A TO Z VACUUM REPAIR SHOP NE CALGARY

I recently visited this business to purchase a noise suppresser for my central vacuum. The owner, Hanif, was very helpful and proposed a solution. When I wanted to try another part instead of the one I purchased to see which one was more effective, he happily let me try both of them out over the course of a long weekend. This location carries a variety of parts for all kinds of vacuum systems, including all brands & models. The owner, having been in the business for 25+ years, is also knowledgeable about repairing, servicing and selling new vacuum systems. I am glad this business is located in the NE/SE quadrant of the city, close to where I live, so that I did not have to travel a long distance. Thank you Hanif!

This independent family owned business on Bloor St W had handled repairs on my Dyson vacuum cleaners in the past few years and I was reasonably satisfied. A few months ago o was in the shop picking up a repair ($169.00) and asked about any new really effective smaller vacuums snd the wife of the owner lauded and praised one they were selling.turns out it was a grey market items and had zero suction snd the hose broke with the first use. I took it back to the shop within 10 fats and the owner was abusive hostile and refused to either service the unit replace it or refund it. He pushed at the box it was in. He would not deal in a civilized way. I reported his behaviour to the BBB but they are ineffective. A toxic raging older man in the middle of his shop with merchandise he sold me unwilling to handle the necessary customer care steps.avoid at all costs

Got immediate acknowledgment upon entry to the shop. Walls and floor are packed with products.this is the place to go for whatever you need in Vacuums. Greeted by Hanif and he listened to what we were looking for, offered 2 solutions with details on what features they had, why they would work for us and how to best use them. Having done research before going, his knowledge was detailed, accurate and well presented. The item we chose does all he promised and more. Customer service in the traditional sense. Something not seen to this degree for a long time. As for the Simplicity brand that he recommended (and I had never heard of before), we are ecstatic on the performance. Pictures below of our Dyson carpet cleaning vs the Simplicity following it. Rating 10 out of 5 if I could.

Update: Now a year later, machine is still performing as new. Additional note that it picks up short pet Dog hair and bits of styro-foam packing etc off carpets, door mats and furniture absolutely beyond any other unit I have seen or used. He said it would do the job but this is astounding.

Our Dyson Vacuum is an amazing product and as of January 2021 is now 13 years old and still going strong! We come here for belts and the odd part now and then, which are always in stock. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you need any vacuum parts or repairs, this should be your first call!

What a wonderful experience. Hanif was so helpful and polite. Needed a new roller brush for my Dyson power head vacuum and he had it in stock as well as helped me install it to make sure it fit before I left the store. Great customer service. Hanif is amazing. I have a 2007 Dyson that had it's motor burn out. After visiting Hanif he informed me that Dyson controls both their own parts distribution, and as a result who can repair their vacuums. So i called Dyson to be informed that this was a "legacy" model and as such, they don't have any parts to repair the anywhere in North America, then tried to upsell me a new model.
So back I went to Hanif to see if he can retro fit another motor. He said to leave it with with him, and he would see what he could do. The man called around to his contact's and found a motor in Edm. Had it shipped out and repaired a few days later. Hanif provides the pinnacle of customer service experience and the man is a savant with a vacuum. The only place to go with your vacuum in Calgary.
