I organized an appointment for my 87 year old friend and i wish i hadn't. The tech was rude, rushed, used her toilet!? And didn't put the seat down and didn't communicate with her about what the problem was or what he was doing to fix it. She's a very patient person but she had nothing good to say about this person's behavior. If the fix doesn't work she will NOT contact this company again. Have a little respect for the elderly and every customer you deal with! If you don't have time for the appointment, don't bother making one! AND NEVER USE A CUSTOMER'S TOILET!

William has saved my computer twice. When my computer became so slow it was unusable for work, he diagnosed the problem (outdated hardrive) and replaced it with a solid-state unit. The computer now operates better than it did new. The second time I had a complete Windows crash. William was able to get my computer back up and running within the day. Have called on William a couple of times over the past years to fix problems with my desktop Mac.
