A to Z Liquidation

I would love to be able to give 0 stars, as this is what the company deserves. My advise to anyone is to stay away. First time they ended the auction early and cancelled all the bids because they didn't get what they wanted. They also disconnected the phone #, and stopped responding to emails.
The 2nd attempt (should've known better) they extended the closing date another week on the auction because they did not get enough bids. Now I am stuck in limbo, as I have no way of contacting them and no way to cancel my bids.
STAY AWAY

I went there to pickup my items, they didn't had almost a third of the items I won in the auction. They procede to deduct the cost of the missing items but still charging me the buyer's fees and taxes for those items! I have email them several times asking for reimbursement but they don't even care to answer. Worst of all, the items they didn't had? Saw them in the next auction.

Go anywhere else. Don't waste your time and money with this scammers. I should read the reviews from this place before I bid in the auction.

Just an update for anyone bidding as they started having auctions again. Hours on auction bid sheet say pick up mon-wed 11-3pm. On the website says there open till 5pm. Both are wrong i showed up wed at 1pm and they were closed the the following tues at 4pm and they were closed. I think there probably going under so if you want to be charged but not able to pick anything up by all means bid at this auction. I know i wont ever again.

Below is my post from a year ago shortly after they stopped having auctions. I saw it on hibid and thought i would give them another chance, big mistake.

Was ok place to bid on stuff sure they were bidding up there own products but once in awhile something got through and you ended getting a good deal. It's true organization wasn't great they were overwelmed and lots of times your stuff was missing but they always said pick something else or we can refund your money. So could be a little frustrating. We'll things have changed they have more staff now are slightly more organized but now have priced themselves out of the market. I don't know if too many things were getting through they hadn't bid up or were just tired of playing that game. Now starting bids are set ridiculously high if you look around you can find better pricing on stuff that is actually new, better quality and not just cheap Wish return items, sometimes damaged sometimes missing parts. There's no gamble anymore the house takes it all. Good luck enjoy your stuff you will be hoarding if for awhile at those prices.

The auction is a scam. There is shill bidding, deliberately not including won items on the invoice because it didn't sell for what they thought it should as well as outbidding people then defaulting leaving them with the bill. All three have happened to me as well as "losing" items I have won. While their auctions now say they are under new management, I highly suspect that is a lie to try and lose their scam reputation. Absolutely nothing has changed in the way things are listed, starting bids or reserves to lead me to think there is new management in charge.

Wish I would have read these reviews before bidding/winnings lots that were to be Christmas presents. It took this lady 25 DAYS to even print the shipping label. Another 15 for shipping. At least I finally got a tracking number.but we'll see what shows up in the box. To be continued.

Oh my God! Wacky Wednesday deals just got sweeter, and you could get up to 100% off. I've been an avid shopper at this store and have gotten 10% off my purchases before on their promotions. I can't believe my luck, and I got 75% off my entire purchase. I'm not kidding. Check this place out for the best deals in town.

The gentleman working there, has excellent customer service. He made my whole shopping experience very smooth. I definitely recommend this store.

Always a fun and interesting place to go, I usually end up buying something there, sometimes awesome deals, sometimes great deals, but always deals. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Good and cheap to buy stuff. And workers and owner was very helpful. Wednesday they have sale go and check out.

I Hope 0 star review is avaliable.you may not able to get whatever you won from the auction bid at all. And as per customer servicer, they don't care about if the item is lost or not, they just refuse to give it to you.

The owner lady is really rude, refuse to give me the producut i won just because i won with pretty low bid price.it was an unreserved lot! All the good reviews are must their friends and families, avoid this place.you can easy tellthe reason why their auction not as popular as gramham or acution deport.

Awesome prices! I bought some stuff from their auction a few times and I can’t stop coming back for more! The lady that works there knows how to make me laugh! Every time I stop by I find more and more stuff to blow my pay check on and more reasons to smile! Certainly going back for more next week!

This place is great. They have such great deals. The people that work there are amazing and the auction is too. If I could I would leave a hundred reviews to counter the amount of negativity this business is receiving. In these tough times these people are obviously doing the best they can and they are doing as much as humanly possible. Definitely recommend checking this place out and see for yourself.

Worst auction network in Calgary! Beware no organization, very dirty and no COVID safety followed! They could not even find 2 of auction items I won and paid for - not sure how they are allowed to operate a business this way!

Do not trust what and how they portray their online auction items. Was completely misled by recent purchase and they would take no accountability or offer to cancel the transaction. I have participated in a variety of online auctions for many years and have never encountered this kind of deceit before.

They have everything I was looking for and for the best prices! I love shopping here, and the fact I can do shop from home too using the auctions they have is even better:)

They manipulate the auction prices by out bidding your bid intentionally on the last 30 minutes before bidding time only on bidded items. They also make outrageous bid prices by jacking it up by 500x. Don’t trust these illegal operators.

Loads of variety - from kids toys and clothes, electronics, house appliances, pet needs, home reno upgrades & more! The staff is very personable, knowledgeable, and always looking for new things that are attractive for the public (I’ve been in multiple times and there’s always something new to see). Staff were also very attentive when needed, but also let me do my browsing on my own. Prices were competitive - I noticed they compared a lot to amazon, which is great to see. All around great experiences when I’ve been in to look about. Will continue to come on my regular basis!

Make sure you check that any products you buy from this place is all there and works. My item was missing parts and they refused to help with the replacement cost of the missing parts. They are very rude and are not willing to work with their customers at all. It's all about the money, no returns or help for the customers. I will not buy anything from these guys again.just a warning. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

One of the more interesting liquidation places in town. They have a huge variety of goods, and it's pretty jammed to the cieling with a very wide assortment of products. Also, there seems to be an interesting variety of qualty electronic and computer equipment, and bargains can be found.

The prices range from 'a very good deal' through 'a little overpriced', so you'll need to be a smart shopper. (It is a for profit business, so don't go into the place thinking you'll get things for free.) But a smart shopper can find some good bargains.

The place is quite disordered, probably because they move a lot of product, so you will need to pick through the shelves and search for product. But hey, that's part of the fun of a good liquidation place)

Also, they are open to bargaining, so don't be afraid to haggle a bit.

Interesting place to visit though, there are tons of odds and ends in here, and you'd be wise to visit every couple months to see if there are items you're looking for.

If you're interested in Liquidation places, this is a must visit in Calgary. Give them a shot.
