I had Randy do a pre-purchase inspection and his attention to detail is second to none. The amount he saved me on my home is 10 fold to what he charges. I have used other inspection services but none as good as Randy.

Randy Murray is excellent to work with. I actually found him when he inspected a home I was selling in 2013, they buyer shared the inspection report and I was very impressed with the detail in the report provided.
I kept his company info and acquired his services for myself in 2016 with a "New" townhouse purchase after I discovered the builder was negligent with during construction. The inspection helped thoroughly uncover and identify all issues that I was then able to have covered under warranty before it expired and the cost would have been mine to absorb.
. And finally i just completed an inspection on a home we are making an offer on. The walk through with Randy is very informative and comes with a lot of great tips from maintenance, easy fixes and guidance on the more complex findings which may require specialized contractors.

After using a few different inspection companies over the years, A Closer Look is by far the best.
Randy was recommended to us and we are extremely happy we called him. The thoroughness, tools used, everything was top notch.
Skip the big companies and hire someone who is knowledgeable, professional and actually cares to educate you on your purchase.

Top notch inspection work! We had Randy inspect our house that we purchased and he was excellent, he took the time to explain any issues and helped us prioritize his recommended repairs. He even made himself available for any future questions we had about our home and his suggestions for us. I would not hesitate to have him do another home inspection.
