-did all the soffits, facia, gutters and downspouts. Looks awesome! Adam had awesome customer service and made a fair deal and accommodated our design requests, Wayne was the foreman and was great as well. Excellent workmanship from Spencer, Nathan, Jim and others. High quality materials + good communication from the crew on site crew = a happy customer.

Horrible customer service. I had emailed this company to get a quote to replace a fascia.

On November 10, Shayne McCoy had phoned me to say that he would stop by on either November 11 or 12 to replace the fascia. I didn't get a phone call after to say whether it was completed or not. It is for a rental. I drove by and it wasn't done.

On November 16, I emailed the company to ask for an update. Renee Zilinski replied that she will ask Shayne to reach out to me. No email/phone call.

On November 18, I emailed Renee again and said Shayne hasn't reached out to me and she replied with that he was off that day and will ask him when he returns.

On November 21, I emailed Renee again asking for an update. No response.

On November 23, I emailed Renee again letting her know that I no longer need this done. It still needed to be repaired but why would I continue dealing with this company? I get two voicemails an hour later from Renee and another person saying that they can come out to repair it.

On November 25, I get a voice from Jim saying that they will come repair it.

Do they not communicate with each other? Why would I go with a company that can't email/phone me back?

We had the siding and eavestrough replaced on our house and garage. The job was completed with the utmost of professionalism. Individuals took pride in their work, were courteous and ensured our needs were met and questions answered. The job site was tidied on a daily basis! We highly recommend this company!

A Clark was really good to deal with and the price seemed very reasonable. Our quote was 6 months old and they honoured it. We had one minor issue with the installation and they acted on both in a fast and professional manor

Had new shingles put on about 5 years ago and it was a very positive experience with A. Clark Roofing. Then recently I had a problem with the satellite dish which had become detached from the roof. I phoned A. Clark Roofing and they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. And while Greg was up on the roof he cleared the eaves troughs. Now that's service!

I hired these guys a few years ago to do my roof, and they did a good job, good enough that I recommended my neighbours to use them.
My neighbours have had their own issues with them that may or may not still be addressed, but during the install of their roof, the roofers completely trashed my entire side vegetable garden. An iris, a bed of garlic, a few potato plants, gooseberries, as well as kale and rapini all got completely trampled to the point of not being salvageable. Not only was the work I had done ruined, but I was out some high quality food as well. I had called them three seperate times, and spoke to different people each time. All three told me that they would get back to me, none of which did. One of them also said that he wasn't sure what happened, as apparently this job had a higher budget specifically for protecting the surrounding area. It's been 2 months and I still have not heard a single thing. I read some of the reviews, and found them to be mixed, as was the case with me and my neighbours. I suggest if you are getting major work on your house done, find a company that takes responsibility, is communicative, or at the very least, is somewhat consistent in their work quality.

From the initial call to the estimator to the roofing crew to the final inspection. Everything was top notch and professional. We clearly understood the process on the timeline. The roofing crew were excellent And in a day we had a complete new roof! Thank you for making this a good experience! Highly recommend!
