I am extremely impressed with these guys. I got home at 7 pm to discover my furnace had not been running for a few days in the -30 cold snap. I called several furnace company's emergency phone numbers but was turned away due to me not being part of their membership program. Not A1, they sent a tech to my house within hours to take a look. Unfortunately he was unable to solve my issue due to it being a frozen vent on a roof several stories up (which is understandable). Once I got someone to clear the ice from my vent, I was still having trouble starting my furnace, so A1 was able to send a tech a couple hours later to take a look. Evaristo was able to get my issue fixed in no time and give me my heat back!

Due to them responding to my issue even though I was not a member of their maintenance program, I have since signed up due to the excellent service I received

Had to purchase a new furnace during a cold snap. The salesman was very personal and informative about my options. He provided 3 quotes and we settled on a very competitive price for a furnace that would fit our budget. The installation was timely and done very professionally. The annual service technician was on time and did a great job. Top notch group to work with.

They always send us the same technician. He is knowledgeable and very respectful. Today he had to replace a pressure switch, but it was covered in our maintenance plan. I highly recommend A1 Chesney.

We called A1 Chesney and Keenan arrived and gave us an estimate for the installation of an HVAC air conditioning system in our Condo. Keenan was very professional and he gave us a quote for the cost immediately. After contacting 3 other companies and fighting to get a quote, A1 Chesney turned out to be the best quote and we hired them to do the job.

We were extremely happy to get a decision that the job could be done in a couple of weeks and on June 17th, Abdo and Andrew, his assistant, showed up to do the job. It was a little more involved than first thought so they completed two rooms and came back on June 27th to finish the last room.

Both Abdo and Andrew were extremely professional and did everything to ensure that we were satisfied with their work. They work very well together to ensure that the customer is satisfied with their work. They also clean up everything when they are finished and move all furnishings back to their proper place.

Abdo and Andrew definitely show how important it is to do great work and the two of them, as well as Keenan, compel us to refer your Company to anyone needing your service. Thanks again for everything.

We were very pleased with the service we received from A1 Chesney. Workers showed up on time, worked quickly, were approachable and explained to us what they would be and were doing and kept us in touch throughout the installation. We were given precise instructions on how to operate the thermostat at the end of the installation. We received instructions on how to reach them should we have questions.

We decided to go with A1 Chesney for new AC installation and very happy with the service received. Craig was our sales rep.and Ved's crew did the installation, very knowledgable and professional people. Five stars!

Called about an emergency plumbing issue and they indicated no plumbers were available and hung up. Was told to call back Monday after refusing to book an appointment. Overall not helpful when we have an emergency.

We had A1 Chesney install a new AC unit for us a few weeks ago, we have been very happy with it. So when our hot water heater went we knew to call A1 Chesney. We ended up going with an instant water heater. Danny and Aaron did a phenomenal job and were professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service provided. Had a technician come out to do a quote on mini split air conditioning units. The gentleman that came out was very nice, but I never heard anything back. I called to ask when I was going to get my quote 2 weeks later. They said they would put a rush on it. I received nothing. Now it has been almost 2 months and I still haven't heard back. Guess I have to contact another company. What a waste of time.

Austin (the sales rep) came to evaluate and gave us a quote for an AC unit. He was professional in explaining in details what we needed. He was very responsive to any questions (through phone calls and text messages) after our initial meeting.right up until the installation date to address any of my concerns.
Ved & Kailly (the installers) and Dave (the electrician) were friendly and professional during installation. They took time to answer any of my concerns and questions. They installed the AC unit where I wanted it to be after making sure it was OK to do so. They made sure the AC unit (outside) was leveled and balanced when in operation and that the unit is operational before leaving our home.

Aaron was out three times to troubleshoot a manufacturing issue (Rinnai Wifi Router) and later what turned out to be a stuck check valve on the waterline. Every interaction was positive and genuine in his determination to get us trouble free (without expense to us!) Thank you Aaron, Phil and Michelle.

Phil did an excellent job on our instant hot water system install. Personable, professional, proud of his work and walked us through all the details we needed to know.
